Question:
I have a question for TRUE believers, please answer this for me. I would appreciate it.?
2006-04-19 21:30:09 UTC
I have been told that all I had to do was believe in Jesus, and know that he is my savior in order to go to heaven. Is there a line I can cross to get that taken away from me? I have turned my back on god countless times. I am thinking god doesn't deserve that, but as I am a creature of habit...I am not going to him anymore, because of the fact I will turn against him again. Did I already cross that thin red line? I want to know your opinion, serious answers only please. (please do not take offense to anything I just said, I am not TRYING to mock anyone's religion. I am merely wondering about that thin line.)

You need to read more about David in the book Samuel!

He screwed up alot but the key was he always went back to callng on GOD to get right with him. However, his family was screwed up from his actions.

Jesus said to abide which means going back remebering the cross and forgiveness!

You seem to have 2 problems!

1st You don't seem to have it in your head the pain caused by sin! If you felt the pain of your sin you would be less likely to run from GOD, you would be crying to him. GOD's mercy is good! BE thankful the Holy Spirit is still convicting you, when you dont care anymore than you are in real trouble.

2nd You are so focused on yourself that you still think GOD's forgiveness is not enough!

All have sinned, and still do!

You need to deal with why you do? If you are doing it and still get pleasure from it, something is wrong! If you do it because your flesh is strong, you need to spend more time feeding your spirit.

"Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever

is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute,

if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things." (Philippians 4:8)

If you are a creature of habit, develop good habits! Also hang around people who will keep you accountable!

When you spend so much time dwelling on your sin you rob GOD of the glory of his forgiveness!

There is now line because God says that once you ask for forgiveness God forgets all your sins. God also says that no matter how old or how young you are God will always forgive you. All you have to do is repent and You have a one way ticked to heaven that can never be rejected. The only advice that can affect you right know is that the deeds you do right now are rewarded in the future and all the those treasures store up in heaven and can never be taken away. So live the good life. And be a good samaratin today and all the days until you die and God WILL reward you 8 times as much as you got on earth.

Well for me, I am a Believer and always will be. God loves everyone, we are all his children. Never turn your back on the Lord for he would never do that to you. Try praying. All I know is I am glad I am a believer, cause when he comes to the Earth at the end of the world, he will take his children home with him that believe in him. Also as for crossing the line, that is a temptation by the devil. He will tempt you to try to win you over the Lord. Be strong and have faith, hope and belief. Good Luck

God stills loves you though you are struggling and will always accept you back. He will never leave you or turn his back on you. You are always welcome in his arms. If you have strayed from God then don't hesitate to return. Just because you think you will stray again doesn't mean you shouldn't try to have a relationship with Him again. Pray to Him, and He will help you overcome this. God doesn't deserve any of the sin that anyone does, because he is perfect. Don't doubt yourself or put yourself down. Everyone has sinned, and all have a chance to go back to the Lord to ask for forgivness. Ask Him for that, pray that you won't stray again, and though it may be hard, break your habit. I have been in this situation and am working on it right now. I can promise you that it will be hard, but if a relationship with God is what you want, he will give you the perserverance to succeed.

I don't mean this disrespectfully, but I think your excuse is a cop-out. It doesn't matter if God deserves to have your back turned on Him. The moment you commit your first sin, you've done something He doesn't deserve. That's not the point though. The point is that you continue to follow Him and put your trust in Him to keep you in His will. On Judgment Day, God won't see all the times you've turned your back on His son. He'll only see the blood of Jesus. This isn't to say that you should continue down paths you know are wrong. However, it's quite obvious that you're not making good decisions yourself, so just quit making them. Let God lead you and be done with feeling guilty about your mistakes. By saying you know you're going to turn your back on him again, you're just copping out and showing your complete lack of faith in HIS power. If you don't believe that what you're praying will happen, it won't. It's not what you can do for Him. It's what He can do for you.

