And then I get like ten answers sayin you spelled that word wrong or christians can't spell etc.

Then I could ask a few questions in dating and relationships section and make tons of spelling errors but people don't concentrate on that junk and just answer the question. Even when I ask questions in spanish or french, no one cares about spelling errors. I could get answers that are spelled horribly but no one cares cause you understand what they are saying. Grow the hell up people and stop beating about the bush cause you've got nothng beter to say.

You know three languages, which puts you head and shoulders above most of the people here on R&S! Well done, you! Even if you do make mistakes with what is not your native language, you are persevering and still getting your points across.

Those who love to flag up the spelling and grammar mistakes of others, yet without even answering the question, claim to be hoping to help - but we all know they are just doing it to be superior. It is the question that should be addressed, and if they cannot do that, they should go elsewhere.

Easy remedy is to use a spell checker. that's what I do.

If you post has numerous spelling errors, what am i supposed to think? Do I assume that you just don't know how to spell, but nevertheless you are brilliant?

If I see numerous spelling errors, does this suggest that you spent a lot of time crafting your remarks? Should I even think that you took your text seriously at all?

I find spelling errors annoying because I have to try to assume what the person is trying to say, and in many instances, I just cannot tell what they meant. Why am I annoyed? Well, this type of post usually doesn't get a response from me at all, but it wastes my time, because I cannot merely skim through it; I have to stop and try to figure out what the post actually means, and this is frustrating. I often just do not know what the person meant. When I do, I'm still annoyed because I've just wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what the writer meant, when they could have made my task a lot easier if they just had the common courtesy and consideration of others to do the cleaning up of their atrocious spelling themselves.

If you think it's okay to write stuff in a hurry, assuming others will just figure it out, you really need an major attitude adjustment. Nobody is going to take the time to wade through a post that has poor spelling and grammar. Most of us just roll our eyes and move on to a post the writer cared about enough to make sure it was right. So you see, you have a problem you didn't even know you had: most of us are NOT leaving you spelling corrections; we just stop reading if you have errors in spelling or grammar.

Do you want to be taken seriously? Use spell check, and use Grammatik or learn about grammar so you can avoid the worst of the mistakes at least.

I think when people are talking about religion, they don't know the first thing about it IMO, so they put on airs (spelling? not that I care) and pretend to know something. I don't believe even the Pope knows more than anyone else. Since they can't knock the substance of anything, the focus on spelling errors. Dating is something they might actually have some knowledge about.

If you are pointing out the flaws of religion, people will never admit those flaws and will always make excesses just to change the subject.

It is just a distraction

This is because they have been believing their entire lives that god has existed and one person tells them other wise, most of them are too closed minded to even listen to other opinions.

Religious people have also been taught to only trust people in their church(priests) and have also been taught to push other opinions out of the way.

Finally, one person told me an idea is a seed. This means that the idea will grow inside you until it consumes you. That is how religious people act.

Since you ask, I can forgive your spelling. But kindly consider that I am taking great pains to present language to you in proper, most readable form. This is my further respect for you. May God richly bless you today, Sister in Christ!
