How does one become a druid?

I am interested in converting to the druid religion/practice but I don't know where I can find local groves that can teach me. Please help to give good advice.

Celtic Reconstructionist groups and web sites are all there is, most Druids were killed by the Romans, en masse the place is believed to be Ynis Mon(Ynis Mona) Wales. They left almost nothing in the way of written record-just various stone inscriptions, mostly grave markers. The Christians kind of ran rampant through the oral tradition tales when they were transcribing them, and speaking Gaelic, telling old Tales, or playing the Old Styles of Music were outlawed by the English for a significant period of time in Ireland I'm not sure about the other Celtic areas with that.(Like Switzerland)

I saw a website that initiates people into the Druid religion, but they seemed to be having a lot of infighting and problems. You can do a Google search under "Becoming a Druid" and see what you can find. I know the one I saw had local chapters all around the country, and maybe they have fixed their infighting problems by now.
