He is an excellent writer and I think his last book was Buddha. Has anybody read this new book?

I have not, but I will check it out the next time I'm at the bookstore. I am very curious about the real Jesus and his message. It's too bad it gets so lost in Christianity.

Deepak Chopra is in no way qualified to write a book on Jesus, in that he is no Christian. His new age drivel is what the Bible calls "doctrines taught by devils."
Jesus Christ is unique. He is God in the form of man. His miracles are not equalled by any Guru or ascended master. He did not teach the way of the "truth within." He said "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me." (John 14:6)
Let all the self-styled Christs walk on water and raise the dead to life. Then we might hear what they have to say.
Yours in Christ, Nick

Deepak Chopra is a punjabi refugee into India from Pakistan.
He used Hinduism to gain name in USA. Then when that dried out he went into counselling. Then into Yog, then into Buddhism and now, he wants to milk Jesus.
I wouldn't care too much.

Deepak Chopra is a pop celebrity and a media opportunist, IMO. Nothing more.

I wouldn't put any great credibility on any book from this author, especially one about Jesus.
