When a person seeks truth they can not get their own beliefs ahead of what the Bible says! Yet we find almost every Christian religion worshipping the trinity, the trinity did not originate in Jesus’ teaching, compare these scriptures!
(John 4:23 AS) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.
At 1 Corinthians 11:3 we are told: But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man; and the head of Christ is God!
And what does John 14:28 say (AS) 28 Ye heard how I said to you, I go away, and I come unto you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, because I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than!
Don’t you think that this is why Jesus said at Matt 6:9 that we are to make Hallowed his Father’s name? (9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art un heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Historians, who have researched history will tell you this: Historian Will Durant observed: “Christianity did not destroy paganism; it adopted it. From Egypt came the ideas of a divine trinity.” In the preface to Edward Gibbon’s History of Christianity, we read: “If Paganism was conquered by Christianity, it is equally true that Christianity was corrupted by Paganism.
So why does Christian religions today only worship Jesus as their God? When both the Bible and findings of historians show it to be of pagan origin!

Only those who reject the idea that Jesus is also God Almighty.

True Christians worship the God of the heavenly glorified Jesus Christ.

True Christians worship the Father of the heavenly glorified Jesus Christ, because they are one in the same.

True Christians know the Father is the only true God.

Pseudo Christians have degraded God Almighty by elevating his only begotten Son to a position of equality, a position Jesus denied.

It is Jesus who taught, "The Father is greater than I"

It is Jesus who writes the name of his God, on his faithful followers.

Trinitarians need to pray to the God and Father of the heavenly glorified Jesus Christ for wisdom and understanding of him, the only true God.

All Christian faiths worship the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, because any faith that does not do so is not Christian.

Eph 4:5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;  one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Today, millions may claim to be Christians, but they disown God by their works, because they are detestable and disobedient and not approved for good work of any sort. Titus 1:16

It is good for us to remember that in the first century, genuine Christians were hated by many if not the majority of their contemporaries. That is why the apostle Peter wrote: “If you are being reproached for the name of Christ, you are happy, because the spirit of God is resting upon you.” 1 Pet. 4:14.

Can those inspired words be applied to Jehovah’s Witnesses today? Yes, indeed, because we bear witness to Jesus’ kingship. Thus, being hated for bearing Jehovah’s name is the same as being reproached for the name of Jesus Christ, who said to his opposers: “I have come in the name of my Father, but you do not receive me.” John 5:43

Jesus was not saying that Christians would be witnesses only of him and no longer be witnesses of Jehovah. After all, Jesus is called “the Faithful Witness.” Revelation 1:5; 3:14 He is the foremost Witness of Jehovah and the model we follow. 1 Peter 2:21

Most, if not all Christian religious teach that all good people go to heaven, then I read Psalms 37:29 which says "The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it."

I said to myself, some one is lying, well the Bible does not lie, but false religion does.

If you are a Christian you are worshipping The Father, The Almighty Grand Creator.....

That is ancient superstition and as such is meaningless to normal people. We live in the real world.

WE are to worship YHVH GOD only in the Name of Yeshua the Messiah. Anything else is wrong.

1) At John 4:23 we are told that “true” worshippers will worship the “Father” in spirit and truth. What Christian faith worships the “Father”?

As far as I know

all Christians worship the Father.

I've never heard of a sect that did not

and

I've never met a Christian that does not.

2) When a person seeks truth they can not get their own beliefs ahead of what the Bible says!

Who told you so

and

why did you believe them?

3) Yet we find almost every Christian religion

There is

by definition

one and only one Christian religion.

Namely: Christianity.

See: what you wrote in 2).

4) Yet we find almost every Christian religion worshipping the trinity, the trinity did not originate in Jesus’ teaching

True.

It originated FROM Jesus' teachings.

5) (John 4:23 AS) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.

OK. So - obviously - that includes Trinitarians.

6) At 1 Corinthians 11:3 we are told: But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man; and the head of Christ is God!

OK. That is wholly compatible with the doctrine of trinity.

At this point, I'm beginning to realize that you don't know what the doctrine of trinity teaches.

7) And what does John 14:28 say (AS) 28 Ye heard how I said to you, I go away, and I come unto you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, because I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than!

Explained by the Bible itself

in terms that are entirely compatible with the doctrine of trinity

in the first two chapters of Hebrews

which chapters also teach that Jesus is not an angel, BTW.

8) Don’t you think that this is why Jesus said at Matt 6:9 that we are to make Hallowed his Father’s name?

(9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art un heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

He didn't say that in that passage or any other Bible passage.

PLEASE read more carefully.

You quoted the verse. Why didn't you bother reading it?

9) Historians, who have researched history will tell you this: Historian Will Durant observed:

Now - obviously - you are WAY over your head. Did you read that before posting it?

10) Historian Will Durant observed: “Christianity did not destroy paganism; it adopted it. From Egypt came the ideas of a divine trinity.”

Odd, since no such concept of a divine trinity

as far as historians are able to determine

existed in pre-Christian Egyptian culture.

I sincerely doubt the accuracy of that quote. I suspect that, as is often the case with Witness quotes, that it is a fraud, patched together from several passages.

But...maybe I'm wrong. Please post a scan of the page of the work in which that quote appears.

11) In the preface to Edward Gibbon’s History of Christianity, we read: “If Paganism was conquered by Christianity, it is equally true that Christianity was corrupted by Paganism.

Yes, that doesn't surprise me at all.

Note that man converted to Roman Catholicism from Protestantism

then to Protestantism from Roman Catholicism.

He also credited Christianity with causing the fall of the Roman Empire

an idea widely rejected by modern historians.

So: we know his historical ideas are prone to be faulty

and, given his religious inclinations

I'll bet there are lots of quotes from that fellow that you would be quick to condemn! Why, then, do you use this one?

Do YOU consider him a reliable source?

If so, why?

12) So why does Christian religions today

See 3)

13) only worship Jesus as their God?

In my life

I have attended many different religious services of several different Christian denominations.

I have never

ever

experienced

or heard

of any Christian

who did not worship the Father

or who only worshiped Jesus.

That last statement of yours

is an outright lie.

14) When both the Bible and findings of historians show it to be of pagan origin!

The Bible does not show that

(which of course is why you don't bother trying to show that the Bible does show that).

Conclusion: your education is not sufficient to the task that you have set yourself.

Worshiping Jesus is worshiping the Father.  Legalism confuses people.

There are many scriptures in the Bible that do not support the Trinity such as John 14:28 Jesus said the Father was greater than him. Then at Jesus' baptism God spoke when the holy spirit came upon Jesus in the shape of a dove He stated his approval of his son at Matthew 3:16,17. Since God spoke himself of Jesus being his son this definitely doesn't support the Trinity.

Simple minded thinking is hardly good evidence for anything!

Why not read the preceding verses in John.."“Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. "   Hmmm so when do JWs drink the water that Christ gives them?

..and why does the bible record a "SAMARITAN" woman?  and then Jesus says .."You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews....."    What did the Samaritans worship that Christ speaks of IN CONTRAST to that which the Jews worshiped..  More to the point, what salvation COMES FROM THE JEWS?   ...all things JWs steadfastly avoid as they cherry pick their verses in the bible to contort them to mean things not said!

I grant you though that paganism has infected Christianity... mildly in some forms but completely in others like JWism!

I agree the NT doesn't teach JC was God. Are you a 7th day adventist or a JW?