There are many believers like you because we are born sinners. After accepting Christ , at times you will find that GOD didnt answer your prayers, or something bad happened and you mmight wonder why did GOD patches' in Christ. Not to worry about crossing any thin line. Just live a day at a time, dont do bad, do everything you can in love, meaning render your help wherever and whenever needed, by doing this you are actually walking in GOD's light. You dont have to feel guilty about anything, just dont do things against your conscience and against GOD, that quite enough. You may not attend church, I presume, but do remember GOD in the quiet of your home and remember HIM through prayers. Being sinners, we have our ups and downs and our thinking. Dont let them bother you so much. May GOD bless you.

No! God will always be by your side, as long as you have believed in him- no matter how many times u turn ur back on Him! The important thing is that u return to him once again. I'm a new Christian, and already I have turned my back on him several times! There is no read "thin line." That's just Satan trying to decieve u once again! The line comes when u start being an atheist and start to follow Satan.

Good luck with ur "faith" and keep on livin for HIM!

God bless you!

There is no line that you could cross that would make God turn his back on you. I firmly believe that if you ask for God's forgiveness, it will be granted. I believe that even murderers can be forgiven IF they ask for His forgiveness and they mean it. However, I feel that those type of people will NEVER ask for it because they are inherently evil and believe that what they have done was warranted and correct.

If you ask for His forgiveness and are sincere in your request, then He will forgive you as his love is unconditional.

For God so loved the world

That he gave his only begotten Son

That whosoever believeth in Him

Shall not perish, but have life everlasting

Some say "Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit = crossing the red line... Never coming back... Complete rejection of God and everything God stands for.."

I think that there may be some truth to that...

Something to consider:

If you are still feeling bad about this maybe you have not crossed the red line yet--God only convicts those he loves--another way to think about it, God Spanks his children if your not spanked than you are not his....

If you are feeling bad then maybe Christ is trying to reach you--Its HARD to open your arms to him again--Its HARD to go to church to listen to what he has to tell you; however, we must MAKE ourselves get back into the things of God...

Consider this:

Have you ever noticed before, when praying--You are REALLY INVOLVED--YOU ENJOY PRAYER--YOU START PRAYING A LITTLE THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES YOU ARE OPENING YOURSELF TO THE FATHER...

However, the next day its like OIL and WATER!

I think that this shows PROOF of the difference between the FLESH and the SPIRIT

1. When you are enjoying prayer you are in spirit

For prayer is in spirit

2. When you are dreading prayer you are in the flesh

for that which is not spirit is flesh

I think that the Bible says "Examine yourselves"

I think that there IS a limit--The Bible WARNS us about pitching your tent too close--Not looking back--Staying the course--Finish the race....etc...

the Danger? To finish a race involves the fact that SOME ONE MAY LOOSE THE RACE--Not looking back involves the fact that SOME ONE MAY LOOK BACK AND BE TAKEN BY THEIR SINS OF THE PAST--Staying the course involves the fact that some one may not stay the course and loose their faith...

There have been STRONG PASTORS who lost their faith... Went their own way... died rejecting Christ...

Paul suggests "If you leave the church, you were never saved to begin with"

Wow!

Those who flat out reject Christ and Reject the faith were never Saved to begin with--This would mean that if you WERE saved then you would COME BACK TO THE FAITH...

You are probably the prodigal son--You are out in the world of SIN... in the pigs pen... eating with pigs

Did you know that--one of the SATANIC symbols used in ritualistic services is a "Pigs Head" -- your just eating with the pigs however, soon you will come to realize that YOU DO NOT BELONG THERE; YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE KING...

that sets you apart...

that is what brings you back...

The choice is yours,

thank you,

Most Christians will tell you, once saved, always saved. Turning your back on God is not unusual, and you should not feel guilty about it. It happens. Look at the Jews in the Old Testament, they SERIOUSLY turned from God time and time again, but God took them back when they repented. If you ask for forgiveness, God will forgive you. The Bible says that when God forgives you.

