I was lost and undone, without God and had given up on life. I was not eating. An evangelist laid hands on me (on stage, but it was just between me and God). I went home and only then fell out on the floor. For weeks all I did was read the bible and pray (I had never read the bible before). This is not an exaggeration. I was baptized and volunteered in the church. That was 1983.

I had been in search of God most of my life. I endured so many trials. My family life was not the best and was not religious. Sunday school was used as way to give my aunt a break so that she could get some things done. I didn't know anyone who actually read the Bible although everyone I knew believed in God.
No one could tell me why they believed, only that they did. As an adult with children of my own and an abusive marriage, I decided to find out why God allowed all the horrible things to happen in my life. I started reading the Bible and did not understand what I was reading. I cried and prayed hard, begging for help. Within minutes, there was a knock on my door and the people at my door answered all my questions from the Bible. They explained why so many bad things were happening to me and what could help.
I've been reading the Bible every day since then and also teaching others the things that I have been learning. This has brought me closer to God and assisted me in maintaining a relationship with him.

1. MATHEW: Jesus says that those that believe and are baptized will be saved, while those who don't will be thrown into fire... 16:16
2. LUKE: Jesus says that entire cities will be violently destroyed and the inhabitants "thrust down to hell" for not "receiving" his disciples. 10:10-15
3. JOHN: Those who do not believe in Jesus will be cast into a fire to be burned. 15:6
4. ACTS: Peter claims that Deuteronomy 18:18-19 refers to Jesus, saying that those who refuse to follow him (all non-Christians) must be killed. 3:23
5. Many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him? John 10:20
After knowing these facts I kicked this idiot out of my home. Now I am skeptic believing completely in truth.

Most of the answers you get will be from hateful & miserable atheists, but don't pay attention to them. This is what the bible says: "So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." This is exactly what I did and found him.

I prayed for a living saint with the power to give Shaktipat (baptism with spirit & fire).
