Scared of ghosts please help?

I am writing this at 1:00 AM in the morning because my fear has gotten to the point I cannot sleep. I am horrified of ghosts and that they will kill me. Please help I'm really scared

Update 2: I'm 16 it's been a childhood fear I've never out-growed please just be sensible and help me with this

Assuming that you're serious, the fact that you are 16 and are still afraid of ghosts is a bit worrying. I could tell you to calm down or that there are no such things, but I'm sure you've heard it all before and it hasn't helped. I'd recommend seeing a doctor about this if it really is a big deal. Or talk about it with people who won't judge you and see what they say.

First of all, ghosts are incorporeal so they can't hurt you. Take a deep breath, blow it out slowly. Repeat until you feel calmer. In the morning, talk to someone about your fear, and possibly see your doctor. There may be some medication that will help. For now, just remember that ghosts are like a play, or a TV show. They are images only, and can't harm you.

First of all why are you scared of ghosts is it because your watch scary movies ? If your house is not haunted then no ghost is gonna kill you. Ghost can't kill you lmaoo. Just go sleep with your mom or little sister or turn the tv on that's what I do since I actually have a ghost in my house

Get a Bible and start reading the New Testament. Here's a verse that helps me: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6,7.

I asked Jesus Christ into my life as my personal Lord and Savior many years ago and He has helped me with all sorts of problems. I recommend Him to you. Read the Gospel of John. Look for a Bible-believing church to attend, like Baptist. Pray. I'll pray for you too.

Hi I used to be scared of them but not as bad as you, I would fear demons lurking around in the dark ready to do something to me, but that fear is obliterated since I embraced Islam and now I say 'aoudo Billahi minash shaytaanir rajeem' I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the condemned' and no fear remains, only closeness to Allah.

"Ghost' is technically demons. They have capability to learn targeted human's past relationship etc. and disguise into something that the person is feeling weak against. That's why taking care of demons would take of ghosts.--fyi..
