answer: No. There are few names that are actually very specific to Judaism - Kohan, Cohen, Kohen, Levi, Levy
Carlyle is actually Welsh/Anglo-Saxon in origin
Edit: The boy's name Carlyle \c(a)-rly-le, car-lyle\ is pronounced KAR-lyle. It is of Old English origin, and the meaning of Carlyle is "fort at Luguvalium". Place name and surname, originally from Carlisle. Also the name of a very old city in northwest England. Use as a given name may have originated as an elaborated form of Carl. Historian Thomas Carlyle.
Other names like Silverberg, Goldman are Germanic in origin, not specific to Judaism. These names were imposed on Jews who didn't have a last name and were forced by officials to have a last name. Many times they were insulting = goldberg = gold mountain for a poor, oppressed Jewish family, for example.
