That's a lot of topics!!

Homosexuality - absolutely fine.

Abortion - obviously not fantastic, but it's the woman's right to choose. We should try and get abortion numbers down by promoting the use of contraceptives, and teaching a more comprehensive sex-ed program in schools.

Politics - Very interesting and important, and I feel that sometimes people are a little too apathetic towards it.

Pastafarianism & the IPU - Both just as logical as any other spiritual belief.

Atheism - Believing in what you know, not what you've been told with no verification.

Race - Not important. Just another thing to hate people for... "ohh look at him... what with his higher levels of pigment..." Sounds silly, no?

Immigration - Legal, sure. illegal... not so sure. It's not something I have a clear cut opinion on at the present.

Types of food - Japanese food is my favourite... I reccomend that everyone try okonomiyaki at least once in their life. Google the recipe and make it for yourself!

Marriage of a different religion - I assume you mean two people married who are of different religions... It can work out fine, as long as they resist the urge to attempt to convert each other, and focus on what's really important.

Family, and how they react to any of the above - The expression 'blood is thicker than water' doesn't ring true to me. I believe that people have to earn trust and respect, you can't just demand respect and obedience from someone simply because they are related to you. I feel that of your family have differing views from you about any of the above things, they and you should get over it, or distance yourselves.

Just my opinions though. Hope this was useful.

Homosexuality: Nothing wrong with it in the least. It's natural, observed in almost every species on the planet.

Abortion: Before the third semester, no problem. After that, though, due to biology, it's only right if the mother is in danger, or the fetus is severely deficient.

Politics: In general, meh. I'm more liberal than anything, though I sit closer to the middle, rather than right or left.

Pastafarianism and the IPU: RAmen! Anyways, yeah. It's a good parody, though too few people actually put any thought into it.

Atheism: See my signature.

Religion: Safety blanket. Don't confuse religion with spirituality though. One is not the other. Spirituality is almost always beneficial, whereas religion is almost always detrimental.

Race: I don't really see race, anymore. I live in a town with more natives than all the rest combined. Was raised here. Race never really mattered much.

Immigration: It's a double edged sword. It brings in a lot of culture, and usually a good bit of money. It's a standard for any country claiming tolerance, equality, and democracy. However, too much of it, and it can ruin an economy. Immigrants often immigrate to western countries because they know they can find good jobs. They get paid a lot more than at home, but it's a lot less than a citizen would get paid, in a lot of cases.

Types of food: If it tastes good, eat it. That's about it.

Marriage across religion: If the two participants can find a common middle ground, or can put each other ahead of their religion, then great. If not, it's doomed. They're too blind to see that love is more important than any religion.

Family: My family, you mean? It varies. I have hardcore Christians (though, thankfully, no fundies), agnostics, atheists, Buddhists, and a Jew, so it varies across the board.

Hope this is informative.

Atheistically yours,

JM Gendron.

Homosexuality - Should be a nonissue, like eye color.

Abortion - Should have no legal restrictions whatsoever and treated like any other medical procedure. However, I personally would counsel its use only as a last resort.

Politics - Libertarian.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) - First is true, second is a good argument about belief without evidence.

Atheism - Exists. Also, is true.

Religion - A series of unsubstantiated assertions, usually supernatural in nature.

Race - An appearance created by observable pigmentation in the skin. The color of someone's skin says absolutely nothing about the person's character or ability.

Immigration - The movement of people from one piece of dirt to another piece of dirt. I have no problems with immigrants at all.

Types of Food - Allergic to blueberries, hate cheese. I'm considered a finnicky eater, and I agree. I'm also a seafood lover.

Marriage of a different religion - No problems in principle, but I understand that some people might encounter friction in practice. It's up to the couple to work it out.

Family, and how they react to any of the above - Denotes nothing more than a genetic relationship. I don't consider their thoughts to be more relevant than anybody else's thoughts (subject to the same standards). I don't treat people differently on the basis of who they're related to, even if it's me.

Homosexuality

I don't care what they do- really. That's all there is to it.

Abortion

I can never get pregnant- don't have the right equipment. I would never move to take that choice away from someone who can.

Politics

The Government should work WITH and FOR those governed.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn)

Funny stuff...

