Question:
Why don't Christians post in Christmas like Muslims do in Ramadan?
?

Some Christians persistently mistake the mistake thinking R/S belongs to them. Example:

But wouldn't the logic follow that you should be posting in Christmas if you want a Christian section all to yourself?

I'm not saying anyone should have to leave. But if you want to claim a section, it should be one named for a holiday (granted, a stolen holiday) just for you guys if you want to point at Ramadan as an example of "The Muslims have a section, therefore we have a section."

Right? Here you go...

I think it's the difference in the basic nature of the two religions - the Muslims in Ramadan wall themselves off and keep busy congratulating themselves that they're better than everyone else, while the Christians invade the space that is for questions about all religions and proselytize everyone in sight, then claim they're the only religion allowed.

Well cuz most of the time non-Christians ask bout Christianity here in R&S so we're used to answering here..therefore we'd rather stay here and ask questions too. I dont even understand why Muslims post in the Ramadan section because that section is specifically bout a holiday, it is not the name of the religion itself..tjhey should still be posting in R&S.

The Muslims (for the most part) get their poor little feelings hurt if they ask questions in R&S, so they go to the Ramadan section.

I guess it's just fine to them that they break the rules, as the Ramadan section is supposed to be for questions regarding Ramadan, not questions in general regarding Islam (or chat). And naturally, Yahoo just sits back and does nothing about it.

What are those humans doing in the cat section?

BTW, do you really think that dude (or gal) was being serous? It was probably a troll. This is called the "Religion and Spirituality section" therefore, it doesn't specify people of which faith or view should be on it.

Pagan holidays turned Christian aren't really Christian...

Each year I ask a series of questions over there. They include such wonderful gems as "I'm reading the Bible and I got to the part where Rudolph was left out of the reindeer games?" and "How can I teach my children the difference between Santa and God?" No category on this site is safe.

I just happen to prefer to post on this forum, rather than on the Christmas and/or Easter forum.

Christmas isn't Christian.

It's a pagan festival

Muslims also used to come to R&S. Many Muslims are offended if someone disagrees with them.. Christians are not so easily offended.

Because as you've pointed out, they believe they already own this section

I don't feel led to post there and do feel led to post here. This is indeed Religion and Spirituality.
