The Christian thing to do is to pray for them, not insult them, correct them as long as they're willing to listen, otherwise don't bother, and from the atheists I've talked to, many claim that they don't believe in God because they don't want to be held morally accountable to God.

When people mock God's word the Bible, then they are mocking God.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be misled: God in not one to be mocked. For whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap.

Romans 12:19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to wrath; for it is written: "Vengence is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah.

Jehovah has all things under control. He will handle all matters. As Christians we are to turn away from anything that might lead to augments. It's fine to try to reason with someone or to try to find some common ground, but never would we want to cause any fiction or conflicts. We must do all things with mildness, tactfully, and for God's glory.

I am a 13 year old Muslim girl, and I recently started studying the bible with our neighbors. Reading online comments there is so much hate, I see only people defend and say nice things when people say bad words about Islam. Yet when people say bad things about the Bible people laugh and it's ok. I try telling them it's mean and they need to respect, as many are the same people defending Islam. They don't make sense , and it's not nice. I trying to learn the religion and much the same between Islam and The Christians..only some difference and both come from the same place..but Jesus came and made things better and God forgave us. I think it's silly to say you like one but hate the other like the American Hillarys do. Trump will make things better for Muslims and Christians, he will make people not be stupid and cry with fake tears for looks. Hate just makes more hate, and if my neighbors can love me and I love them and we can read the bible together and bring peace, then how is that bad? We all love God...we should spend time finding best way to love God, not way to hate each other

First, be kind. Say nothing that would provoke the attack against the Bible to be turned against you. We should ask them what it is in particular that bothers them about the Bible. And then if we can, provide them with an honest answer rebutting their anger against God. For it is truly Him that is the object of their wrath. Nothing they say is against you personally, so do not receive their words as a personal attack. Share the Love of Christ with them. And if they reject it, then simply walk away, as the Bible describes. They are God's problem, not yours.

That's a hard one, because there is not enough proof, and a lot of the proof about life and evolution makes a lot of sense, it's hard for someone (who was not raised to believe in the bible) to ignore the science.

If you can reason with them, you have to walk away.

Proverbs 17:7 Upright* speech does not befit a fool.

Answering a fool in harmony with or “according to his foolishness” in the sense of resorting to his degrading methods of argument puts the one so doing in agreement with the fool’s unsound reasonings or ways. In order not to become like the fool in this respect, we are counseled by the proverb: “Do not answer anyone stupid according to his foolishness.” On the other hand, Proverbs 26:4, 5 shows that answering him “according to his foolishness” in the sense of analyzing his contentions, exposing them as being ridiculous, and showing that his own arguments lead to entirely different conclusions from those he has drawn can be beneficial.

If someone brings a undebatable subject such as slavery in the bible.

And you tell us that its not really slavery and then explain it was services. And we ensure our proof of slavery is the same as owning people, because the bible specifically says how to do it, how to end it. what may or may not have when the "contract" ends. If you can keep their children etc..

And you still defend taht IMMORAL position, and we insult because thats a hitler level. But you denie because its god, and he works in mysterious ways even tho hes dictating to harm others.

Forgive them - for they know not what they do .. (to quote the One they don't know)

Pray the Lord may open their eyes ... and avoid them, unless they are repentant.

The Lord said we wrestle not against flesh and blood - but against principalities and

powers .. spiritual powers .. or the spirit of antichrist that drives them to attack us and

the book that our Lord has preserved for our guidance .. They act in ignorance.

It's worse when their mocking is more directed in hatred .. That indicates influence of

a committed spiritual enemy - like one that "inspired" a false prophet with a false god.

The prophet Daniel saw that in one of his visions .. and the archangel told him to shut

the book, because it related to "the last days" (our time) and what the archangel called

the "Princes of Persia" were the powerful fallen archangels that battled with him when

he was trying to reach Daniel. We see the spread of a violent, controlling false religion

infiltrating so many cohesive western countries now, with its incursion, war & mocking.

Consider the source of that mockery and how it has been communicated. All of your suggested responses and many more could be correct in an appropriate setting for a particular response. Most importantly though for you and anyone is to review what Jesus has been quoted as saying in the four gospels, then make sure your response basically coincides with Jesus's words.
2017-04-05 16:16:25 UTC
Educate them! Turn the other cheek! Pity them! Kill them with kindness! Ignore them! You have to figure out the best response with the individual you are dealing with, just don't lower yourself to their standards! And do not, and I cannot stress it enough, be intolerant with others yourself! I am a Christian, but I notice some STINKING attitudes of some claiming to be Christians! If you are not like that yourself, no need to get offended! The ones who act intolerant and nasty, are showing they don't have the peace from God and are not close to him!

