It was the first person the prophet cursed personally. He was in a shopping and a confusion started with a demon possessed
woman that started to say bad names. He answered and then went next to her. Mainwhile 3 persons appeared, of the same group. One woman asked what happened and the prophet answered, the woman possessed take advantage to be next to the prophet and do as she was trying to the prophet fear. But the prophet continued to face the situation. The 2 men surounded the prophet, the prophet answered that they have nothing to do with the problem. The woman tried to spit on the prophet then she gone and the prophet cursed her, the other 3 went away too. The security guards arrived and freaked out.

Your English/writing needs some improvement... a little hard to follow and understand.

The story you shared is not in either Revelation 11 or 17, though there is mention of the two prophets in 11 and Babylon in 17. Your question, if there is one, is unclear.
