Do you believe that ghosts are real?

I love the show Ghost Hunters from Sci Fi,
and I don't believe they make anything up.
Especially when they do the live episodes.

But I've always wondered if ghosts really are real.
What is your opinion?

Have you ever read that passage in the Bible where Jesus walks upon the water to the disciples who are aboard a boat? As Jesus approaches the boat, one of the disciples says to him, "You scared us. We thought you were a ghost." Jesus does not respond by telling them there is no such thing as ghosts. He answers, "A ghost does not have flesh and bones. I have flesh and bones...see?" That verifies to me that ghosts exist. The Bible speaks often about those who are "familiar with spirits". We call them Mediums, today. If there is no such thing...them why would the Bible warn us against them? That is my opinion, but I feel it is based upon very strong reasoning. I hope this helped.

I kind of think ghosts are real. There are so many stories out there about people seeing ghosts of loved ones that passed away, or just ghosts of random people, that some of those stories have to be true. I mean, I'm sure a lot of people make stuff up for attention, and some of those ghost hunting shows probably fake things too, but maybe not always. Like I said, there are so many stories out there that there has to be some truth in the ghost thing.

I think there is something out there. Maybe what we know as ghosts or maybe something else. Maybe a number of things. But to be honest I don't think we'll ever know the answer for sure.



People view ghosts in different ways...there are so many opinions and different stories. Even if we did prove that ghosts exist it may not be how some people have always believed them to be

im not sure if you have heard of the queen mary in long beach california. but that ship was known to be haunted my mom works there and i go there everyonce in a while to help out and i have seen some. a phsycic came and asked me to play with a little girl that died in the pool years ago. I looked at her stupid because i didn't even believe in ghost and she said just hide the little girl wants to play with you. so i hid some where and then the lady said you can come out the little girl has found you so i got up and i seen the little girl her eyes where blinking i was so scared. I am not crazy and i never believed that stuff until then.

"Ghosts" aren't real. There are angels and demons. Heaven and Hell. Any activity that you see on Ghost Hunters is demons playing tricks. They are real. It sounds even scarier, but it's reality. The devil works in weird ways and he does anything to get our attention. They can make things move... So no I don't believe in ghosts, but I do believe in demons... And even though I think this... those ghosts shows are fun.... I like watching shows about haunted houses and such. It's interesting.

I absolutely love that show as well!! I love the way they approach the situation as well, not all hyped up and unrealistic like other paranormal investigation shows. Kudos to them. ;)



I've been raised catholic and in turn when I was 16 became christian. I believe that there is something. Maybe not necessarily remnants of ones soul, but something. Religions speak of angels, arch angels, demons, etc... which walk our plane unseen and untouched by humans - so who's to say there isn't something.



Plus, after several of my own personal experiences, it's hard to say that there isn't 'something' out there...

Yeah, I do believe that ghosts are real. Yeah I love that show too and I don't see why they would have to make that stuff up. I mean to an extent I do believe 100 percent.

Yes, there is a spiritual plane and a physical. The majority of humans find comfort in keeping it 'real'. When a person is sensitive to the Spiritual world, it is a lot to deal with.



Sometimes the Spirits need blood and flesh assistance.

to be honest, I am not sure what to believe, but I would like to believe that Ghosts are real because (for me) it means that humans have an after life.

back to my explination, i think they use the term

ghost because it seems scary, but its just like the

boogy monster to me, nothing to be afraid of, and

spirits can be bad.. but you dont have to be afraid

of them, alot of them are good too. :)

Ghost Hunters I think is one of the more legitimate T.V. shows, BUT, it IS a T.V. show and I have skeptical thoughts.

i live near a graveyard and one time i saw a wispy white figure that looked like a woman dancing in among the grave markers. i watched for several minutes until she disappeared behind a line of trees. i have never seen it again . i remember feeling a chill all through my body and my hair stiffening. i just don't know what to think it was.

whatever the case may be, God warns us not to seek out and talk to these spirits

yes i believe i was always interested and believed but then once i was at my friends house i knew her mom died but i thought it was in the hospital So one night i was in her parents room going to get something and i felt someone watching me turned around and saw someone with a dark complection like her mom then later she told me thats where her mom died
