The bible says that adam and eve were created between 3500 BC and 4000 BC. The oldest pyramid was thought to of been built about 30,000 yrs ago. I was just curios what people had to say about this.
If this information i stated was true then adam and eve are just fictional characters. Also I was curios about if you believe in the bible what you think about lilith.

Adam and Eve were definitely mythos. The story was borrowed from the ancient Sumerian myths (Adapa and the Tree of Life).

And, for those of you that aren't familiar with Lilith, here's a great link that explains it.

Lilith - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia2 Lilith in the Bible; 3 Jewish tradition. 3.1 Dead Sea scrolls; 3.2 Talmud; 3.3 Shedim cults; 3.4 Folk tradition; 3.5 Kabbalah. 3.5.1 Adam and Lilith ...

Oldest pyramid in the world

The Djoser Step Pyramid at Saqqara, Egypt, is the oldest pyramid in the world. It was constructed by Imhotep (Djoser's royal architect) c.2630 BC to a height of 62 m (204 ft). Whether this tomb was intended for a member of Djoser's (second pharaoh of the 3rd dynasty) family is not known. The only human remains ever discovered in the Djoser Step Pyramid's tomb was a mummified foot! It's thought the foot belonged to someone who lived about 500 years after Djoser. The body of Djoser has never been found.

The earliest pyramid built in Egypt were around 7,000 years ago. Records of /any/ civilization known to us only go back about 10. If you're going to try and set up an argument, at least look up anything you're passing off as a fact.

Edit: Then give us a link to this well documented proof. Or are the 'they' that are saying the usual 'they', as in 'You know they say...'?

You're going to need to cite some sources, dude.

30,000 years seems a bit old for a pyramid. Humans were still an assortment of small rag-tag tribes hunting and gathering back then, and wouldn't likely have had societies with enough manpower to build those things.

I like the Lilith story better. She was the REAL first woman (according to the Christian myths) but she was cut out because she was unwilling to be subjected to male superiority. The early Christians actually made a pretty awesome religion. There was goddess worship as well as God and men and women were equal to one another, then the men got to big for their pants and decided to make the whole thing about men being awesome and women being practically slaves and thus we have the f*cked up institution it is today.

The Bible says the Earth is only 12,000 years old.

Hilarious, isn't it?

Of the pyramids...."The oldest structure in existence, having been started 4,617 years ago, it is the sole remnant of the Seven Wonders of the World."

The Bible doesn't give dates. The dates are man-made ways of determining time based on what is commonly perceived to be a major social event.

The pyramids have been around for thousands of years before the Christ.

Lilith in Jewish literature was Adam's first wife, one that he rejected because she refused to be underneath him (sexually and mentally). I like her.

The Bible books are oral stories that were written down hundreds of years after they began. They are culturally recorded stories of the Jewish beliefs in how life began. (Like Navajo legends.)

Sorry. The oldest pyramid was created only about 4500 years ago. There was this little thing called the Flood that would interrupt that timeline.

SO BE IT!: Actually there's sufficient evidence to suggest that the Pyramids were not built by slaves, but by proffesional builders who were paid for their labour. They worked hard at it because they were devoted to their religion and their pharaoh.

Actually the first pyramids are from around 2800 BC, before the supposed flood.

Edit: That would be older than the earliest known cities, around 10,000 BC. What's your source?

The earth is Billions of years old. True

The God of the Bible created the earth. True

The first man created was Adam. True

Eve was a clone of Adam. True

Lilith was most likely Adams daughter. Questionable

Adam and Eve were created to live forever. True

Adam and Eve lived in paradise with God. True

Adam and Eve lived for Billions of years with God in the Garden. True

God allowed Adam and Eve to begin the dying process after sin. True

Adam and Eve lived for almost 1000 years after sinning.

Children of Adam and Eve were everywhere. It is possible they built things (pre-flood) that we will never know about.

Most people I have talked to haven't any idea about Lilith. Not to say no one does, just most I have talked to about it.

The pyramids were built by the Hebrew slaves. What is your foundation for "Lilith"?

The oldest pyramid was "thought" to be built 30,000 years ago. Adam and Even did exist.
