If you are looking for someone to point to you and tell you there God is, it's not going to happen because God is Spirit. There is evidence of his handiwork all around us, however, and 2,000 years ago God came to this earth as Jesus. If you do not believe him then you will not believe us.

There are 4,200 religions in the world and 120 god including Christian claim to create the universe. Usually mankind create the fake god and write the god book through they own opinion and it's impossible to be real.

I could say that m7y7 faith is the evidence, of that which cannot be seen. Or I could mention some of the completely incredible experiences I have had, and teh inexplainable by regular understood existence. But that is more my experience than evidence. Buit I will pose this: here we all are, on this huge rocj hurtling through space, and none of us are getting out of this alive. Now give the planet a quick glance all the nations and different people, and then look at your loved ones, now tell me this, is it best for the sake of having some sort of relative peace and chance to live for a few years to have beliefs in a God who will bring consequences etc etc etc, or should we just have EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF!!! YEEHAW I AM COMING THAT WAY LOOOOK OUT....and by the way, I havwe seen more pastors insult teh bible so that element of your question si no biggie

When God created us, He gave us freewill. Its not impossible for God to make everyone believe in God's existence.

God wants us to recognize Him from the signs.

Look for the signs. There are signs everywhere but only if you are open minded.

There are 2 possibilities

God exists

God doesn't exist.

The probability for the universe to come into existence by chance is 10 to the power of 10 to the power of 30. (Impossible).

The accuracy of gravity needed at the time of big bang was like standing a pen on its nib for billion billion years. (impossible).

If the gravity at the time of big bang was higher by 0.000000000001 percent the whole universe would have collapsed, if it was lower by the same amount, the stars and planets would have gone too far.

Everything has a perfect mechanism which is impossible to exist by chance.

Everything, everything is a miracle in itself.

You think this could happen just by chance?

No. Certainly not!

Existence exists. Certain characteristics, properties, and principles of existence are observable by our senses, and some are deducible from what we observe, and amongst the deductions are particular laws that the existence of the physical universe must follow. Amongst these is the law of cause and effect. Every effect has a cause.

Inherent with even the smallest particles of existence is a great deal of observable knowledge of its characteristics, properties, and principles of its existence, along with the laws which govern it's existence.

The universe had a beginning. This has been proved, much to the chagrin of those who wish to deny God's existence, because, since the universe had a beginning, it is necessary that it had to have been caused, because its beginning makes it an effect. Even the law of cause and effect had a beginning with the physical universe along with the laws of physics and the immense body of knowledge incorporated to organize everything, born in the purpose of the great first cause, the Creator.

Because it is observable that things we cannot see can control things we can see, we know that there is a higher form of existence than the physical. Mind is over matter. You can move your finger to manipulate your computer to ask a question.

We humans are the highest life form we see on this planet, but the planet, and we ourselves, are evidence of a much higher life form that caused our existence, because we did not, and could not cause it. We have neither the knowledge nor the power to do so, yet here we are.

The law of cause and effect precludes any possibility of nothing causing anything; zero cannot make one. We cannot create even the knowledge upon which existence is founded, we can only discover and appreciate it. Even if we do not understand something, it exists beyond our our powers; we are not the ones who make the laws of existence. We cannot tell the Creator how He must operate. If we are wise, and have learned anything, we will listen to Him. The Bible provides great evidence.

Hebrews 11:1, in defining faith as the scientific method, evident demonstration, shows that God wants use to use our powers of reason. That is only one of many places. But it goes on to state a principle of creation in verse three of the same chapter: "By faith we perceive that the systems of things were put into effect by God's word, so that what is beheld has come to be out of things that do not appear."

Isaiah 40:26 asks us to look at the stars and ask who has created these things, then shows the scientific principle that it takes energy to create material things, saying the One who brings forth the army of them, He calls all of them by name, and, "Due to the abundance of dynamic energy, He also being vigorous in power, not one of them is missing."

To every rational human being who reflects upon the observable evidence, it is obvious that God exists as a being of super intelligence, wisdom, righteousness, justice, power, and above all, of love.

Only the beastlike cannot see nor understand these things, but then, we ARE living in the era of the mark of the beast. Don't worry, God will, very soon, do away with Satan's world and restore His own, Paradise of Eden.

The God known as Poseidon has moved the tides,EVERY ocean, EVERY day.

