Can anyone explain what really happened to me?

Question

A little while ago, I sent a post detailing my personal near death experience. And received typical responses that I was hallucinating, etc. But here is the problem...

While I was "dead", my soul left the room in the hospital that my physical body was in and went to the room where my husband was at. While in that room, I saw everything and heard everything as if I were standing there in the flesh. Later, when discussing these events with my husband...he confirmed that what I saw and heard had really happened. This is not and could not possibly be "hallucinating" ...so what really did happen to me?

Remember how Jesus was treated while on the earth. If unbelievers treated Him this way, how much more will they treat those who profess him to be the Savior, or that he is a living Christ



You may want to choose who you share this wonderful experience with. "Cast not your pearls before swine". Rather, choose those who you think will benefit from your experience - those who you feel the spirit directs you to.



While I have appreciated reading your experience, others are far away from understanding its significance.

I went back and read your previous post - wow, what an interesting story. That you saw and heard your husband talking to another person about a beer distillery and he affirmed that happened is certainly hard to explain away. If that's what truly happened it is a mystery. Many people claim to have had similar experiences so you are not alone. I don't think that anyone can really answer your question. The only thing I can suggest is to pray about it and ask for some peace of mind over the matter.

Oh gosh, I saw a show on TV about someone who had EXACTLY the same experience happen to them! The person was being operated on. To perform the operation, her body had to be made "clinically dead". During the operation, her soul appeared outside of her body, and she was able to see and hear all going on in the room. Afterwards, the doctors and assistants confirmed that what she saw and heard was indeed what happened!



I believe that, because the body was so close to death, the soul in fact exited it. When the body was "brought back to life", the soul went back in to live the rest of it's life.



I beg you, please don't listen to most of the answers provided to this question. As you said, when they can't figure it out, they resort to accusations of lying.

Obviously, God has a plan for your life. Have you ever seen God? Do you attend church? If not, please pray to him now. I promise you that if you honestly allow God into your soul, he WILL come. If you are skeptical, PLEASE try anyway... "God, I don't know whether or not you exist, but if you do, I need to know."



God will answer you. I promise you this.

wow, that's unreal . You were very priviledged spiritually to have encountered that , you must be extremely hyper-sensitive to your spiritual existence which is how that happened . Again this is down to belief/ faith. Obviously you needed to sort out some things concerning you and your husband and fought against your time to go. There is also the chance that your number was not' up' and your belief that you weren't going to give up had something to do with the fact that you are still with us. Enjoy and savour your second chance , not many of us are that lucky to have a rehearsal of life but have to get it right in the only take we are given.

You probably heard these things while out, and your imagination recreated the room with the sounds in it to create a visual.



Don't underestimate the human brain. The moment you saw the room your brain took a snapshot of where everything is in the room. If you heard a clink in a specific corner, your brain knew it was the tray it saw there and gave you that image. Even if your conscious doesn't remember everything, your unconscious knows ALL.



Why are you getting so angry? What did you expect by posting in a public forum and ASKING for people's opinions??

Oh, Angela, i won't manage to think of the turmoil you had to have been dealing with. i'm so sorry relating to the shortcoming of you invaluable infant boy. comfortable hugs. the awful Reaper is a character depicting loss of existence, notwithstanding, there are demons who appear like contained in the cloaks. replaced into it a dream? do not understand. in line with threat if it replaced into, subconsciously you knew some thing replaced into incorrect and your innovations performed out the scene. this is not person-friendly to tell, regardless of the undeniable fact that this is unusual which you have been for sure faraway from mattress in case you have been going to make breakfast, which leads me to think of that dreaming won't have been the reason, for this reason, the only factor i might think of may be demon. I surely do not understand that i'm able to respond to your question. As for feeling extra suitable approximately this going on returned, to be easy, i think of you would be worried with the subsequent being pregnant regardless. yet i think of in case you pray God's protection over your self, your loved ones, your infant, and homestead on a daily basis, it could help settle your fears particularly, and of path, this is sturdy to try this besides.

Hearing is the last sense to go when you're dying. And based on that, the mind is able to construct an entire reality of its own, as supported by the popularity of past radio shows. There are people who think they saw something on TV when in fact they only heard it on radio. The visual memories can be created by sound alone, in most people.

you probably did have an out of body experience. The same thing happened to my grandma. She heard the conversations me and my mom were having when we were at home and she was at the hospital in her coma. And she also visited my brother at college and when she woke up she was telling us all this and it freaked me out because it was true. it's like how else could she hear what we were saying if she wasn't even in the room? And she also heard the conversations that the doctor and my mom were having when they weren't even in the room. And she also heard the coversations between some nurses and they were freaked out when she told them the story because they were wondering how she could have heard it if she wasn't in the room

You could have overheard others speaking about it while you were unconscious. Or the information(the things you heard) could have been predictable such as "don;t worry mr something your wife is going to be okay". You're just looking for a way to validate something you already believe in, while ignoring a sound hypothesis.