Little puppy, why are you behind bars? Who has done this?

It depends on the scenario, little puppy. There is no ‘blanket’ response to objections of the Bible.

Ignore it? Yes, sometimes, insults should simply be ignored. Some people just want to get a rise out of you. There were times when Jesus ignored religious leaders who were asking him direct questions. He discerned their motive and decided they did not really want an answer. They wanted a fight. However, if someone sincerely feels that his statement regarding the Bible is true, and it stems from a misunderstanding, then one can gently disabuse the person of his erroneous notion. Defending the Bible can be a very good thing. God encourages it. Hebrews 4:12 plainly says that the word of God is alive and exerts power.

Insult? It is never a good idea to insult someone back although, admittedly, it is hard to resist. But this is just what Christ meant when he said to turn the other cheek. He was not encouraging his disciples to be masochistic. But a slap on the cheek is usually meant to be a stinging insult. Like when the Pharisees slapped Jesus during his kangaroo court proceeding at the Sanhedrin. To insult someone back is an undesirable route.

Run away? If any negative comments regarding the Bible are accompanied by physical attack, then, yes, run if there is a path open to do so. On a number of occasions, Jesus ran away from those who were not only insulting him as he defended God’s word, they tried to kill him. See the book of John. One time he hid. Nothing shameful about removing oneself from the line of fire.

Pray for them? Well, Christ admonished us to pray for our enemies. So, yes . . . praying is a good thing.

Ask them what makes them so angry? That is a fine question if we are talking to someone who is sincerely frustrated. Asking a viewpoint question very often uncovers the real source of frustration. Sometimes, for instance, people are not really mad at God, they are simply frustrated because they do not understand why he is taking so long to deliver the righthearted from wickedness.

Hoped this helped little puppy.

Much depends on the situation . If your in a public place it might be best to let it go. Some people like an audience to show off in front of.

If its personal one on one then respond, keep your head.

Put it in a way that tells him how it makes you feel when he mocks the Bible.

The Bible is a beautiful work ,however it is not from God to us. Thats my personal belief.

First of all, if God doesn't think they have anything worth redeeming they won't be able to believe no matter what,

John 6:44 (KJV)

“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

And,

1 Corinthians 4:5-7 King James Version (KJV)

5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

Well, it is mostly dependent on the situation. However, the Bible says that we should always be ready to make a defense for our faith (1 Peter 3:15). Pray to Jehovah. And He will bring back to your mind the information you have read in the Bible so that you can make a reply to them (John 14:26). However, know this, that He will not usually bring to your mind something that you do not know. So continuously take in knowledge about Jehovah and you will be better prepared the next time you are required to make a defense for your faith.

Each case is different. God knows who will come to him in the 6 months we have left and who won't. This is why it is imperative to have the Holy Spirit living inside you, for direction. In these last days the Scriptures tell us of "the separating of the sheep from the goats." We do't want to be mean to anyone, but pray and ask the Lord for the correct response. If all else fails, turn the other cheek.

If the Bible contains a report, perhaps in MATTHEW, claiming that Jesus promised you that ANYTHING you ask of the Father, in the name of Jesus, WILL be given, just ask that Risen Jesus be allowed to manifest himself physically, and let Jesus explain to the mocker that at least THAT passage is absolutely accurate, absolutely true.
?
2017-04-05 22:05:17 UTC
Not our problem. Verifiable truth does not need defending. It just is and always was and always will be.

The burden of proof is not on me to prove/disprove anyone's claims, it is on them to prove their claims. "The proper response" would be to ask for evidence of their belief, at which point the fake/pretender delusional atheist is shut down.

If you assert there is no God then mocking him is a definite sign of mental illness. If there is a God then mocking him is a definite sign of stupidity. Those who mock God are either insane or stupid.

If atheists accepted the same quality of evidence for God that they do for the Big Bang, Abiogenesis and Darwinism there would be no atheists.

You might as well drop the pretense of Christian since you have no responsibility to truth. Proclaiming yourself a liar is like saying "I'm a pariah." Get a life by finding a fact or go to the Kiddie Section to play pretend games.

The Holy Bible is the Word of God. The Word of God is God. The Word became a man and dwelt among us for a short time. That man was Jesus Christ:

Matthew 27:27-31. Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company of soldiers around him. They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him. “Hail, king of the Jews!” they said. They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again. After they had mocked him, they took off the robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him away to crucify him.

Well, when than happens I just remember what Galatians tells us:

"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap."

