No, but I have slept in many "haunted houses" before. For some reason, I guess ghosts aren't visible to atheists.

I have one. It was in the afternoon, not at night, so it's not as scary as it could have been. lol. Me and my sister carpool with a girl that lives in our neighborhood to and from school. And on this day, the girl's mom dropped us off at home, and we were the only ones there. By the way, the bottom of the stairs is right as you walk in, and the basement door is just past the stairs. So, when we came in, I heard a tapping upstairs but I thought nothing of it, for some reason. So, me and my sister went into the kitchen to get a snack and we were talking really loud, since we were home alone, and that's just what we do when we're home alone. lol. So, we didn't hear the noise upstairs. But, as we were talking in the kitchen, there was a silence and I noticed the noise again. I told her to be quiet and we stood there in the kitchen for a minute, just listening. The noises continued.

My first thought was that there was a burglar or something, so I told her that we needed to run past the stairs and out the front door. Instead, we crept to the basement door, which, as I said, is right next to the stairs. We have stairs where there are six steps up, then you have to turn to take the rest of them upstairs, and there is a loft at the top that looks at the bottom of the stairs. So, we're at the basement door, and we hear a knocking coming from the other side of it, inside the basement. We can also see the light turning on and off in that little space under the door. We thought maybe our mom and sister were pranking us, so my sister playfully knocks back. Whatever was there knocked again. Then, the basement light goes off and stays off.

While that is happening, I am still hearing the tapping upstairs, along with the doors opening and closing, and the faucets in the upstairs bathroom turning on and off. I know that there happened to be a few shoeboxes at the top of the stairs. Then, the top of a shoebox is flung down the stairs! That creeped us out, and my sister headed to get her phone out of the office. So, we open the front door, ready to run out, but then my sister tells me to go halfway up the stairs and try to see what it is. I do, and I see nothing out of the ordinary. So, we run out. Later we are told by our mother and sister that they were out shopping when we came home, so it was a ghost.

It was really creepy...I know that my house is haunted. We live in a duplex, and my neighbor is always telling us things that happen to her. Her ghosts are scarier. Like, once she was taking a shower, and her husband came in to ask her a question. She replied, and once she got out of the shower, she asked her husband if he had been up there, and he told her that he hadn't. And she saw a scary face in the kitchen window once. Also, her stepdaughter has seen ghosts in the house.

One night last winter, I was home alone. It was a stormy, dark and windy night and I was sitting in my lounge watching TV when I heard this strange rapping sound (tap tap tap, over and over) from within the house. I went out into the hallway and looked around but could not see anything. I walked to the bottom of the stairs and could hear the rapping sound coming from somewhere upstairs. I went to the top of the landing but the sound was still coming from above me, it was coming from the attic. I assumed that maybe the wind had blown a slate loose, so I decided to investigate.

I pulled down the ladder to the attic and lifted the hatch. It was cold but there was no draught, no slates were loose. Still I could hear the rapping noise from in the darkness, so much louder this time, it was only a few feet from me in the darkness. I tried the light but it did not work, it had been a good year or so since I was last in the attic. I went to the kitchen and got a flashlight, the batteries were good, this would work fine. I went up to the attic and looked for the source of the noise. Again I could hear the rapping sound (rap, rap, rap).. I walked in the general direction of the sound and discovered a pile of old carpet and rugs. It sounded to me that the rapping sound was coming from beneath them.

I pulled back the carpet and rugs one by one, the flashlight placed on the floor casting weird shadows during my efforts to uncover the source of the sound. With each carpet I pulled away the sound grew louder and it seemed to me that somebody had deliberately tried to cover something here, maybe try to bury it.... And then I discovered the box. It was a large trunk, about three feet wide, two feet deep and two feet high. I had never seen it before, it looked ancient and older than the house by centuries... And from within it came the rapping sound... I picked up the flashlight, with hands shaking I twisted the latch and it opened with surprising ease, as if something inside was dying to get out.. to be seen.. The rapping sound was almost deafening now (RAP, RAP, RAP).... I flung open the lid, shone the light into the trunk.. and inside.... Was a sheet of wrapping paper.

3 years ago were I live it can get hard to sleep at night due to the brightness of the evening for it does not get dark. One day I decided to cover up my window with a board and insulation when I had finished covering up the window I closed my bedroom door and it was pitch black in my room. I thought great now I will be able to sleep longer. The first night I was having trouble to sleep tossing and turning. As I turned to face the other side of my room there in my bed was an old man, dressed in a gray suit head turned towards me, eyes wide open with a part smile on his face and his whole body glowing . I jumped out of my bed so fast, that I believe that my heart skipped a beat. I turned around to look to see him in my bed and he was gone. I was so spooked and could not believe what I just had seen. Any ways I crawled back into bed and had trouble all that night to have a good night sleep. The next night again I was tossing and turning and new that when I had blocked my window that my sleep changed and was causing me to have trouble sleeping so. I Got up and took down the board from my window with the insulation and was able to have a good night sleep. There are things that can be seen in pure darkness. Even to this day I can still see this Ghost that laid in my bed he is imprinted in my memory so clearly like it just happened today. I believe that this old man died of old age in my room and his spirit know not were to go. Ghost are real for if they were not then we would not have spirits. And that would be the end of life for man once he died. For our spirits create the way we look in the flesh.

I do.

I also have experience driving Choppers, Prowlers, Banshees, Wraiths, Warthogs, Mongeese, Hornets, Scorpions, and Elephants. But not Scarabs, because the f'uckers that designed the game won't let me hijack those.

I HAVEN'T REALLY SEEN A GHOST, YOU KNOW, FACE TO FACE. but i actually have felt things:

one day i was sleeping with a friend but then she got up and went to her place so i came back to sleep on my bed alone... at least that was what i thought: i felt somebody besides me, on the same bed, i felt the touch with its body and i felt somebody was trying to take my blanket away from me so i grumbled because i thought it was my brother. i even felt when "he" was laying on the bed. since i thought it was my brother i paid no mind and went back to sleep. but when i woke up i was on my bed alone and my brother was sleeping like a baby.. even my mom says i was alone on my room.

that was creepy!