And those who claim Poseidon is NOT real, but that THEIR God is real, would not DARE to anchor themselves to the sea floor at LOW tide, and trust THEIR God to protect them as the Power of Poseidon brings in the HIGH tide.

It is PAINFULLY obvious that the oceans did not EVOLVE the ability to move the water, UP HILL against the slope of the shore.

Some so-called- "scientists" claim that the moon, and "gravity" cause tidal motion.

But, let us not forget that, just like Evolution, Gravity is a THEORY!

People who don't believe in Evolution, SHOULD believe in Poseidon.

If God is defined as an omnipotent being then it cannot exist. This conclusion is based on the observation that there exist subatomic particles in the universe which are in superposition. The super position state of these particles collapses when they are observed. If God is omniscient then it must know the state which the particles would collapse into, and simply knowing that information would cause them to collapse. Therefore God Cannot be omniscient or the universe could not exist as it has been observed that it does (with such particles in superposition.) Since God is observably not omniscient, then God by definition is not omnipotent. To paraphrase Epicurus, if God is not omnipotent -- then why call it God?

GOD creates body ,consciousness and soul ,when become unconscious the body can do nothing and when soul leave the body then the death approach. So what happen to soul and consciousness then when the death approach.

So we say GOD creates spirit and soul then place into our bodies then they work in unity to keep us alive as human being with intellect.

There is something rather than nothing (contingency argument), the universe had a beginning (cosmological argument), design is here (teleological argument), beauty is here (aesthetical argument), morality is here (moral argument), the widespread belief in deity is here (intuitional argument), etc.—what is their adequate preceding cause? Many people believe these point to God.

I would look up those arguments and watch some of the debates with Dr. William Lane Craig, Dr. John Lennox, and Dr. Stephen Meyer.

I discovered that mankind has mistranslated the scripture that makes up the first five Books of The Bible due to our lack of scientific knowledge to properly interpret the advanced scientific knowledge contained in this ancient Biblical scripture. This led to the unscientific religious interpretations we still think they mean today. My discovery will force mankind to reinterpret this scripture back into the advanced scientific text its always been based on from the unscientific religious interpretations we still think they mean today. This will lead to proving the existence of a Intelligent Designer named the God of Abraham whose scientific mind is where this advanced scientific knowledge contained in this ancient Biblical scripture originated from and not from the unscientific minds of ancient sheep herders.

Assuming that you are not taking the Bible or the word of Christians regarding it and that you are disregarding Jesus Christ himself and Old Testament law that still leaves us with creation itself. If you have never read the Bible or heard of Jesus Christ then creation itself will still testify against you. It is clear and evident that there is a God.

It only happens to some - but some people who have wanted to believe in God but needed some help to believe, have cried out in their distress to God and as a result have had powerful life/heart-changing visions of Jesus. Many have been enveloped in a blanket of healing love when burdens of grief have been taken away! Some have felt the Touch of God and have been miraculously healed of life-threatening habits.

God is a God of variety and has different ways of making himself known. A touch from God makes many of us (me included) burst into tears and just howl! Strong, overwhelming beautiful experiences of God bring us to tears, melting tears - tears of wonder and joy! (my husband goes pink and he sobs).

Many of us have known miracles and impossible wonderful coincidences!

Experiencing God is the most special and exhilarating experience EVER! It surpasses any other inspiring overwhelming event. Some believers have fairly frequent encounters of various intensity. Some have a cluster of experiences and then no more!..

We Christ believers/followers KNOW that God is our Eternal Heavenly Father! He plants this super-knowledge deep into the core of our hearts -that is why we cannot deny Jesus Christ who is responsible for the formation of this close Godly relationship! Jesus is the bridge between God and man, he prays for us in Heaven! Amazing! Awesome!

This is news from UK newspapers today - just to prove that life in some form has been around for millions of years! Dinosaurs walked the earth millions/billions of years before humans evolved. And we only have life as we know it as our rocky planet is in the 'habitable' zone being not too cold or too hot for life to exist. Bit like Goldilocks and the three bears:)

Our Galaxy is just one of billions within our Universe. And there are billions more universes beyond ours that are only just being discovered as the equipment to see them is getting more and more effective. Stars, planets etc are being 'born' and 'dying' all the time. No god is doing this as why would one just 'choose' our tiny little rock to create humankind?