They aren't mocking me. They are mocking God and will pay the consequences. So I do not respond in kind. I will continue to love them, pray for them, and wait for the day when they will be ready to hear what the Lord says. Who knows? Maybe one day their heart will be open and I may be used by God to lead that person to salvation. That would be a far better payback than to insult them.

Fellow christians, what is the proper response when someone mocks our bible?

- Try some actual thinking.

Should we ignore it?

- Most do, which is why they continue to regurgitate absurdities.

Correct them where they are wrong?

- Since we aren't, that will be difficult.

Ask them what makes them so angry they have to insult a decent human being's religious beliefs?

- Because you scream hatred on street corners because of that belief. You refuse basic services to people you hate, because of that belief. You lie under oath in court because of that belief. THAT is why.

Well start with yourself. What makes ME such a good Christian? Is it because it's not important to question authority. Authority is given, it is a consensual thing. I am a Christian because of where I've place my faith. I'm not 'right' or 'accurate'. I'm not necessarily taking everything into account. So I read the Bible (it's a capital B). One God, 66 books. And it's not the ultimate thing!!! God is an overwhelming responsibility. By all means, show us the difficult passages. Show us where we differ. Tell us why not all of it is timely. (But it is remarkably timely.) There is nothing wrong with the challenge of the Bible. If someone leaves you with a jeering smirk, is it me or is it God? Look, a whole book, Genesis, is full of stories that can't possibly have ever happened, not in this world. Just say, "Meh". Nothing is worse than the ignorant who laugh. Ignorance is also not without problems. One thing is for sure. "They" are not going to stick around for a Bible study.

fellow Christians, what is the proper response when someone mocks our Bible ?

"PROPER" to adapt or appropriate to the "PURPOSE" or circumstance ,

another definition is Correct according to "social or moral " rules

PURPOSE to have as ones intent or objective .

. so from evaluation for people to have a reason to accept what Christianity ( Doctrine ) CLAIMS ( claim defined as the assertion of the TRUTH of a statement that is by definition Disputed and in doubt because it is not supported by Evidence or demonstration or has test ability or verification )

Providing such evidence sufficient to prove it would be a the most Reasonable approach and effective to achieve ones PURPOSE aka INTENT and Objective

that lack of ability was a very a influential element and reason I am no longer a Christian or a Theist , and also for many other people , the number seems to be growing for NONE

stats show there are over 7 Billion People

Christianity @ 32 % or 2.2 Billion

Islam @ 22%

NONE 16 % or 1.1 Billion

Hindu @ 14%

Chinese religions @ 6%

Primal religions @ 6 %

Buddhism @ 6 % ( atheistic )

judaism @ 0.2 %

so subtracting 68 % of the world population are not Christians

and over a Billion Not religious or even theist so one needs to evaluate or state the OBJECTIVE

either Convince "OTHERS" ( a requirement for people with STANDARDS are demonstration test ability, verification ) ,

or just to maintain ones "fold" or hold on the population numbers Christianity has ..

depends do they have a Strategy ?

However, if willing to listen, expound the value of the Bible how God

communicate with us. Let us emphasize what is written, called

Let us also emphasize the value of "spiritual humility" for us to receive

We should be witnesses for the sake of Jesus. We should explain to them why the bible is God's inspired word and that it is our only model and way provided by God for our conduct and for our salvation. No, we should not argue with them but give as best of answer we can. They will believe it or not. Their reaction is not your responsibility.....it's their own.

This is why it is important to study the word so that we are able to give an explanation for our faith. None of us are capable of convincing anyone into salvation and the truth. It is only the work of the Holy Spirit that can change the heart of man. All be can do is present our testimony and let the Holy Spirit do his work in a sinners life.

The fact of the matter, we just correct them, we do not insult them, because we all were in there shoes at one point in are life, so we should not ignore them, we should just correct them because the Bible is the only truth. The reason why they are angry is because anyone that is unsaved is at war with God, there are two kingdoms the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan, and if you are unsaved, and you are mocking and scoffing at God word, then you are in the kingdom of Satan because you are of the world, unless God has mercy on you and saves some of us from the kingdom of Satan, then we will be at peace with God, when we are saved.

What's this one life thing all about i keep reliving the same life then there's this theory of 8 lives and I'm pretty adamant I've been here more than that... makes no sense man... the only quote you need to take from the bible is do what's morally right and that's it which is basically every frickin verse in there anyway your just too stupid to realise that every frickin verse is the same verse worded differently.

Saul mocked and persecuted Christians until he became a much better man.

