We are asked only to sing and praise GOD through our songs we r nowhere advised to use instrumental music in the new testsment …david used instruments in the old testament times but we live under a different law and we only have to follow the will of GOD matt7:21, and absolutely nothing beyond it 1cor4;6

Mechanical instrument music is NOT of faith
Faith is the word of GOD (rom10;17)
Whatsoever is not of faith is of sin (rom14:23)

It does not meet the divine standard (john4:23-24)
The proper object-GOD
The proper attitude –IN SPIRIT
The proper authority-IN TRUTH

One drop of poison added to glass of milk corrupts it just in the same way one foreign item added to the worship corrupts it so why use instruments?

If it still seems right to you ppl then tell me how and do read proverbs16:25
is instrumental music authorized in our services?

No, it is not.......

The Psalms reference was in the old law, which is no longer in effect Col. 2:14

The only example of music in the worship of the New Testament Church is non-instrumental.

have you ever sat next to a person in church who sings off key? the piano/ organ helps prevent that... not a lot of people know how to read music fluently, including the key in which a song should be sung, and so the music acts for a guide to those who don't, plus by saying that a pure hearted christian who is using their god-given talents to praise god isn't really doing that you are turning praise and worship into something it really wasn't meant to be. The christian god I know loves any worship, not just acapella singing. Maybe you should read Ephesians 5:18-20

"Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ."

EDIT: to anyone who quotes old testament verses she will dismiss it, because as she stated "david used instruments in the old testament times but we live under a different law and we only have to follow the will of GOD"

1 Corinthians 6:12

"Everything is permissible for me"—but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"—but I will not be mastered by anything.

We are still responsible for what the OT says. Jesus fulfilled the law, not abolished it. Praise the Lord with many instruments. God's laws make sense. Not using instruments to make beautiful music to glorify God doesn't make sense.

This is a good example of well-intentioned folks who read the Bible, see that something isn't mentioned, and incorrectly assume it's prohibited.

Peeing is mentioned in the OT numerous times, including in the Mosaic Law, but it's never mentioned in the NT. Are we therefore to conclude that God doesn't want us to pee?

Peace.

Sing (Eph.:19, Col.3:sixteen) is used to point vocal song in uncomplicated terms; besides the undeniable fact that in line with scripture (Psalms one hundred forty four:9) it incorporates insturmental song. The scriptural O.T. is the regulation of Moses, not Genesis-Malachi; yet it is yet another ingredient.

Read Psalms 150. That should clear things up for you.

Wake up!! Read the Psalms. Look at Psalm 150:

1 Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 Praise Him for His mighty deeds; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 Praise Him with trumpet sound; Praise Him with harp and lyre.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 Praise Him with timbrel and dancing; Praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5 Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with resounding cymbals.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!

if we had to read the Bible to know what was in it then it wouldn't be faith would it?