-Remains of an unborn baby have been found inside the body of a 200 million-year-old sea reptile from Somerset.

The 3.5 metre (11ft) pregnant ichthyosaur, or "sea dragon", lived at the time of the earliest dinosaurs during the early Jurassic period.

Scientists said the incomplete embryo was less than seven centimetres long and consisted of preserved vertebrae, a forefin, ribs and a few other bones.

There was evidence the foetus was still developing in the womb when it died.

The find adds to evidence that ichthyosaurs, some of which grew to more than 20 metres, gave birth to live young unlike egg-laying dinosaurs.-

If God did exist there would be substantiated proof, empirical evidence et al; As it stands there is not.

There is a lot of hearsay but nothing solid. Conversely you don't have to prove something doesn't exist; how do you prove non-existence as opposed to the presumption of existence without the proof of existence

Well done for asking for evidence rather than proof.

As you can see, most of the arguments for 'God' are mere assertions sans evidence. "Trees exist, therefore God", etc. But there are attempts at logical arguments for a god, but they inevitably fail.

Arguments FOR a god that FAIL are 1) personal experience, 2) atheists hate 'God', and 3) objective morality. The first means personal experience of other gods means they must also exist, and 2 means if we hate 'God', we must hate all other gods as well (consistency), and therefore according to the 'hate God' logic, they must also exist. And if all other gods also exist, the one and only 'God' can NOT.

The objective morality argument ignores that if a god decides what is moral, then that morality is also subjective. If a god decides something is moral because it is objectively so, then that morality is outside of that god. So a god that creates objective morality can NOT exist.

Then we have other arguments based on history, science, logic and probability. Anselms god, the one accepted by most Christians, is logically contradictory, so can not exist.

The Trinity is also contradictory, so can not exist. That's why the modern Christians use memes to describe the Trinity, because they haven't read what the first Christians actually said, and so do not know the arguments against the Trinity that they struggled with. The first Christians eventually got around this problem with saying 'God' transcends logic.

An old, large, unfriendly universe is what we expect if no gods existed, and the fine-tuned Universe argument tells us how a god could create the universe better, while providing evidence for the multiverse theory.

Creationists argue a protein forming by chance alone (a straw man argument by the way) is so improbable as to be virtually impossible. So 'God', who must be even more complex by a long shot must be even more improbable (by a long shot multiplied by virtually impossible).

Probability also says that if other gods are false, this increases the chance 'God' is also false. And the fact that there are many, many different versions of this god suggests theists have no credible arguments for their god, which increases the odds even further that 'God' does not exist.

Evolution proves the literal god of Genesis does not exist, so that's an argument from science. The fact that prayers don't work is also in this category.

These are just many arguments against 'God'. This is not to say a god of some description does not exist (or gods, why must there be only one). But as we have evidence simple, natural forces can create complexity, then this suggests we are here because of simple, natural forces.

It appears to be a simple issue. Many people believe that God exists (check out the meaning of 'belief', and many don't. Those who believe, don't seek, or need evidence, those who say there is no God have no belief. Belief is accepting something for which there is no evidence.

Wait a minute, there, John.

What sort of evidence,

do you imagine

that nonexistent things

might leave for us

to discover and measure

their nonexistence?

Evidence can only ever be

about existence.

If no evidence of existence

is available,

then the default assumption

is logically, always,

nonexistence.

Religions delayed the human species

from reaching this realization

for a few thousand years,

by insisting that truth could be reached

only by imagining it.

And religions are still fighting logical thinking.

But they are starting to sound

sort of frantic and pathetic.

At this point, they are just old,

bad mental habits.

The constant flip flopping between "we have undeniable and irrefutable proof" and "Well it's actually about having faith" is proof enough. If there's proof they would have shared it and if it's not about proof and instead all about faith then they wouldn't have brought up all that claims about having evidence.

Atheism is not a conscious decision or a belief but a realization, those that cannot escape remain prisoners of their conditioning!

The first person to produce a single tiny little piece of verifiable evidence for any god will become world famous and mega rich!

Academia states that in the absence of any sort of evidence of the existence of something it must be deemed not to exist until verifiable evidence is found - thus god is held not to exist pending some sort of verifiable evidence.

The bible is what is called "Faction” A fictional story set in a factual time and place. Thus the time, place and real historical characters are all correct but the fictional characters and stories are not!

