Jesus was supposed to be a human incarnation of God. It seems to me that if he didn't... *ahem*... Then he was doing a really terrible job of trying to be human, considering that... *ahem*... is pretty much a human universal.

I've got to wonder what makes this an issue in your life. You might want to look into that.
As for whether he had sexual relations, there are many who believe he was married and had children. Those who state this is not true are doing so because they have some dogma that precludes Him having done so.
If your rather juvenile "*ahem*" deal was about masturbation, then you need to analyze your own issues on that. It is not "pretty much a human universal." If you are having issues with it, then that is your deal, not His.
