LOL!!!
yes, Catholic Church is the largest charity in the world, there are countless hospitals where nuns take care of the ill for pennies a day...
Mother Teresa (remember her?) was a nun... the list is long indeed...

"What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. " James 2:14-17
The Bible specifically says that you must do more than just have faith, you must ACT. Christians are called to bring needs to the Lord in Prayer, but they are also to serve others in any way they can.