Isaiah 43:25 says:

I, I am He

who blots out your transgressions for my own sake,

and I will not remember your sins.

So, if God has forgotten your sins, why do you worry about them. If God isn't worried about them any more, neither should you. God knows you are going to sin, but he wants the relationship with you, so don't turn from him because you are a sinner.

No I personally don't believe that God has a line since he sent us his son for us to receive forgiveness, but maybe you have drawn the line for your self and if you never go back then you can't receive forgiveness. I don't know your reasons for turning away form the Lord only he does, but think of it as this if you were a really good close friend to someone an loved them with all your heart wouldn't you want them to keep trying to see your true feelings. Maybe you just haven't seen Jesus and the Lord for who they really are to you. keep talking to him and praying I'm sure if you really mean it he will show you what you need to know to stay close to him,But you must Look for the answers they are all around you.

yes but people that ask this question do not normally cross it. one.) Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

world 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

2.) Matthew 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

and if you don't know what this is do not assume you did it because this is not sinning. It is seeing God do a miracle or healing and saying it was done by the devil. Also remember this mainly---- Mark 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

Matthew 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

so both examples show its your words that kill you not what you do as much!

Ok...are you dead yet? You CANNOT play with God, there is NO way you can take what you have done away. Once you ask Jesus into your heart, believing that He will take care of all your needs and help you through the hardest of times, you are a child of God...now The Words says, "It would be better for you to have never known Me, then to have know me and not served me..." When a person who was born again into the body of Christ, leaves after knowing Him, and they die, and end up in hell, their punishment will be wrose than that of those who never accepted...Whenever you go to chruch again, and the pastor calls the alter call, go...don't let fear of failing let you stay at your pew! God wants to bless and keep you forever, the soul never dies! remeber that!!!!!!

If it is ok, I am going to pray for you right now!

*Dearest heavenly Father, thank You for this day! Lord, there are many people out there needing You, all they have to do is just repent, accept and believe, so that You can start blessing them! Lord, this person is needing You, Lord I don't know the problems he or she is having, but NOTHING is ever too big or too small for you to handle! In the Name of Jesus, satan you have got to go! You can no longer harm him/her, Lord I ask in Your mighty name break that bondage on this person, set them turly free! In the name of Jesus this person will not perish because it is NOT God's will that anyone die. Lord I ask You now, let the Holy Sprirt do a mighty work in this person, let this person feel your Holy Sprirt! In Jesus name I pray, AMEN, and Amen!

Trust me, what God has to offer is so much more than you could ever imagine! All you have to do is repent, believe, accept, and say this everyday when you get up, or whenever, I am a new man/woman through Christ Jesus, all things past are dead, I will look foward to what God has in store for me!

We all have a purpose! Find yourself a bible preching, Holy Spirit seeking, aren't affraid of the devil because he has NO power over them church. And if you just have a little faith that He will break the bondage you are in, You will see the difference!

Many people say that belief is enough yet the bible says faith without works is dead.James 2:26

The scribes a Pharasies of Jesus day declared they were approved yet Jesus condemned them. Matt 7;21..23 even going so far as to call them lawless.

This shows we have to have a good attitude and a repentant heart.

psalm 130 verse 3 shows God isnt looking for errors, he is a God of love.

The unforgivable sin that man can committ is to grieve God by blasphemy. He forgives freely those who have honest hearts. No one can stand before God sinless as we are all imperfect an constantly sin.

Be a little kinder to yourself :)

NEVER think that you cannot turn to God. Forgivness is what he does if you just ask him and mean it from your heart. Every time you turn to God the devil pry's on you until you crack again...how happy would it make the devil if you finally gave up! Keep chasing God and if you are having problems with sin tell the Judge (God) to fight that sin for you, to fight that evil for you and stay strong against the ways of the world. If you fall, get back up and never stop chasing the Father because in the end i PROMISE it will be worth it. and remember, God will never give you more than you can handle, and He will not turn His back on you. God bless you.

