Need help finding info on catholic saints?

I need help finding info on saints. I'm getting confirmed this year on I need to pick a saint. but I can't find any info on them every site I go too just has links that have nothing to do with what im looking for. its annoying. can anyone give me a link or tell me a little about the saints. thx

i do know some about Saint Michael, the Archangel.

My husband just deployed and is stationed in Afghanistan and I just had a medallion blessed and sent to him.



Saint Michael was the leader of the revolution in heaven when Satan was cast down. The picture depicted on most medallions is St Michael standing over a dragon. Conquoring. The fight between good and evil. Justice. Weighing out the two. Carefully deciding who's battle you will fight.
