there's no such place as olisabang. You have been lied to.

-edit-

your link is not the source. Your link is from december of 2003, in Sri Lanka. This crazy email you received was not started until February of 2010.

quit trying to dodge the bullet. the person who made the email flat out lied, and you fell for it.

edit---

it's not just that you posted on the internet. It's that you posted something so reactionary without taking the time to verify it. This post is the equivalent of yelling fire in a crowded building. Except you have the resources to find out in 5 seconds (google search) that there is no fire before you actually yell it.

This is a hoax~~~I got an e-mail this morning that said,~~~~

This is a hoax. There are no “provinces” in India, there are states. There is no state of Olisabang. There are no Buddhist extremist groups in India that I’m aware of (though there are some in Sri Lanka, and there have been reports of anti-Christian violence there in recent years) .

There have been violent attacks in the Indian state of Orissa; these have been perpetrated by Hindu extremists, however. This anti-Christian violence is a genuine cause of concern–but no one is helped by passing on hoax e-mails without checking the facts.

Yes ,I too am surprised about the place Olisabang? Where is this place? In which state does it belong? I googled to see from which states the province come from? Yes prayerfor peace is fine. But do not put false news to create violence in the country. I strongly believe that this is not true. God forgive those people who post such messages which is not true.

Oh no! The Buddhists have gone nuts again! It was bad enough when the Hari Krishna's went crazy in Berkley in the sixties. They burned all the hot dog stands and swore to destroy all the airport check-in counters.

Source? I heard it somewhere from a reliable source.

I'm very willing to pray for any persecuted Christians in India. However, those people are not Buddhists in any real sense from that very description, just as the Spanish Inquisition was not Christian.

i pray for all Christian missionaries every day, including the ones in India. i just prayed for them specifically now.

you are right to be concerned whether this was a hoax or not, as God's children are being slaughtered for the faith every day in this cold, dark world. but take heart, for Jesus has overcome the world and this age will not last forever. we must all keep our eyes on Him even moreso during these end times. God bless you, brother or sister. thank you for reminding us of the plight of our brothers and sisters who are being killed for no other reason than loving the Lord. their blood cries out to God for vengeance, and He will bring it.

We pray that God protects the persecuted church. However, we are surprised regarding Buddhist extremists. We have never heard of them.

What would be the point of praying about it? Would that change god's perfect mind and make him want to change his perfect plan? (rolleyes)

thats funny

maybe you shouldn't be trying to convert them?

hahaha i blew a whole in the missionary plot.

its funny, you try and convert anyone and everyone who is not christian, then you scream at people who try and say one ************* thing about their religion or being an atheist.

i say **** GOD!