I myself have turned my back a lot on god. I think that its just human some people can give their whole life to god. I myself cant. I don't believe in organized religion. My mother on the other had preaches to everyone and thing she comes in contact with. I don't think there is that little line because if you believe and just try to do your best everyday god will love you for what you are.

First of all God is always spelled with a capital G. He at least deserves that!!!

Now that I have that out of my system---If you have really accepted Jesus as your personal Savior then he will never let you go. Some people say it's your conscious, but if your a Christian it is the Lord speaking to your heart. He loves you no matter what you do--all you must do it truly repent of your sins & he will forgive you. He will never leave you once you belong to him. We all turn our back on him from time to time, unfortunately it's how things are (it's called sin!!!!). But please don't quit him. If you truly are his--he won't let you go anyways!!

Don't give up on him--he's never given up on you!!!

That is the problem with organized religions.

I believe that God is with us, in us and we are God.

I believe there are things we have not been taught about what Jesus did and said.

I believe that someday we will know and I believe that no matter what we do we cannot make God angry at us

We will all go to heaven no matter what.

What really matters is what we do while we are here. What we do to remember who we really are what we do to ACTUALIZE who we really are.

God loves you more then anyone on earth can, no matter how many times you turn away from Him. I believe that everytime one of His children turns away from Him it hurts His heart and causes Him to cry. God will always take you back just like the father of the prodical son. as long as you still believe you have nt crossed any lines that will prvent you from going to heaven.

God has never turned His back on you and He never will!! People are human God made us all with free-will He loves you no matter what! There is only one unforgivable sin, that you should have no other god before the one true God.All you have to do is believe with your whole heart that our Lord and Savior died for your sins and rose again that we may one day be in heaven with Him. God already Knows EVERYTHING about you He and He alone knows your heart!!!!!!

I can't really relate... My pursuit of God has been a wild and wonderful 'romance' - found him in the mountains.. and under a star filled sky.. to me, believing he is, is to pursue him, to want to know him.. My husband and i are long time best buds, but He's even better of a friend and is more wonderful.. i've had miracles.. little things in the great scheme of things, but neat ones nonetheless.. i was beaten, drowned almost afew times, and other things in my upbringing.. but the new testament changed it all - from street addict fast perishing, to happy wife, mother and now grandmother.. happy in my acre of apple trees, lilacs, strawberries and raspberries.. To walk away? Walk where and whatever for.. He's the best high I ever had.. and he just keeps gettin' better.. and the bible deeper..

...The way i've come to understand it is, the closer to him i draw, the more full of him i can become.. and that's what salvation is..

The first thing to realize is that apart from God, man cannot do or will to do any good. We are fallen beings incapable of enlightenment lest our eyes be opened by Him. This point is much emphasized in Augustine's "On Grace and Free Will" regarding the total depravity of the nonregenerate man before renewal and justification by God.

If you find you are only turning away every time you approach God, it might simply be the warring in the flesh causing your ambivalence. Pray to God not only to alter your motives but as well to empower you with the faith that will bring you to salvation to Him in Christ.

For even in our weakness, God is needed to give us the faith that will bring us to Him. We cannot do anything, not even "will" to do the good without Him.

--Hope that helps--

i dont think there is a thin line. Bc When God forgives us he washes our sins away and throws them far away deep in the sea, he forgets them, so no matter how many times u sin or go back to the world and become christian again he will still forgive u. My advice is go to him, the reason why u go back and forth so much is bc u have to do things in order not to go back to bad living. In order to stay faithful to him u have to read his word , go to church and get involved with the church , help out, thers many things u can do at the church just ask, i became involed with my church and it helped me stay good with god bc i know i cant be giving ppl a bad testimony if im up there helping involved with the church

i have never seen so many responses to one question wow.. what i can tell u is what a lot of others would tell u it so easy to cross that line and fall and fail time and time again, but what u can do is not make the same misatke twice learn from it and decide to change . once u have accepted GOD in ur life there is no backward movement u have already progressed. so have faith in yourself and what GOD has in store for u they are bigger things ahead of u than u think!

god bless be safe!

