Question:
Why do atheists say they don't have to prove the negative, but also won't prove the positive?

You say: "God doesn't exist"
We say: "Prove God doesn't exist!"
To which you reply: "I don't have to prove a negative"

Meanwhile

We say: "evolution is false"
You say: "we have evidence"
To which we reply: "show me the evidence"
Which is when you now say: "your ignorance is not my problem"

Yeah? Well your ignorance of God is not my problem either! We have the same evidence for God as you do for evolution, and your ignorance of that is "not my problem", k?

We don't believe in gods or pixies

But we've told you this countless times

BUT you are unable to process new information.

Friend in any Court in the United States of America the case is settled by what's called preponderance of the evidence and examination of witnesses. There has been many people put to death because a group of people said that that person had committed a crime they screamed witchcraft and burn them at the stake. The witnesses in court don't even have to have accurate information all they have to do is agree on it. Here's the cold hard fact friend religion and Christianity out numbers you! In any Court in the United States we can produce more witnesses than you can that means the judge will rule in our favor. End of story. That's how a case is decided the amount of witnesses that says something is true. until you produce physical evidence that says otherwise it is the will of the people. And we the majority of the people believe in God.

We post evidence all the time. You guys seem to have industrial strength barriers around your minds that prevent you from seeing the evidence we show you. I can't tell you how many times some creationist has posted a "gotcha" question which several educated people give good answers to, often with links to further information, but the OP comes back with "See? I knew you couldn't answer it." It was answered several times, but creationists are utterly incapable of seeing words that they don't want to see, even when those words are right in front of them.

Not all atheists do that, but a lot of them do. I asked point blank what I wasn't understanding about evolution and they said that they were not a teacher and wouldn't educate me concerning the subject. If it's so obvious and has mountains of evidence then you'd think they'd be more than willing to answer our questions about it. What's even weirder is that whenever I do get answer it's like they don't know much about the subject themselves.

I don't know whether you're trolling or just a bit dim.

First, in general, atheists don't say anything about God unless someone broaches the subject. Most atheists have no interest at all in God because, to them, God does not exist. As a theist, do you go around insisting to people that fairies don't exist?

No one “has to prove” anything about God, but generally, and certainly in this context, no one can prove that something doesn't exist - how can something leave evidence of its non-existence? How would you set about proving that fairies don't exist? You couldn't. All you could do was say that their existence is highly improbable and that there is NO evidence suggesting that they exist.

Evolution has nothing to do with atheism. It is the name given to the process whereby living organisms change from generation over periods of time - the virus responsible for the present pandemic is the result of evolution. There and many examples of evolution and it is accepted as a fact by the huge majority of people including most Christians.

Ok, so of all the gods mankind has created through the centuries which have not already been resigned to myth, lore and legend or simply forgotten do you "believe" just might have existed

I say, I do not sell you anything nor make you promises hence I have nothing to prove.

I know the "evidence", logic and proof of Evolution when all you have is a belief which by the way is also devoid of "evidence".

I say, your ignorant of the "gods", I don't care about your problems, not mine to fix.

I say you know not what a "belief" actually is and that which you present as such validates all of the gods.

I don't care which of the gods you chose as you live life in fear of the free choices of others, sucks to be so insecure in yours you spend more time attacking than believing!

No atheist ever said that, dumbass. However, just for you, your inability to prove that God exists is the proof that God doesn't exist.

As far as evolution, if you don't know where to find that proof, you're pretty ignorant. Just for you, I'll give one example. RNA proves that the current SARS-CoV-2 virus is a more virulent mutation of the 1918 SARS-CoV-1 virus.

The evidence for biological evolution is overwhelming, literally hundreds of thousands of pieces of such evidence. Please don't give Christianity a bad name by demonstrating the ignorance your little Protestant denomination requires of you.