Atheism

Works for me...

Religion

Has gotten out of hand and become harmful in its practices... needs to be put back in its place.

Race

I like humans... I don't think there really is any other race I'd rather be than human.

Immigration

I say if they want full citizenship and can't afford it- they should serve in the Military or work Community service until they can. If they can't pay for citizenship, let them work for it, but make sure we have enough Jobs for those who are already here.

Types of Food

I'm open to anything (here kitty kitty)

Marriage of a different religion

Hey- if it works and makes you happy, go for it.

Abortion = All for it (MY body, not yours..)

Politics = Liberal Democrat (Obama supporter)

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) = Fun!!

Atheism = Logic. Intelligence. I'm an atheist myself

Religion = Fear. The biggest lie in all of human history..The root of so much evil..

Race = Does it matter? We are all humans with a heart and a brain right?

Immigration = Fine, though there should be some rules regarding it..

Types of Food = Italian and Mexican

Marriage of a different religion = Fine. Love is love, regardless..

Family, and how they react to any of the above = They are more or less just like me..

Homosexuality - natural and deserving of rights

Abortion - it's here and there is a demand for it. I'd hate for us to go back to the rusty tables in basements with dirty knives.

Politics - a necessary evil

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) - love it!!!!

Atheism - me :)

Religion - an excuse and a crutch

Race - heavily complicated topic: equal vs special interest. All Americans vs cultural division (socially and self inflicted) etc

Immigration - it was how we started, but we can't absorb the whole world

Types of Food - I'm an icecreamavore

Marriage of a different religion - fundie believers (never work) non-practicing believers (can work with mutual respect)

Family, and how they react to any of the above - I try not to talk to my family about much more than the weather. Keeps the screaming to a minimum.

Homosexuality: Adult consensual sex is nobody's business but their own.

Politics: A necessary evil. Becoming more and more evil. I lean to the left but have some libertarian leanings. We have too many laws, some of which my fellow liberals are responsible for.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn): Fun spoofs of religion.

Atheism: The logical choice. NOT a religion, contrary to what religionists say.

Religion: A virus that both comforts the believer and condemns the "other". Religion impedes critical thinking skills.

Race: There are different races, different ethnicities, different nationalities. That's part of what makes life interesting.

Immigration: Legal is fine. Illegal is not fine, but is, in some cases, understandable.

Types of Food: Organic, vegetarian, yummy, ethnic, chocolate. Chardonnay! That's food isn't it? ;-)

Marriage of a different religion: Fine and dandy, peachy keen. But I couldn't marry a believer myself.

Family, and how they react to any of the above.: My dad is pretty much a rationalist and a deist; Mom is New Age; brother an end times gun-toting Christian.

Homosexuality: It is something you're born with.

Abortion: I mind my own business and I expect others to do the same. Pro-choice.

Politics: Its pretty screwed up.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn): my daughter is Pastafarian.

Atheism: the most logical choice.

Religion: keep it out of laws, classrooms, and others' private lives, and I don't have a problem with it.

Race: what about it?

Immigration: see above answer.

Types of Food: I like chicken.

Marriage of a different religion: hey, whatever works for 'em.

Family, and how they react to any of the above: mine are unreasonable (christian), but that's their prerogative.
anonymous
2008-10-20 09:04:56 UTC
Homosexuality: I don't care what people want to do in their own bedrooms.

Abortion: I'm in favour of giving people the choice of abortion

Politics: Socialist

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn): Very funny and can be very effectively used in an argument.

Atheism: I'm an atheist

Religion: Outdated

Race: What about it?

Immigration: For immigration

Types of Food: Ehm. wtf?

Marriage of a different religion: As long as no-one is forced to, it doesn't bother me.

Family, and how they react to any of the above: Family is nice, and mine would probably have similar opinions.

Homosexuality--not for me to say since I'm hetero

Abortion--woman's choice

Politics--few can intelligently discuss so I don't

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn)--do what now?