Jesus has no line you can cross and not turn back from.

Jesus knows the flaws and failing of man and forgives.

Jesus said it better than I can "forgive 7 times 70 times".

All Jesus asks of you is faith and the desire to change, he never asks for perfection.

Danger ...

Avoid defining boundaries, for it is God's decision and not yours. Additionally, we can offer guidance, but by no means is anything we say a guarantee. You need to stop and listen to God ... read the Bible, go to Church, pray, and listen for answers from him.

I find it most comforting to stay as far away from that line as possible ... but I've burned myself so many times, that I'm a bit of a coward, and just want the pain to stop.

A Saint is a sinner who keeps trying. No one is perfect, everybody sins no matter how pious they are. Even though you may have sinned, albeit repeatedly, welcome to the club - you are just like everyone else.

God is always willing to forgive whatever sins you have committed no matter how many times you've committed them. As I am Catholic, I find myself confessing the same sins over, and over, and over again.

God loves us and will forgive us as many times as it takes, so long as we honestly repent.

If you turn away from God and sin, think of it as an opportunity to turn back towards God. Each time you will deepen your faith to God and resistance to sin.

I don't know if you have crossed any line. Only you know, and God knows, because that truth is in your heart; where only you and God are allowed in.

Keep in mind that "faith alone" does not save. Faith is good, but faith and works is better. But "faith and works alone" will not save either.

Each of these fallacies takes God right our of the equation. In order to be saved, God's Sanctifying Grace is required because that is what saves. Neither 'faith alone', nor 'faith and works' will save without God's Sanctifying Grace.

God says to study to show thyself approved unto Him. All God really wants is our love,...but loving God includes getting to know God and His Son through His written Word. Staying in His Word is what's give's us faith. When you get to know His people, you understand how God loves His own. I don't remember any written of other than Christ who was perfect. In fact, many did some pretty crappy things. Paul says that he always sets out to do what's right, but ends up doing the other... That's how I feel alot of times. God made man flesh and God knows our souls stumble around in this vessel. God being our Father loves for His children to run to Him right away and be honest with Him about what we do. You really can't keep anything from Him anyway,...and the longer you stay away from Him, your feelings for Him and good grow numb. (Having their conscience seared with a hot iron,..meaning no feelings) The Word says to draw close to Him and He will draw close to you. We all struggle,,and no matter what they may call themselves,,,there's no Saints here on earth. God knows you and God sees your heart. When you do those stupid things we all do, just take "time out". Put your self in "time out" with your Father and just talk to Him about these things in your life. When you go to Him and tell Him with an honest heart that you're sorry and how you feel and ask Him to give you the strength you need, He will foregive and wipe your slate clean. It's not about being perfect in this flesh; It's about your relationship with your true Father. The more you get to know Him and His love,,the less likely it gets for you to even want to cross that line. We are all works of God in the progress while in this flesh.

What do you mean by turning your back on Him? yes there is. but remember 1 john 1:9. My advice is, do not focus on the line. Live by the Spirit...(Galatians 5:16). What do you think is the fellowship with other believers is for? to strengthen and support each other.

That is quite natural, you are one of such thousands of Christians who are fed up with the teachings of the church. DO you know why are you suffering fro such things because Bible is not answering your problems.

Brother Please throw prejudice out of your heart for some time and re-research the fatihs which are around you. Maybe you will find answer in some other faith, maybe some faith which you had so many times underestimated hold a key to your answers.

I can guide to if you decide to re-research, I promise if you are sincere in knowing the answers you will be guided to all Truth.

Firstly,the scriptures teach that there are two groups.The "little flock" which numbers 144,000.(Lu.12:32;

Rev.14:1-4)These are the only ones goint to heaven. They will be ruling as kings and priest over the earth with Christ Jesus.(Rev.5:10).

