number 3 the land plants and sea. On day number 4 for some reason he created the sun and some more. I guess they didn't know that light came from the sun back when this was written. And of course they didn't know that the sun and the moon and the stars where much older than the land and the plants and the sea from day number 3. Or is it just me?

On the first day God created Light, There was light before there was the sun or the moon. God can make Just light, there is no need for a source, but he created a source for the light after he created the light. Its like the question which came first the Chicken or the egg? The chicken probably came before the egg, even though now days chickens come from eggs.

Early biblical authors didn't know much about science and the birds & the bees, so they had some sequencing problems with their story.

What is the use questioning the bible? Only stubborn, closed-minded, idiots take it literally, and you aren't going to change their view. I mean their low IQ won't suddenly get fixed.