Atheism--whatever toots their horn

Religion--Don't do religion

Race--yes there are different races--big deal

Immigration--legal is cool

Types of Food--no meat

Marriage of a different religion--the couple's decision

Family, and how they react to any of the above---My immediate family is cool with all of the above and probably couldn't care less excepts politics

Homosexuality--nothing wrong with it at all

Abortion--still on the fence about this one; i would normally believe in a woman's right to choose, but i'm not a fan of teenagers using abortion as a birth control measure just so they can have more sex

Politics--so far removed from what it should be

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn)--make me smile

Atheism--believe that selling 'certainty' of any kind is a false product; atheists can not be certain that there isn't a higher power, just as theists can't be sure that there is. So I'm in the "agnostic" group, I guess....pretty sure there isn't, but open to the possibility.

Religion--I think organized religion is a sham, but I'm happy for whoever has been able to "change their lives" b/c of it. I don't deny that most religions are able to sell people on a group of morals(by using stories and what not), but people don't need religion to be moral.

Race--discrimination based on race is ridiculous. We're all related.

Immigration--illegal immigration is still 'illegal', but I can't say I don't feel terrible for the people attempting to get into the country; they come from crappy situations, and a lot of them die in the attempt

Types of Food--Mexican, than Indian, than Italian

Marriage of a different religion--nothing wrong with it

Family, and how they react to any of the above.--my mom's a devout Hindu and my dad's a hardcore Atheist, and I have no idea about their views on a lot of the above.

Homosexuality

-fine (they're born that way)

Abortion

-fine (their choice)

Politics

-liberal

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn)

-as valid as any other

Atheism

-ideal

Religion

-as long as there is no intrusion on my life

Race

-we are one

Immigration

-I think we should be one world

Types of Food

-allergic to seafood

Marriage of a different religion

-since each religion teaches other believers will go to hell, I don't think anyone could live in a loving relationship

Family, and how they react to any of the above.

-value family harmony above my principles. I do not talk about divisive topics ... either back down or change topics.

Homosexuality- natural

abortion- what a female does with her body is her business

Politics- I listen to both sides and vote for the one I think will do the best job, but I'm mainly vote republican.

IPU - exist

Atheism- have been for about 25 years or more

Religion- once upon a time I was a catholic.

Race- I'm white (I play well with others)

immigration-need tougher laws to secure our borders

Types of foods- I mainly eat veggies

Marriage of a different religion- I lucked out my husband does believe in anything either. But if he did believe I don't think we would have lasted.

Family, and how they react to any of the above: Other than my husband, the rest of the family says white, I say black.

Homosexuality: Do not think it is right in any way. This is a scientific and religious stance I have. Natural selection doesn't jive with it, as well as religion (any).

Abortion: I disagree with it unless the mother was going to die as a result of the pregnancy. I also think women should have a choice if they were raped or sexually abused and there is documentation to back it up.

Politics: If they really have the country at their best interest, then I am for them. Greed and selfishness with a lack of integrity ruin it though.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn): You have answered this question for everyone I believe.

Atheism: I can't explain it. my train of thought and feeling is centered around a creator, no matter how creative the creator may be. (evolution, pan spermia...)

Religion: I am a die-hard fan of Jesus and his teachings. most the laws of the civilized world can be found to originate in some sort of religious teaching.

Race: I think race has little to do with the person inside as much as the way the person was raised and their take at what life has to offer. I do not care for people who think they are better than everyone else, or those that think they are alway being brought down by the man. Now -a-days, every person has an equal opportunity, no excuses.

Immigration: If you are illegal, get out, if you are legit, welcome. I hope you have something to offer the desired country and have learned the national language. I wouldn't move to Russia without first being fluent in Russian.

Types of Food: I like all types of food, except brussel sprouts and asperigus.

Marriage of a different religion: It may work out, it may not. I personally probably couldn't be married to a mormon person for my whole life. I wouldn't mind being friends, but marriage might fail.

Family, and how they react to any of the above.: My father is more strict on most these subjects, especially the marriage question and atheism question. Mother is more ignorant on the subjects as she doesn't really try to learn anything substantial about all of the above, though I am sure she has opinions, which differs from mine in race, and politics (staunch republican)

As a Christian -

Homosexuality - is a sin

Abortion - is a sin

Politics - we need to be looking for Godly people (has not been something people have been looking for in the last 100 years to often)

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) - story

Atheism - a religion that has been around almost from the start of time

Religion - only pure religion is acceptable to God

Race - we all come from Adam and Eve

Immigration - up to each country

Types of Food - any thing but blood

Marriage of a different religion - forbidden

Family, and how they react to any of the above - mostly positive.