Acts 9New King James Version (NKJV)

The Damascus Road: Saul Converted

9 Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.

3 As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. 4 Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?”

5 And he said, “Who are You, Lord?”

Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.[a] It is hard for you to kick against the goads.”

6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?”

Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

7 And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice but seeing no one. 8 Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. 9 And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.

Ananias Baptizes Saul

10 Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and to him the Lord said in a vision, “Ananias.”

And he said, “Here I am, Lord.”

11 So the Lord said to him, “Arise and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying. 12 And in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight.”

13 Then Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem. 14 And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name.”

15 But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel. 16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake.”

17 And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus,[b] who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.

I simply explain where they are making their errors. They usually don't know anything about scripture and are fixated on the Pentateuch. I give them a copy of "Reading the Old Testament" and direct them to page 76 so they can understand what Moses was writing.

In the New Testament, it is usually Revelation that confuses them; and they don't know that the Vatican is built on Caligula's old horse racing track. They seem to think that Christ rose from the dead and the apostles immediately rushed to Rome, over-threw the Roman Empire and built the Vatican. It amazes me.

Schools don't teach history anymore and time-lines are a total mystery to these folks.

All you need to do is point out to the that without the bible, we would have no way of knowing that the earth is flat.

Even the most extreme atheist has to admit that bible's insistence on a flat earth proves how useful it is for finding the truth.

Don't listen to their mouths but look through their hearts if you think they have one.

LUKE 18:9-14 says,

9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
Wellll... hello then!

If a response is going to just turn into an argument, then it is better to just ignore them.

If, however they are open to reasoning, then present the reasons why you believe and evidence why that is a what you consider to be the truth.

If it is clear they aren't open to reasoning, but their words may lead others astray, then it may be beneficial to answer them for the sake of others who hear.

Don't insult back! Casting insults is not the attitude we should display. That is the tactic that people use when they can't logically defend their view with evidence.

It is always good to pray for someone!

Sometimes running away or leaving is a good thing to do. Use your own judgement as to when that should be your choice. There is no need in staying if it just prolongs useless arguments, name calling, insults, etc.

2017-04-05 19:20:47 UTC
little puppy, why are you behind bars? who has done this?

it depends on the scenario, little puppy... there's no ‘blanket’ response to objections of the bible...

ignore it? yeah, sometimes, insults should simply be ignored... some people just want to get a rise out of you... there were times when jesus ignored religious leaders who were asking him direct questions... he discerned their motive and decided they did not really want an answer... they wanted a fight... however, if someone sincerely feels that his statement regarding the bible is true, and it stems from a misunderstanding, then one can gently disabuse the person of his erroneous notion... defending the bible can be a very good thing... god encourages it... hebrews 4:12 plainly says that the word of god is alive and exerts power...

insult? it is never a good idea to insult someone back although, admittedly, it is hard to resist... but this is just what christ meant when he said to turn the other cheek... he was not encouraging his disciples to be masochistic... but a slap on the cheek is usually meant to be a stinging insult... like when the pharisees slapped jesus during his kangaroo court proceeding at the sanhedrin... to insult someone back is an undesirable route...

run away? if any negative comments regarding the bible are accompanied by physical attack, then, yeah, run if there's a path open to do so... on a number of occasions, jesus ran away from those who were not only insulting him as he defended god’s word, they tried to kill him... see the book of john... one time he hid... nothing shameful about removing oneself from the line of fire...

pray for them? well, christ admonished us to pray for our enemies... so, yeah ... ... ... praying is a good thing...

ask them what makes them so angry? that is a fine question if we are talking to someone who is sincerely frustrated... asking a viewpoint question very often uncovers the real source of frustration... sometimes, for instance, people are not really mad at god, they are simply frustrated 'cause they do not understand why he is taking so long to deliver the righthearted from wickedness...

hoped this helped little puppy...

If you didn't claim it was the infallible, perfect word of God with zero contradictions, there'd be no reason to "mock" it. But the truth is it's full of contradictions, so it's far from infallible. If there was a god, he'd make sure his word was logged properly. The bible claim God made Adam first, then Eve, but it also claims he made them both at the same time. I don't even have room on here to write out all the contradictions inside the bible. Let's put it this way; if an author presented a book like the bible to a publisher, he'd be laughed out of the room and probably black-balled. If you're going to consider something that's completely man-made perfect, and voice your opinion as such, you can almost guarantee any logical person is Going to call b.s.

First of all, make sure you know when someone is "mocking our bible" and when someone is simply expressing beliefs different from yours. I often hear my fellow Christians, especially fundamentalists, insist that those of us who do not interpret the Bible literally, do not want the Bible studied as a religious text in public schools, and so forth are "mocking" it. That's nonsense.

