Question:
Should there be support groups for those who suffer from Christianity?

Seeing as Christianity is the parasite of the weak of self. Taking a look back in history where during Pax Romana, Christians were trampled to death. But after the fall of Rome, it served as an outlet of false hope for those that suffered emotionally, and as a way for
the government to control the masses.

If you look at the majority of people who were backwards enough to convert INTO Christianity, it is often because they are going through a time in their life that they see as difficult to handle, giving them that false sense of security.

Kind of like drugs. Should there be a support group to help these people?

good day, you will desire to do what you think is stable! while i replace into in extreme college, i wanted to start a lgbt help team and it took till my junior year to finally get the middle to do it. My mum and dad have been thoroughly against it for comparable motives... they concept i might get injury, they did no longer desire to start problems, and their own own ideals. Now, i'm 23 and that help team remains going solid on the highschool I went to. i think of you will desire to decide for it. The lgbt community desires extra human beings such as you who're keen to combat for our rights and happiness. i'm happy with you :) -Dalylah

Wow ! I see you've got it all figured out. Where were you 30 years ago when I was wrestling with the decision to become a Christian? If only you had been there. But it's too late for me now. I have way to much joy and peace, too many answered prayers, experienced too many miraculous "coincidences", and been blessed too much to turn back now. I'm afraid you'll have to focus on people like yourself who have deluded themselves into thinking that the realities that we experience aren't real after all. But when you do come up against that wall where it seems there's nowhere to turn (and you will) then please remember, there's always a way out if you look up. God bless you.

Be prepared to have this question deleted because Christians can't take criticism at all and lack the ability to see past what they think of as you being mean to see the logic in this question. Religion is a mental disorder, an addiction, and a poison but those who are a part of it are so brainwashed that even the intelligent ones refuse to acknowledge what atheists see as obvious.

I've met some recovering christians, nice bunch. It's always good when people have the realization that religion offers false comfort in return for control.

It saddens me that people feel the need for religious beliefs however I'd rather someone be church of England say than church of scientology say, at least the C of E and similar old style religious groups tend to do more for their members than for themselves where as cults (and there are thousands, not all based on religion) are parasites feeding off their members.

No, but there are support groups for people who are miserable and depressed and have nothing better to do than insult others. God being the number one support group! =) If you don't believe in Christianity that's fine. You don't have to intentionally lash out and bash us. Just mind your own business. I'll pray for you!

Religion is not a disease or a drug , it is a dogma based around the worship of entities.

There is a support group already set up for christians, it is called "The body of Christ - the Church" We all help one another, pray for one another, and it is greater than any worldly support group in existence because God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit run it for us and they are the ones who do the ministering also. You might mock but there is nothing like it anywhere. Eat your heart out

Trying to make a support group for Christians is like making a support group for people who are happy or people who have loving families. Why make a support group for something that isn't a problem? If you ask me there should be a support group for hateful internet trolls.

Actually we do have a support, God. He is always there for us and he wants to be there for you too! Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - Matthew 5:10

Dont worry about it. Christians are just fine. Just like people who denigrate Christians. People are just people no matter what they believe or dont believe