Homosexuality

i support their right to be happy, and i'm definitely for gay marriage.

Abortion

women should have the right to choose. personally, i don't think i could do it, but i'm also not in that situation and i would never take that right away from another woman.

Politics

i'm not too much interested in it, but i'm trying lol. i'm more liberal than anything else.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn)

OOO!!! sounds pretty.

Atheism

rational, logical people.

Religion

do what you want, just don't force your beliefs on me or my countries laws.

Race

i judge people based on their personality, not their race.

Immigration

....i live in canada, it doesn't bother me.

Types of Food

i love food.

Marriage of a different religion

doesn't bother me, but i wouldn't do it for personal reasons.

Family, and how they react to any of the above.

i love my family, and i value their opinions. not everyone has to believe/agree the same as me, but leave it as a civil conversation.

Abortion - None of my business

Politics - Suck

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) - Funny

Religion - Tax exempt for no good reason.

Race - Obsolete.

Immigration - One of the hallmarks of a free society.

Types of Food - 24-hr delivery rocks.

Marriage of a different religion - 2 adults should know what they're getting into...

Family, and how they react to any of the above - My family rocks, I don't know about yours, nor is it any of my business.

Abortion - Murderous.

Politics - All politics are awkward, but essential.

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) - Umm...

Atheism - What I understand.

Religion - Fables made up for moral reasons.

Race - Different races, I don't care. I love my gerbils, they're a different species!

Immigration - Perfectly fine, unless it is done unnecessarily.

Types of Food - Meat making is mass murder.

Marriage of a different religion - Don't mind much.

Family - Nice to have someone you can relate to, in a way.

Glad you asked, amigo or amiga as the case may be!

Thanks!

1: Homosexuality: Don't knock it til you've tried it. And if gays and lesbians want to get married and be just as stupid as straight people, let them. They hurt NOBODY.

2: Abortion: Don't believe in it? Then don't get one. Better to be aborted than raised in poverty or in an abusive home.

3: Pastafarianism? The fastest growing carbohydrate based religion on Earth with the coolest God of all! IPU need not apply. He or she sucks!

4: Atheism: I tried it but they don't have any cool holidays!

5: Religion: My religion is science. My God is Nature. I find religion to be a total aberration and mostly useless despite some nice poetry or ethics now and then. Buddhism and Taoism are probably the two best ever created by man. As the saying goes "Religion is viewed by the wise as false, by the common [stupid] people as true and by politicians as useful."

6: Race? Ambiguous. Cannot answer. Is this about NASCAR? If you mean the races of man, then as I love Nature, my God, and Nature loves diversity, then so do I, since I'm like my Mother wild and free!.

I'm glad there is NOT one single race of humans, else it would rather suck. I get bored easy. Viva la diversite!

7:Immigration: A little is good, too much is disastrous esp. since Homo sapiens hasn't perfected Warp or Jump Drives yet and cannot move to another planet.

8: Food? I'm Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian. I'll leave meat to sharks, lions and habitues of McDonald's. But not worth making a big scene. One mans fine cuisine is another man's crap! Some love bugs, some love red meat. I prefer Buddha's Delight at my favorite Chinese restaurant!

9: Marriage between another religion? I know this Muslim chick who is so beautiful [Pakistani] that if she'd have me, I'd convert to Islam. Fortunately, she HATES me!

10: Family? Here's the big one. Nobody can be at the same time a bigger ally or WORST possible enemy than family. I prefer friends that I can choose over family that I cannot. Blood is thicker than water? BS. I don't like blood overmuch anyway not having been raised in Transylvania!

This might sound not overly serious, but believe me I'm dead serious.

Homosexuality: Many examples in nature, not a 'sin'

Abortion: Safe, Legal, and Rare. No elective third-trimester abortions.

Politics: Register Independent, socially liberal, economically moderate

FSM/IPU: Good rhetorical devices, but can be taken too far.

Atheism: default position, no acceptance of positive claims for a deity.

Religion: man-made and complex.

