If they have, do they follow it?

Of course. I don't mistake it for "god," that's the difference.

Best way to find out is to pretend you're an atheist for a day. See if your conscience stays with you when you temporarily give up god for 24 hours.

Yes, and depends on the person. Most people follow their conscience.

Wow, theists have really weird ideas about atheists. You seem to think our daily itinerary looks like:

8:00 a.m. Wake up. Deny Christ.

9:00 a.m. Shower. Curse the Lord. Dine on breakfast of murdered children.

10:00 a.m. Cash welfare check, beating up old lady on way home from bank.

11:00 a.m. Pray to Charles Darwin.

12:30 p.m. Have sex with total stranger and several farm animals. Get involved with "gay agenda".

1:15 p.m. Have abortion. Schedule next one.

1:30 p.m. Lunch.

2:15 p.m. Persecute Christians.

3:30 p.m. Deny Christ again, just to be sure God understands we're serious.

4:00 p.m. Nap. Fall asleep dreaming of Satan.

And so on. Of course atheists have consciences. And we follow them. How about you?

I am not an atheists but I respect their beliefs. They do us no harm by believing what they do to validate their existence. If it does not cause us harm than it does not matter. Of course we all have conscience. We are all made to self reflect atheist or not my friend.

Obviously or else the prison population would be a majority of atheists. But because they make up less than ONE percent of the prison population, while the general population of the non-religious is up to 15% by some estimates should tell you something.

I have a brain, and I know how to use it. If you are talking about morals and ethics, those are derived via Normative Ethical Theories (utilitarianism for example) and have very little to do with religion.

We think, we feel, probably more than christians do, as we dont try to kill each other over some mythical being.

Only psychopaths lack a conscience.

If a psychopath's a theist, he won't have one, and even if he's an atheist, he won't have one.

Just like theists, atheists in general do have conscience and they follow it.

Any more questions?

No. I have been told that I cannot possibly have one by the believers. I know I am an awful person. I don't know WHERE I'd be without the rollers reminding me how awful I am. Phew!
