It is detailed in the bible that Jesus will return for a second coming. Has the world now came to a stage where it would be right for Jesus to come again.

Yes: When the Fullness of Gentile Believers is reached, Jesus will remove His People, then God will Deal with Israel Himself;His Wrath and the Blood of mllions,will be poured out on the Nations,
Man will have His Wall of Seperation,that He has been Babbling about for last 70 yrs;Note Mortals that Repent during that Time; Don"t Look when God"s Wrath falls on those that have rejected God"s Plan;

Well Jesus said read the signs of the times - and everything is going according to what's said in God's word - i believe in the very end time there will be a desperation among people to find salvation - and will be seeking out those who belong to the Lord - and this isn't happening yet - there are thousands of ppl receiving Jesus as Saviour every day - but not the 'desperation' there will be in the end -- but only The Father knows the exact time, as Jesus said...
A few things have to happen yet - but there is a sense God is quickening the spirit of His people..
It's exciting to see our God in control and marching on to *JUSTICE*

There hasn't been a time in christian history when people did not think the second coming was at hand. According to the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus told his followers that he would return and establish his kingdom within their lifetime. It is no more likely now than it was 2000 years ago.

Unbeknown to all those that believe, Jesus come's back every year!!!!!!!!
Yep! He does....Iam going to look for him coming on a cloud and i know i will see him cos he is the light of this world......if you know what to look for and the pointers you will see him too...on or about dec 24th look for a bright star in the east(northern hemisphere), it will be followed by the 3 kings(3 stars kind a behind it,1 slightly off).If a line is plotted imagined through all 4 down to the ground...then that point is where the son(sun)of man will rise...after being down below the horizon or in a tomb from about the 22nd of dec( the sun seems to disappear). All religions are based on worship of the sun and or moon and are laced with astrological signs and symbols...so you have to learn to read the symbols..they make a message when they are read together!!!

No. Not physically. But a new scientific discovery proving His and His Father Yahweh's existence will force the start of a new era of mankind realizing who or what Jesus and His Father the God Yahweh are. Which the only obvious answer will be, "scientists". I believe this will happen in our generation or the near future before Jesus physically returns.

It is believed and some people have some evidence that it'll happen in 2012 or the end of the world in 2012

No, he won't return until 2437 and then he will rule for a thousand years. Before that we have to expect that the Moslems will take over Europe including the UK . They will virtually wipe Christianity out.

Time is close, but don't hold your breath because the Lord might tarry as He's not willing that any should perish!!
Pretty close. Europe is closing in on a one monetary system, as foretold in the Bible, but not yet in the western hemisphere...pretty close though.

I thought that most of the material in the book of Revelations applied to Christians in the first(or so) century...

He's a bit late, as he was due to return before those who knew him when he was alive were dead.