If someone is actually making fun of this or any other component of our faith, the proper response depends on the circumstances. In a social situation it's rude to make unprovoked attacks on people, and it's fine to say so politely: "I don't mock your beliefs, and I'd appreciate it if you give me the same respect." If you've chosen to engage in debate and have made judgments about your opponent, realize that he's doing the same and take it in stride. On the Internet, who cares? God doesn't need our defense or protection; we are to pray for those who insult us.

We dont hate the believer we hate the belief. Your beliefs are vile, unnatural, stupid, delusional, arrogant, and beyond all rational thought. Now think about that next time you hear or say "We hate the sin but not the sinner".

That's why. There are no decent Christians. You and your fairy tale bible deserve to be mocked as long as you threaten people with eternal torture if they don't argee with your version of god. As long as Christians continue to hinder scientific progress, cause wars, steal money from their flock, and push creationism into the science classroom, the least you should expect is mockery.

They don't trust God because they don't know Him.

It is always our job as believers and lovers of Christ- to love others with His love.

I once was in this situation and regret not standing up for my beliefs. Understand that they are too a different religion and have different aspects. It will seem crazy if you start to preach a gospel about how a man came for earth and resurrected back to heaven that God has sent himself. The best thing is to pray that God will open their hearts and eyes, so they won't be blind and entwined with the distractions that stop them from pursuing to believe. Ask God so the person will open up to you and ask you to go to church or explain to them who God really is and his impact he has on us. Don't rush things in, for they look at things at a different perspective as us Christians. Honestly, if a different religion would start babbling off about their beliefs, I would think it's crazy and sounds like nonsense as well. But take things slow. And pray.

If they are willing to listen, then explain it properly to them the error of their ways.

Pray that they come to know the truth.

Never should we retaliate in negative manner, for they speak out if their ignorance. It is by God's love that hard hearts are won over.

If they still reject God after you have shared, then it is their choice. God gave all human beings the privilege to choose life or death. Nobody can make the choice on behalf of another.

Little bit of everything.........depends on each situation..........standing up for what we believe is #1 CHOICE.

Dealing with anything in a loving and Christian manner is the best way.

When a door is open to reach out to the lost.....we have to go for it....or answer to GOD ourselves.

If we hide back on all the lies being believed we won't be any better than the deceiver...

Hope this helps answer some of your questions......but each individual and question and disrespect is different.

Stand firm and keep on loving each other and helping the LOST. Many have no ideal what they are even saying...and they still say it anyway.......even if they insult GOD ALMIGHTY... also note we know someday all of us stand before GOD.......and than we all will know what is what in TRUTH.

The city of angels

Lonely as I am

Together we cry

I drive on her streets

'Cause she's my companion

I walk through her hills

'Cause she knows who I am

She sees my good deeds

And she kisses me windy

I never worry

Now that is a lie

[2x]

I don't ever want to feel

Like I did that day

Take me to the place I love

Take me all the way

It's hard to believe

That there's nobody out there

It's hard to believe

That I'm all alone

At least I have her love

The city she loves me

Lonely as I am

Together we cry

I don't ever want to feel

Like I did that day

Take me to the place I love

Take me all the way

Under the bridge downtown

Forgot about my love

Under the bridge downtown

I gave my life away

I study The Holy Bible, my mom thinks I should consider seminary college. Since I lost my grandma 5 and a half years ago. I thought I felt her hug me after she passed. We moved into The American South for 4 years, encountered more weird things, it got me very deep into my faith again.

In this situation, I debate them back & preach The Gospel back. Then pray for them, just listen to my favorite Christian songs and Bible verses in my heart and ignore them . If they send something nasty like a demon, curses, etc. I fight it with The Angels & Lord Jesus Christ and God. I am trying to get back into working, socializing, & volunteering. But compared to The American South, competition, just to leave a door or window open to get somewhere as an adult again is tough. 🕇📖

I re- affirm my faith. Sing hymns, pray, worship at home, talk to other Godly people.

The response should always come from a heart of love, knowing that they are in sin and in need of repentance.

My sister was a mockery verbally.

I didn't think it wise or kind to mock back, who profits from that behavior.

Prayer is good but primarily to ask God for patience & wisdom to speak truth with Love.

To run away is ok if one isn't prepared for such a responsibility, Job showed us this.

Remember Christ is within you, he is the light, the Word of God that speaks daily with all of us.

Those who believe know this & are observant & obedient to him for he is the Savior not I nor any other person.

God bless