There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman record - that is right - not one! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the messiah - all of whom are well recorded!

There is not a single contemporary record from any source and even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!

He was supposed to have been a huge problem to the Romans and produced wonderful miracles but still not one contemporary record?

Even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!

Pilate is recorded in the Roman record as a somewhat lack luster man but no mention of a Jesus, a trial or crucifixion that would surely have been used to make him look brighter!

At best he was an amalgam of those others but almost certainly never existed!

Not one word of it is contemporary with the period and was not written until several hundred years after the period the story is set in!! How did the apostles write their books more than a hundred years after they would have been dead?

Some even try to use Seneca. 4 BCE – 65 CE but as a Stoic Philosopher he opposed religion yet made not a single mention of a Jesus or Christianity!

Even funnier is trying to claim Celsus AD ? – 177 AD Who said that Jesus was a Jew who’se mother was a poor Jewish girl whose husband, who was a carpenter, drove her away because of her adultery with a Roman soldier named Panthera. She gave birth to an illegitimate child named Jesus. In Egypt, Jesus became learned in sorcery and upon his return presented himself as a god.

An ancient set of lead tablets found in Jordan in 2008 showing the earliest portrait of Jesus Christ have proved to be 2,000 years old and say that Jesus and the disciples tried to recreate a religion from the time of King David!

The birth and evolution of the gods are based on the birth and evolution of our societies, that if the first men possessing nothing were the equals of the natural spirits, their successors cultivators and sedentary Neolithic soon begin to believe in a Goddess of Fecundity providing wealth ... Lighting the Way to Reality

I have good evidence that the god of the Bible doesn't exist.

That is because the Bible itself proves that its god does NOT exist.

The Bible describes a god-created cosmos that does not actually exist. Since that cosmos is a manifestation and attribute of that god, the god who created the nonexisting biblical cosmos does not exist either.

Note: Because only a few verses would not make the case, the material below is necessarily quite extensive and shows that the Bible has a consistent view of the structure of the cosmos throughout, with parts that are fully consistent with each other. That structural consistency indicates that it accurately represents the cosmos as conceived by the writers of the Bible.

According to Ecclesiastes 1:5 the sun goes (hasteth) around the earth

"The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose"

--as, of course, it must, since, according to Ps 93:1, Ps 96:10, and 1 Chr 16:30, the earth does not move. And the earth cannot move because, according to 1 Samuel 2:8 and Ps 75:3, it is placed on pillars. And because it is placed on pillars, it has an underside and an upper side, as confirmed by Isaiah 40:22 which indicates that the earth is a circle--i.e., a flat disk.

That is also confirmed by Proverbs 8:27, which describes god as beginning the creation of the world when he "drew a circle on the face of the deep" (ESV). The Hebrew word translated as “circle,” "compass, “ and “horizon” in the different Bibles is the same word used for circle in Isaiah 40:22. The ancient Hebrews would have gotten the idea of a circular earth by viewing the horizon from the top of a mountain.

(The Hebrew word translated as "circle" in Isaiah 40:22 is chuwg, which means "circle" not "sphere." Strong's Concordance: "circle"..."describe a circle." Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament: "Circle...the earth conceived as a disc, Is 40:22." Hebrew-Aramaic and English Lexicon of the Old Testament: "draw round, make a circle." If Isaiah actually meant "sphere" he could have used the Hebrew word duwr, meaning "ball" as he did in Isaiah 22:18.)

(But what is particularly significant is that the Jewish scholars who translated the Hebrew scriptures into the Greek Septuagint during the third century B.C. used the Greek word gyron--γῦρον--meaning circle, instead of "sphaíra"--σφαίρα--meaning sphere, for their translation of the Hebrew chuwg in Isaiah 40:22. So those scholars CLEARLY understood what Isaiah was saying, in contrast to those today who ignorantly say that chuwg means "sphere.")

Underneath the flat disk of the earth is the abyss, the bottomless pit, which is referred to several times in the Bible (ex. Rev. 9:1,2).

That is also what is being referred to in Job 26:7 when it says that the earth hangs over nothing. (The Hebrew word translated "upon" in the KJV also means "over.") The actual sphere of the earth in space is not "suspended' or "hanging" "over" or "upon" nothing. It is orbiting the sun at 66,700 miles per hour. If the earth can be considered "hanging" over anything, it is the sun, which certainly is NOT nothing.