The second group "great crowd" or "other sheep".These are the ones that live on the earth forever.(Rev.7:9;Joh.10:16).

John 17:3-"This means everlasting life their taking in knowledge of you the only true God,and of the one whom you sent forth,Jesus Christ"

Matt.24:13"He that endures to the end will be saved"

Matt.7:21-Jesus says"Not everyone saying to me Lord,Lord, will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will......Yet I will confess to them:I never knew you,get away from me you workers of lawlessness".

John3:36"He that excercises faith in the Son will have everlasting life,he that disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him".

Just these few scriptures show that there is no instant salvation.Salvation is not guaranteed. It is earned through faith, works, loyalty to Jehovah and endurance.

If you are sincere in your desire to worship God and please him,you need to take the matter up with Him in prayer,to give you the strength to endure and resist wrongdoing.

However, you still need to exercise self control and restraint. We are all creatures of habit.Jehovah takes into account that we are inperfect. But love of God and desire for pleasing Him is a positive driving force.Jehovah can read our hearts. He knows if we are sincere or not.

Before I became one of Jehovah's Witnesses,I smoked, drank, gambled, took drugs, led a immoral life, stole, lied, swore. That will do!I'm not saying anymore, you get the picture!.When I discovered God's Word and began to study it with the help of Jehovah's Witnesses,I realised I needed to make heaps of changes in my life because I did want to please Him and serve Him acceptably. So i prayed and prayed without letup. But I also worked in harmony with those prayers,as Jehovah will give you the strength, but you must be prepared to meet him halfway. And today I am so grateful to Him for everything. It has been 10 years and it's been the best ten years of my life to date.

So take heart. If you are sincere,Our Loving and caring Heavenly Father is there to help us.James 4:8 reminds us to "Draw close to God and he will draw close to you".

You are not alone, kid. God is not like us mortals so He/She does not think like us. He/She isn't like your jealous and insecure girlfriend who gets angry at you whenever you let her down. He/She is not black, or white , or Asian, or Arab. No. He/She is a perfect being whose mind is not as narrow as human minds. He/She sees everything and knows everything. I believe in Him/Her more than I believe in the church or the priest or the preachers. I ask confess my sins to Him/Her directly and through the priest or preachers. I ask forgiveness directly from Him/Her and not through the priests or the preachers. He/She will understand so long as you have a very good reason for doing the things you do. There is no thin red line. Everything is possible. Its up to you.

God will forgive any sin except one of total denial of him. All we have to do is honestly ask for his forgiveness. Not going to him because you "know" you will turn your back on him is not a very good reason to deny your faith. We all have hard times, but you need to remember what Job and Christ himself endured. Are we better than they? No. The question isn't, "Why me Lord". The question is, "Why not?"

Let me start by giving you an examle to illusturate what believing in Jesus Christ of the bible is. Lets say you are in an airplane and the airplane is about to crush. and there is an parachute there, What are you going to do with the parachute? you not merely going to just believe in it, your going to Wear and strap on the parachute and believe its going to save your life. that the same thing with Jesus Christ, you cant just believe in him, your going to follow him (wear and strap). How will you know what Jesus wants from you if you dont read the bible and see whats He asking of you. True Christianity is not a religion its a relationship with God through Jesus. Once you trully accept Jesus and trully follow him, your saved for good (Romans 8:39-39). If you have problems and addiction go to Jesus and He will heal you of addiction. but it takes time and your willingnis to try to change, you must be willing to be sick of the way your living and strive to stop sinning. "You can do all things through Christ who strengths You" (Phil. 4:13). Draw near to God and He will draw near to you (james 4:8). Jesus came here not to start a religion, but to die for our sins and make us right with God through a relationship with JESUS. I Recommend you read the book of JOHN to see who JESUS is and the book of James for you trials and troubles. Take care and GOD bless.

Been there done that. Also thought those very same thoughts. Have even gotten angry at God even though I am a beleiver now.. for all sorts of crazy reasons.

