I hear jokes about how mormon's don't know how magnets work like they have their own theory about it or something but I've asked Mormons about it before and they all have no idea what I'm talking about.

Because 98% of Mormons have no idea how magnets work.

I don't know why they can't understand that magnets are just pieces of gravity dug out of the earth. I mean, it's so simple!

I'm LDS and I love magnets, their all over my fridge. I have heard they work on water pipes too. Magnets are very useful for picking up little metal fragments from the sand too, that's kind of fun. I like the one's that you throw up in the air and they click on each other coming down. Magnets are all over the place, I think we should find out new and better ways to use them.

I think what's being spread is that people are clueless as to how magnets work... and so they are asking anywhere they can to try to find out. It's a very sad day when a person has to vent their frustrations at how they work on these forums. Who cares how they work, just play with em..

If a person asks how they work just be grateful you are smart enough to know, they probably don't have the IQ to understand how they work even if you told them.

They have a copy paste for that now. The troll has worn thin at Mormon.org.

There was this video... Insane Clown Posse, magic and miracles, with the line:

"F***'n magnets, how do they work"

I'm pretty sure it mutated from that.