Several other verses in the Bible also indicate the earth is flat, such as Nebuchadnezzar's vision in Dan 4:10-11 (the tree could not be seen from all the earth if it were not flat). Dan 2:28 states that the visions of Nebuchadnezzar are from God. If the biblical god says the biblical earth is flat, it must be flat.

The original Hebrew word translated as firmament is raqiya, which is a noun derived from the Hebrew word raqa. That word is a verb meaning "to beat out," and is used in the bible in reference to beating out metal into plates or expanses of the metal (as in Exodus 39:3). So raqiya, as a noun, would literally mean "that which is beaten out."

The biblical firmament, or sky, is therefore a solid, beaten out expanse or vault set on the rim of the flat disk of the earth. That is confirmed in Job 37:18, which states:

"Can you beat out the vault of the skies as he does,

hard as a mirror of cast metal?" (New English Bible).

There, the Hebrew word translated as "beat out" (or "spread out" in other versions) is, as noted above, raqa.

The solid, or firm, nature of the biblical firmament is also indicated by Proverbs 8:27-28:

27. When he established the heavens...

28. When he made firm the skies above... [ASV, ESV, NRSV, NASV, NAB]

The Hebrew word translated as "firm" there is amats, which has a meaning of "be hard".

The solid vault of heaven is also implied in verses such as Deut 4:32:

"Ask now about the former days, long before your time, from the day God created man on the earth; ask from one end of the heavens to the other. Has anything so great as this ever happened, or has anything like it ever been heard of?"

The "ends of heaven" would be the base of the vault of heaven where it rests on the rim of the disk of the earth.

See also Ps 19:1-6, Isaiah 13:4-5, and, particularly, Matt 24:31, which states Jesus as saying:

"And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."

The elect are those on the earth who will be saved in the last days. Jesus is saying there that the angels would gather the elect from all over the earth, from one side, or end, of the base of the vault of heaven to the other side or end, from the east, west, north, and south, which is what the reference to the four winds means.

Isaiah 34:4 likewise indicates that the firmament is solid rather than being the upper atmosphere or the emptiness of space.

"the skies will roll up like a scroll,

and all the stars will fall"

The material making up the vault of the firmament will roll up, and the stars that were attached to it will fall to the earth.

The solid vault of heaven has a specific purpose in the Bible. As the Genesis story in chapter one indicates, the whole cosmos consisted of water before the creation process began. As it is described in the Genesis creation story, god created the firmament of heaven on the second day so it would hold back the waters above the firmament when he created the earth on the third day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.

So that passage clearly indicates that the purpose of the solid firmament was to hold back the waters above the heaven. Furthermore, those waters continued to exist in the biblical cosmos, as indicated by Psalm 104:1-3 and Psalm 148:4. Also, the firmament of heaven has windows that are opened to let the water above the firmament fall as rain, as indicated by Genesis 7:11 and 8:2,

The stars in the biblical cosmos are just lights set in the firmament. As mere lights in the sky, they will fall to the earth in the Last Days (Matt 24:29), which conflicts with finding that the actual stars are other suns and many times larger than the earth.

So, according to the Bible the earth is a flat, immovable disk, supported by pillars and covered with a solid vault of heaven, the rim of which is is resting on the perimeter of the disk of the earth, and the stars are just lights set in the vault of heaven.

That this is the correct view of the biblical cosmos is shown by the fact that it describes a structure with parts that are fully consistent with each other. That structural consistency indicates that it accurately represents the cosmos as conceived by the ancient Hebrews and as its writers incorporated that view in the Bible.

In addition, according to the Bible, earth is the centerpiece of creation and in the Last Days god will destroy the earth and the heavens and create a new heaven and earth as part of his plan for mankind. (2 Peter 3:10-13).

Is that really realistic considering the vastness of the universe and its enormous number of galaxies? In the actual universe that science has uncovered, the earth is an insignificant mote, even more insignificant than the size of an atom is with respect to the size of the earth. It is the height of geocentric IDIOCY to think that the whole universe was created merely for the sake of the earth and its inhabitants.

Therefore, the god-created cosmos cosmos that is described in the Bible does not actually exist. Since that cosmos is a manifestation and attribute of that god, that is good evidence that the god who created that non-existing biblical cosmos does not exist either.
