"There are no true atheists. They're not born that way. The very reason that they are atheist is to be immoral. Without God, they can do what they want. The only restraint is fear of getting caught. They make up their own moral codes, supposing it to be superior."
If this were true, then it would mean that anyone who participates in a religion that excludes the Christian God uses their beliefs as a pretext for a morality that they prefer to cherry-pick. It also implies that it is necessary to claim unbelief in order to choose actions that are Biblically immoral, which raises the question of why an atheist would bother to label himself as such if he could merely discard morality without also discarding belief in the first place.
Is it possible to reason with a Christian who has taken such a position? For what reason(s) might they not take someone at their word when they say they reject the Christian God for the same reason the Christian rejects all other gods?