Race: Meaningless in the 21st century.

Immigration: We need you. Please come legally.

Food: Anything except tripe. Ugh.

Marriage: Whatever works for a couple. Gay marriage is fine by me.

Family: Don't get too worked up about it.

1. That's the way the Lord made 'em.

2. Clinical procedure in the first trimester only the business of the patient and her doctor; in third trimester we are talking about a living embryo and thus abortion should only be an extreme emergency procedure; in between up to us to see that our lawmakers make just laws.

3. Necessary evil.

4. Not properly briefed, particularly vis-a-vis the use of Fettuccine d'Alfredo as sacramental.

5. Not me.

6. Bloody fiction.

7. Controlled necessity in the US.

8. Dead.

9. I do not want to marry a religion, I want to marry a woman (hypothetically speaking.)

10.I disowned myself.

Atheism caused atrocities? if you people honestly cant even get it into your head that atheism is nothing but a catchall word for people who do not believe in gods how can you expect to see anything other than your own painfully narrow points of view. I've seen how noble christian some christians can be when muslims or hindu just want to talk about their beliefs. debate religion because religion is real and very dangerous, gods are fake.

Holy cow, that's a lot!

Let's see...:

Homosexuality: Most people fail to realize that human sexuality is not a binary, gay/straight dichotomy -- most people have a little bit of bisexuality to them, as Dr. Kinsey demonstrated in his research.

Abortion: I wish it didn't happen, but I understand why some people see it as their only alternative.

Politics: A necessary evil. I'm a Libertarian, myself; but I'll probably hold my nose and vote for McCain because I have this irrational aversion to seeing my home here in DC disappear under a mushroom cloud.

Pastafarianism: We haven't had satire like this since the days of Johnathan Swift.

Atheism: I'm one.

Religion: On its way out, and not a moment too soon.

Race: The only one I'm aware of is "human" -- the rest is just people being divisive jerks.

Immigration: As long as you're obeying the laws and respecting the sovereignty of your nation of choice, live wherever you like.

Types of Food: I sometimes wish I wasn't such a good cook, so that restaurant food wouldn't be so disappointing.

Interfaith Marriage: Tried it once -- worst six years of my life.

Family: There's a REASON why I live 3000 miles away from dear old Mum...

Fine with it - why should I care who you sleep with?

Safe legal and as rare as possible (so sex ed, contraception etc maxed)

Moderate fiscal hawk social liberal. Would have been an ideal Rockefeller Republican before the Talibornagain took over the GOP.

Excellent analogies with exactly the same characteristics as the more common beliefs they represent.

Fine with it but picky on definition - it means lack of belief in gods and that's it.

Fine with it too as long as not forced on others by enacting its beliefs into law or manadating taxpayer support in any way. NO government/legal preferences for ANY religious opinion (mine included).

A sociological fiction and meaningless didsatraction. We are all human, and "white" DNA has more variation within "whites" than between them and "blacks" (and vice versa).

Should be streamlined to allow enough legal immigrants who are needed to fill the jobs available to them have a viable option to do so legally. A 20 year wait for a lottery that excludes most low-skilled workers (the ones we need the most) is silly.

Fine with many of them depedning on mood. Special fondness for Indian, Thai, Tex-Mex and just plain burgers and fries.

Go for it - but talk about it first honestly and openly. No surprises is key.

Don't really worry about it that much. Blood ties do not grant anyone automatic respect or credibility. As it happens beyond some slightly disturbing xenophobia on my father's part this is largely a non-issue fro me anyway.

1. Natural and beautiful.

2. Choice is a wonderful thing.

3. I'm a progressive Dem.

4. Well, they are clearly real. ;)

5. A rational conclusion.

6. Unnecessary.

7. Not a big deal.

8. Legal? Yep. Illegal? nope. It creates second class citizens who are too easy to exploit.

9. I like a variety. I prefer healthy and organic, but I'll go for Ben and Jerry's too.

10. Do-able for some. Not for others. Not my business.

11. I adore my family. No one lives in a vacuum. We have diverse friends and chosen family: black, white, gay, straight, Christian, Pagan, vegan, meatitarian, liberal and conservative. They enrich our lives.

