Hi K,

This is the best answer I can give. Since dyeing your hair neither harms you nor anyone else, it really isn't a sin. However, if, in your heart, you feel that it is wrong, then you're heart is telling you not to do it. You see, you would be sinning against your own conscience.

In other words, if you have to ask, then don't do it.

i'm Catholic, and that i've got heard that from some human beings interior the previous. even however, i think of that, while you're dyeing your hair, it is in simple terms area of your short-term visual attraction besides. it is not love that's an eternal replace that can't be replaced. If that have been a sin, so too could be haircuts, shaving, and so on.

I'm going to answer as a non-denominational Christian--whatever you do, bring glory to God. If you can do that with dyed hair, then you can dye your hair.

Why do you ask dear?

I know that the box says permanent, But one's hair color from the bottle will eventually fade from shampooing, fall out naturally ( shed ), get cut off with hair cuts, split and break, or simply grow !

Know your religion. The Roman Catholics are against almost everything Christ taught.

I'm going to answer as a Jew.

It's a sin to mark your body. Your hair is your body, or a body part.

No, millions and millions of Catholics dye their hair. What? Do you think we're a cult of unreasonable fundies or something?

yes, there's a special level of hell reserved for people who dye or even cut their hair and unfortunately its one of the unforgivable sins.

No, but the Pentecostal church does not allow it. However the Pentecostal church sets guidelines at a local level or individual church level. The actual "rules" vary nationwide.

yeah. it's a sin. it's worse than murder. It's even worse than not capitalizing the word god. (gasp!)

Well, vanity is arguably a sin.
