Well.....after he destroyed every living creature except those on the Ark he did promise not to do that again...well not all at once anyway, just little by little followed by a good eternal barbecue after.

When he told Noah to bil the ark because he was gong to bring on the flood. The bible teaches that God had mercy on Noah and his family because he was a righeous man. I believe that is Genesis 5:35. God showded mercy to the Israelites and sent Moses to free them from slavery. That would be in Exodus. There's so mnay other places, where God showed mersy and he shows it to us today. Take care.

There is an instance wherein God was wanting very much to show mercy, but the people didn't want his mercy.

Try 2 Chronicles 33:1-20

Manasseh was one of the worst kings of Judah. In fact, his rule was given by God why he was going to have the Babylonians capture the nation.

(2 Chronicles 33:1, 2) 33 Twelve years old was Ma·nas′seh when he began to reign, and for fifty-five years he reigned in Jerusalem. 2 And he proceeded to do what was bad in Jehovah’s eyes, according to the detestable things of the nations that Jehovah had driven out from before the sons of Israel.

But as you read the account, Manasseh saw that he had committed greats sins, and God heard him, and restored him to the kingdom of Judah. Manasseh changed his ways and sought to undo the great evil he had done.

When Abraham is asked to sacrifice Isaac and God acknowledges his faithfulness and provides a ram to use instead

That would be Genesis 22

You know something... God shows His Merciful Spirit to me daily... I am filled with the wonder of this.... each time... I am touched, through various means and people, sometimes in joy, other times in suffering... God's compassion changing me .... is even proof of this... His desire to make us whole. Interestingly this Spirit of Compassion can change us, especially when we open ourselves to this... coming into agreeableness is all this takes to begin the motions... whereby our minds and hearts become blessed with those things that are greater than ourselves. I love the words John the Baptist said ... when he said...

I must decrease, and you increase. As this portal opens in our lives something beautiful enters into our spheres... and we know it... so to me, this is proof beyond compare that God is real with us, when we get real with Him... marvelous expectations are delivered in and to us, and others in our lives take notice... as they do see and know who we were and who we are, and are excited to wonder, where and who these sparks will ignite, and aflame. God is merciful to all ~ *Whosoever*...

WE can look inside, to see amore' as the Kingdom of God is within us, especially with those who have God seated in heart and mind... in realness!

He allowed the flood, which was also out of mercy. Every intent of the heart of early men was only evil.

There are many examples in the Bible, but

one of the most famous is when Jesus (God)

showed mercy to The Repentant Thief on the

Cross next to Jesus during the Crucifixion, and

saved the thief right there and then, telling him

because of his faith in Him (Jesus) he will be

with him in paradise this very day.

Another one: I Chronicle 4:9

The story of Jabez who was shown God's mercy

because of Jabez faith

There is no one good. No one.

None of us deserve His salvation,

but,

because of the Cross, His blood,

His Mercy on us, and love for us,

He saved those who believe, not

because of the righteous things

we have done, but because of His

Mercy. He saved us through the

washing of rebirth and renewal by

the Holy Spirit.
