Do you not even consider the possibility that you could be wrong and there is no God?
There is no evidence for a real God other than imagination and distorted evidence so how can anyone ignore reality and put their faith in dreams?

Religion put all of Europe in the Dark Ages!

http://see_the_truth.webs.com/Inquisition.html

The Dark Ages never ended! The majority of the people in the U.S. are religious! The majority of people in power and control in the U.S, are religious! Church and State are "NOT" separated here!!

History repeats itself!

IN OTHER WORDS, RELIGION IS SLOWLY AND INSIDIOUSLY PUTTING THE U.S. IN ANOTHER DARK AGES AND PEOPLE DON'T EVEN REALIZE IT!!

We are using up all our resources on the planet, polluting the whole planet, killing off all the species on the planet, using up all the oil and clean drinking water on the planet, etc, etc, because of OVERPOPULATION caused by religion and its policies of- anti-abortion, anti-condom, anti-birth control, anti-gay, right-to-life, be fruitful and multiply, etc, etc, etc...

Religion is a horrible, toxic, infectious, viral, addictive, mental drug and poison that's extremely harmful and destructive!!

Religion causes ignorance, delusion, prejudice, abuse, hatred, fighting, bloodshed, destruction, killing and war!!

Religion stops the advancement of science, technology, learning and progress for the whole human race!! Look what religion did to Galileo, now Darwin, Hawking, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc...

HUMANS WOULD BE MUCH MORE PEACEFUL, PROSPEROUS, AND ADVANCED, IF WE WIPED OUT ALL RELIGIONS!!

For those of you who don't know, Bush is an extreme, ultra conservative, Christian fundamentalist!! The 8 years of deep wound damage that Bush, Cheney and religion did to the United States is MASSIVE!!!

It's going to take many, many, many years to recover from the massive deep wound damage that Bush, Cheney and religion did to the U.S. and the world with their "Holy-Oil-War", etc, etc...!!

It will take Obama, or anyone else, a minimum of 8 years to start getting the U.S. back on track from the massive mess that Bush, Cheney and religion caused!! Deep wounds take a long time to heal!!

THE U.S. AND THE WORLD ARE IN MAJOR SERIOUS TROUBLE IF WE CAN'T FIND SOME WAY TO STAMP OUT RELIGION!!

These links will show you how foolish, harmful and destructive religion is! Please take a look at these awesome links. I promise you'll learn something!-

Huge numbers of religious people are deeply concerned about global climate change. They are concerned because they believe God mandated humanity with responsibility for looking after the gift of the planet to us to live. God told Adam to name the animals, to become a horticulturalist, and to populate Earth. We are meant to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us.

History shows how we've totally fouled that mandate up. The biblical principle, "You reap what you sow" is at work. That's why everybody should be concerned and pull together with this problem - whether they believe in God or not.

Further, Christians have been warned by God in Revelation 11:18 that a time is coming when God will bring to ruin those ruining the Earth. That's why my carbon footprint has been almost invisible for many years. I'm working on it to keep it that way. I care. I am concerned. I know God is watching and that I will be held accountable to Him. As will we all.

You started with a genuine theological question and then went all narrow minded on us.

But to answer your question.

Environmental stupidity brings consequences. If you deforest a region it will turn to desert. If you pollute a river you will get sick from drinking the water. So nature happens.

But

The global warming debate is more than localized issues, it's a global issue and that's where the theological question comes in. obvious miracles like dumping poison into a river and having pristine water hasn't happened since biblical times.

But with global warming/climate change we are dealing with a subtle theory, not something obvious and thats why there is room for subtle miracles. not to mention God does control the planet and therefore major catastrophes only happen because of sins.

international warming is in many cases talked about as international climate replace because human beings don't realize that it doesn't have something to do with on a daily basis temperatures yet fairly widely used melting polar ice caps, each and every year averages and ocean temperatures. as well to recent extreme temperatures in my section we've also considered an advance in air high quality alerts through floor aspect ozone and particulate count number number. It doesn't quite count number in case you've self assurance in international warming (or inspite of time period you want) conservation isn't a nasty element. particular it truly is less complicated to save your head in the sand and justify a cutting-edge shopper way of existence yet issues are starting to be crowded. Widen your slender view of the international and also you may want to be shocked by technique of what's happening. You do recognize that Ted Danson and Al Gore are not scientists proper?

"Do you not even consider the possibility that you could be wrong and there is no God?" --- NO.

Isaiah 24:17-21

New King James Version (NKJV)

17 Fear and the pit and the snare

Are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth.

18 And it shall be

That he who flees from the noise of the fear

Shall fall into the pit,

And he who comes up from the midst of the pit

Shall be caught in the snare;

For the windows from on high are open,

And the foundations of the earth are shaken.

19 The earth is violently broken,

The earth is split open,

The earth is shaken exceedingly.

20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard,

And shall totter like a hut;

Its transgression shall be heavy upon it,

And it will fall, and not rise again.

21 It shall come to pass in that day

That the Lord will punish on high the host of exalted ones,

And on the earth the kings of the earth.

That has nothing to do with religion and more to do with dependency on oil smarts.
