No hate on atheist, just want religious answers...

Ok, I've had some serious stress concerning everything from school, lack or work, and more over, love. Well it drove me pray (a rarity for me). But every church I went to was locked up. So in my rage of disappointment I went the only place I knew wad open 24/7. I hiked to a cliff overhang to speak to god.

Magical the next week everything started to come together, and a massive hint dropped out of the blue that could seriously help me with this girl I'm chasing.I still wanted to talk to my pastor about all this. And I have been denied access to him for nearly 2 months.

Everything from being snowed in, to literally getting stranded in the woods, I can NOT reach my pastor face to face.

Is god challenging me, or does he want me to find my own answers?

Sounds to mi like you'd better be finding your own answers. Your pastor seems to be permanently out to lunch. If you want answers from a real live person, change churches. Otherwise, talk to god directly. I've done that. Stood in my kitchen and screamed (really) "what the f*ck are you doing up there? Where the hell are you when I need you and what are you going to do about it?" It worked, things got better. And, to tell you truth, I think it's because I found my own answer. I talked back, and not nicely. Remember the words of Jesus in The Gospel of Mary 3:9 "Anyone with a mind should use it to think."

Blessings on your Journey!

God created us to have relatoinship with him hes not going to leave you stranded if you need help. And what kind of pastor is never avaliable. I go out for coffee with my pastor all week. Just keep praying bro and things will start coming more obvious. Living a life through christ is a big decision but the best you can make! God bless and good luck with your life. Read the Bible gods word. Best way to get in relationship with him

If atheists might have their way? What way do you % that to be? That god provide up latest? The Chsistian god, or the different for that remember, would not exist, has never existed, will never exist. that's no longer a want or a manner. It in basic terms is. certainly what difficulty us greater advantageous than the rest, i assume, is that there are people who certainly have faith the god nonsense. They no longer in basic terms stay their lives (or attempt,,,form of) in keeping with those doctrines yet they assume others to do the comparable. They enact rules and cultural imperatives, non-exisatant moralities and etc that the rest all human beings is envisioned to stick to. that's maximum perplexing and motives lots of the worldwide's issues. Does this answer your question?

You are so close to answering your own question! :)

1.) God showed you (by all the churches being locked) that you can pray to Him anytime, anywhere. He is always available, and He is always listening! You don't need to be in a church building for your prayers to be heard or effective.

2.) And, to continue with the word effective--- God can't answer prayers that aren't prayed. After you prayed, in answer to your prayers He began to move on your circumstances.

3.) You already turned to Him in prayer. The unavailability of the pastor, all the "roadblocks" , is simply God's invitation to you to do what you did before--- Keep praying! He wants to be the one to bring in answers to your prayers. He wants you to look to Him, and not to other human beings. This is a place He will bring all of us to, sooner or later. Whether a pastor is unavailable, or gives us wrong advice and lets us down, however the doors seem to be slamming shut, God is quietly saying, "I want you to look to Me!"

id say he wants you to find your own answers.

why does everyone think that someone else, or some building is required for them to speak to god? its cool you found someplace that allowed you to feel more connected.. but that isnt required.. you could pray to god in the shower if you wanted... after all.. when someone is on their death bed theyre not rolled over to a church or better yet, a mountain top before they are allowed to pray.

You should develope youre relationship with god. Spend time with him(listien to godly music) and if you go to him 4 answers he will give them. not directly either. So trust in him, follow his guidence and he will not lead you astray, or distract you with the problems of the world. If god wants you to see youre priest you will see him. and vise versa. He has a plan 4 everyone and he loves you very much.

It's amazing what God allowed in my life to get me to talk to Him !

He has the answers, if you will ask and trust.

Learn more about Him and you will learn everything about you !

I have Been there, still there, most likely will stay there !

Great news!

God has spoken, and his words are real, alive, and available for you to clearly understand! They are valid, authoritative, and perfectly acceptable to be used as your final authority for ALL matters no matter what they may be!

May I introduce to you.....................the King James Bible. The Word of God. The answers you seek are there.

I would start with the book of Romans.

first thing i must ask is if you are a born again Christian...if not then no God is not stopping you, it is satan, because he does NOT want you to learn anything of God, because this will expose him and he will lose power of you.

If you are a born again Christian then perhaps God is putting stumbling blocks before you so that you will reach out for Him and He can answer.