Fine by me

between a women and her doctor

Left wing

a bit silly

the only correct answer out of a whole bunch of false ones

nonsense

everybody has to have one

should be allowed, but tightly controlled.

I really like Steak and kidney pie

Fine

I love my family, my parents used to campaign with socialists such as Doctor David Owen and Labour Leader Michael Foot in the 1970's so they worry about me and my generation becoming right wing and nationalistic.

My views on all of those vary. They are all controversial topics and each faces its own set of challenges.

Homosexuality - I think it's disgusting and a reflection of base desires rather than an expression of true love.

Abortion - I think it's barbaric and cruel, a real condemnation upon our society that later societies will look back on and shudder.

Politics - I find it highly entertaining and interesting. I enjoy discussing it and listening to others discuss it.

Pastafarianism and the IPU - I find it highly entertaining and interesting. It makes for good reading and stimulates the imagination.

Atheism - I find it to be sincere in a few cases, arrogant in most, and irrational in all.

Religion - I think most "believers" sincerely believe there is something greater than them, that they don't have all the answers, and that humility is a virtue. However, I also see many who are close-minded, intolerant, and unthinking, and that is a real problem.

Race - It is a fact of life that most individuals are petty and intolerant of others. Race has been an issue that has divided humanity in all societies, including ours. I don't see this changing. Whever society's veneer of "civilized nicieties" breaks down, and this happens on a regular basis throughout history, the underlying racial tensions will flair up and atrocities will continue to feed the hate and distrust held by most.

Immigration - see race above. Perhaps global segregation is the only solution.

Types of Food - Italian, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Mexican/Spanish. They're all good.

Marriage of a different religion - marriage is tough enough without starting out with the same basic beliefs and values. I think it's a bad idea, but hey, to each his/her own.

Family - Families are the fundamental unit of society. The health of a society's families indicates the health of the society as a whole.

1) People are people

2) Not a girl, so I got no right to tell her what to do with her body

3) Think people are getting really immature with the whole election

4) Interesting concepts when baked

5) No problem with it was one for a while (now agnostic)

6) Superstition

7) People are people

8) In the US we're all immigrants

9) As long as it's not fish I'm willing to try anything

10) I'd want to respect her superstitions

11) People who I can't stand but still love, they'd shake their heads and change the subject.

homosexuality = not natural

Abortion = not right

Politics = greed of men

Pastafarianism and the IPU (Invisible Pink Unicorn) = illogical

Atheism = ones own choice

Race = you are what you are

Immigration = flood of people that can't speak english

Too many so I'll pick the fallacy that homosexuals are even mentioned in the Bible.

Passages in “I CORINTHIANS 6:9-10” originally contained the words "malakoi" and "aresenokoitai". These words have usually been translated into modern Bible versions to the words “effeminate” and “homosexual” respectively.

"Effeminate" is a poor translation of "malakoi", which literally means "soft" and furthermore the same word is not actually translated to "effeminate" anywhere else in the Bible. The same word is translated as "soft" in Matthew 11:8 (But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings' houses) and similarly in Luke 7:25.

Morally, "malakos" can also mean "licentious", which refers to a lack of control in respect to bodily pleasures. This could be how slang versions of “malakoi” or “malakos” were later used and thought to refer boy prostitutes. The translation as "effeminate" is therefore very clearly wrong.

“Homesexual” has come from the Greek word "arsenokoites" which actually means "abuser of himself with mankind". This word has changed meaning several times over the centuries, to eventually arrive at “homosexual” in some modern Bibles. In Paul's time, and proven well into the fourth century, it simply meant a temple prostitute.

Corroborating evidence suggests the word could never have meant “homosexual” as not one piece of homoerotic Greek art or writing from the thousands of surviving samples has ever even mentioned the word "arsenokoites". Timothy 1:10 refers to "them that defile themselves with mankind" in another inaccurate translation of the Greek word "arsenokoites" as appears in I Corinthians.

There is no evidence linking either word to homosexuality. Even later translations to imply connections with prostitution or child molestation seem are fallacious and completely inaccurate. No correlation has ever been proven between homosexuality and sins described in Corinthians or Timothy.

The idea that someone might be a lifelong homosexual is also not mentioned anywhere, not even once, in the Bible.
