The problem is that I don't believe in Jesus as God and I don't believe that Jesus paid for our sin.
I do not believe that we are born in sin.

I am irritated that all religions seems to have one main person as a leader, dead or now living.

I have seen many different spirits and have been abducted of a UFO and the darkside excist.

I like to be humble like people in India and I can do healing on people.

I am a woman and I want to find a group that accept women that talk to God and can tell the other about it.

I belive in a equal church where men and women have same value.

I believe in talking to ghost or dead people.

Is there any rekigious group that fit me ?

What are your views on God? If you lend to a more pantheistic or panentheistic I would suggest neopaganism or wicca (actually I think wicca is neopagan too). You don't have to follow any leader, you yourself are your own guide. Neopaganism is nature based, and men and women are seen as equals. In feminist wicca (Dianic Wicca), there may be a tendency to see women as superior in certain ways to men. Other forms of Wicca believe that you cannot say male or female is better than the other, there needs to be a balance. You could be a solitary wiccan or join a coven. If you want a community experience and you can't get it by being a solitary wiccan or a pagan, try joining a church like Unitarian Universal. The members believe different things and follow different spiritual paths but come together for community. I've only been to one Unitarian Universalist service, but it was interesting.

Hmmm...you have quite a list there. Spiritual Satanism seems to fit you, but before you judge and label this as "evil" could you please read into it? I know it has many of the characteristics that you are looking for. Please read this site for more information.
