Seriously I don't know what the hell their problem is. It's mostly the Fundamentalist/Evangelical, Conservative type Christians who think like that.

Don't try to understand Christian logic. It is flawed and you will just give yourself a headache.

Christians have along have denyed that anyone but them can be good, that if you are not Chritian and follow what they say is right you are evil. They love to talk about how they were put down and killed for thier faith while doing it themselfs.

They believe the Bible says these acts are moral sins and therefore against God, so if you commit them, you are against God.

I think it is accurate to use the term "claims to be" when referring to how someone self identifies their affiliation. I can't really know whether someone is an Atheist or a Christian based on their statements to that effect. As a case in point I can not really know if someone is anything they profess to be when they are communicating on the internet. Guys frequently pretend to be girls, homely girls pretend to be pretty girls, people with complexes pretend to be normal. This is all part of the dangers of communication without meeting people face to face. There is a simple path to take in this circumstance. Either take everything said by everyone as being suspect, or take what everyone says at face value while reserving a grain of salt for those people who stretch credulity. My perspective is that people who take everyone as suspect are the ones who raise a flag with me, and I take what they say with a grain of salt. Personally I accept that if someone self identifies as Christian, then I take it that they are Christian unless their behavior makes a lie of their words. The same goes for Atheists and any other faith discussing issues in this forum. For example when someone self identifies as an Atheist, then says they don't like Christianity. However, they believe something divine other than the Christian God exists, then I know they don't understand what the term Atheist means. I've met many people who claim both Agnosticism and Atheism as well. Agnostics specifically don't have knowledge, even of the non-existence of the divine. Thus an Agnostic is not an Atheist. Agnostics are generally taking either an apathetic or a wait and see aproach to divinity. Personally I don't dislike Christians, Buddhists, Taoists, Jews, Scientologists, etc.. As long as they can agree with peaceful co-existence with other faiths I can get along well with people from most religious traditions. However, I have also seen and studied enought of the historical track record for religions that I know to carefully keep an eye on the ones which become organized as part of the political power structure of a nation. This includes organized Atheists with a social or political agenda such as are prevalent in Russia, China, and North Korea. I hope this helps.

cause of misinterpretation of biblical verse "he who is not for me is against me" Past teachings, especially. on sins, still influence some. thanks to science &biblical exegetes, more X'tians realize jesus' law on love w/c is not contrary, but rather, a correct interpretation of the 10 commandments. the reality is that there are different kinds of christians. some are closed-minded, others are open minded, while others do not mind, & some have no mind.

A lot of Christians out there can get a little stressed out when someone doesn't listen to them when they tell atheists (ect...) they need to change, which can lead to anger and impatiance, and so on.
There are a lot of atheists that believe Christians are mean and judgemental. I try to live by "Love your neighbor as yourself." Christianity is really a love based religion, but a lot of people ruin that reputation.

Funny how they deny Hitler was a Christian while taking page after page from his play book. Yes, Christians are anti-freedom and anti-American.

it is because they are ignorant bastards, unwilling to accept anything that is not like them or does not believe as they do. take a look at the Inquisition for instance. they murdered thousands of people because they did not conform to their beliefs in the name of their "god." now, isn't killing someone against one of the commandments? HM, a little bit of hypocrisy there, don't you think?

Well, Hitler didn't really use any argument of being against God, Christ or anything to justify extermination... That justification was routed in flawed concepts of eugenics and it's just symantics, but anti-Christian isn't against God, just against Christianity, Jews and Muslims could very well be Anti-Christian...
That said, I haven't really heard of anyone actually believing this, but find it disgusting that they likely do exist all the same.

Some Christians say OTHER Christians are the Anti-Christ. Like REVERAND Pat Robertson:
You say you're supposed to be nice to the Episcopalians and the Presbyterians and the Methodists and this, that, and the other thing. Nonsense. I don't have to be nice to the spirit of the Antichrist. I can love the people who hold false opinions but I don't have to be nice to them.

One reason we say you're anti-Christian is that you spread falsehoods such as that Hitler was a "Christian leader."
Anybody who seriously thinks so has probably been taken in by web sites put up by the "Freethinkers" and pagans who want to defame Christianity. These sites deliberately take quotations out of the context of Hitler's speeches to Christians which were meant to deceive, and they present them as the whole story. Any serious historical research has shown a systematic campaign by the Nazis to suppress the Christian churches. Thousands of Protestant ministers and Catholic priests and nuns went to concentration camps to die for refusing to co-operate with this. Look in any good history of the Third Reich in the index under "churches" or "Christianity" to see that I'm telling you the true story on this. Rutgers University also has a good web site presenting serious historical research into this issue.
After you've done that, ask yourself about the people who feel they must use deceit to defame other people's religion.

thanks for question.why christians clam homosexuals, pagans and non-christians being against God,for christian, it is quit unfortunate that God choose them to be his.reason is that they simply lack knowlegde.it is true that God did not will them that, but just that they refuse to understand.after God created man for good devil came with his own destruction for man and God gave a man a way out and the way out is through holyspirt which came to impact knowlegde to man and to teach him the ways of God.but those that lack the holy spirit is under devils cage.then some of them think that God is incapeable of helping them and next is to go into pagan and abandoning everything about God.there is this biblical quote from God which he sayed, that my people perish because they lack knowlegde.i am telling you today that the only way to overcome homosexuals and as a pagan is to invite holy spirit into your life and have time for God,never be alone without thinking about GOD or anyother thing reasonable because devil who is going to and fro could use the opportunity and get you. Then for non-christians to be against God,the reason is that devil have enfold them in darkness and make them not to see any good thing from God because they are in darkness.as devil have make them his workshop.so the only way out is to accept jesus christ as your lord and personal saviour.thanks

This is very simple once we know the origin and use of "anti". "Anti" means "opposed to".
Being a non Christian, a pagan, or a homosexual then means the beliefs and or life styles are in opposition to what Christ and the bible teach.

Hitler was a nut; and homosexuality, pagans and anything against God is anti God and is found in the Bible.

Hitler wasnt christian, he created his own nazi-pagan religion involving greek gods. he killed more catholics than jews.
as for why christians do things, i dont know. i seem to recall Jesus saying 'if they are not against us they are with us', so as long as these people arent 'against' christianity, there shouldn't be a problem.
