No because the baby didn't do anything wrong and it is wrong to judge a person for what his/her parents did no matter what his her parents did as no one can control what his her parents have done. Also killing people for who they are is one of the horrible traits of Hitler and killing someone for being a relative of Hitler would be doing what he did even if to a lesser extent as it would be killing someone for who he/she is.

As far as I know, evil is not genetically transferable, so I wouldn't have anything against the child and killing an innocent to punish the guilty is just plain f'ed up.