The 'religious' folks on here might lead you to beleive there is a line to cross... but under true grace there isn't.

Here's a cool story about a dude who walked totally away from His father...

...And he said, A certain man had two sons:and the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me that part of your property which will be mine. And he made division of his goods between them.

And not long after, the younger son got together everything which was his and took a journey into a far-away country, and there all his money went in foolish living. When everything was gone, there was no food to be had in that country, and he was in need. He went and put himself into the hands of one of the people of that country, and he sent him into his fields to give the pigs their food.

So great was his need that he would have been glad to take the pigs’ food, and no one gave him anything. But when he came to his senses, he said, what numbers of my father’s servants have bread enough, and more, while I am near to death here through need of food! I will get up and go to my father, and will say to him, Father, I have done wrong, against heaven and in your eyes: I am no longer good enough to be named your son: make me like one of your servants.

And he got up and went to his father. But while he was still far away, his father saw him and was moved with pity for him and went quickly and took him in his arms and gave him a kiss. And his son said to him, Father, I have done wrong, against heaven and in your eyes: I am no longer good enough to be named your son.

But the father said to his servants, Get out the first robe quickly, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and shoes on his feet: And get the fat young ox and put it to death, and let us have a feast, and be glad.

For this, my son, who was dead, is living again; he had gone away from me, and has come back. And they were full of joy.

you call AGW an schedule, I call it technology. >>they seem to have taken the stance that Anthropogenic worldwide Warming is a actuality and that they're going to make the information in superb condition their perception<< you look assuming that i became into been born to be predisposed to have faith in AGW. If i became into, then you definitely could be ideal. >>...do the authentic Believers even care approximately technology anymore?<< as much as I care approximately honesty and an purpose ideas-set whilst observing data. >>Do authentic Believers even care if data opposite to AGW is suppressed<< what data is being suppressed? I easily have seen your denial blogs and "skeptic" perspectives. I keep in mind all too properly the "Climategate" controversy. Frankly, i've got regarded, i've got analyzed, i've got researched, and that i are starting to be lots from it. I nonetheless am very particular that worldwide warming is authentic and that human events make a contribution to it. i'm skeptical of the impacts proposed on the two aspects of the controversy, besides the undeniable fact that it interior of reason sparkling that sea point upward thrust of 20 meters isn't a good element.

The only time it is to late to turn back to God is at the time you take your last breath. If you are not right with Him at that time, im afraid it is to late.

He is very patient and forgiving. Do not give up on yourself God wont.

You are obviously a person of integrity. You know your weakness and feel bad about not being strong enough to meet God's standards for basic conduct (whatever that is). God knows your weakness too. When he saved you, by revealing his son to you as savior, and causing you to become aware of and sensitive to your need for him, you were born anew, or born from above (John 3:1-16, 2 Cor 5:17)

Now you are struggling in your walk and you find it's harder than you thought it would be. Believe me when I say this is the experience of every Christian to one degree or another. God has made provision for our weakness, in fact he uses our weakness to continuously remind us of our need for him. You now need to grow in your faith, this is called sactification in the bible. Sanctification works just like salvation, but whereas salvation tends to focus on a once for all event, your decision to obey God by believing in him and the work of his son; sanctification's focus is on your daily decison to obey God by trusting in his power and wisdom to help you with the difficulties and temptations of life. If you're stuck in a habit or a recurring behavior that makes you feel ashamed, find a group of Chritians in your area that you can be honest with. Look them in they eye and tell them your story. Then look them in the eye and see and hear about God's grace and love for you despite your weaknesses.

God will not give up on you. He does not change he mind, if he has determined to be good to you through his son, then you can count on him to continue to be good to you throughout eternity. Look at Romans 8:38-39, in fact read the whole chapter. Ultimatley nothing can separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus.

there is 1. the unpardonable sin- only those who know the anti-christ comes first and refuses to allow the HOLY SPIRIT to speak thru them at that time.

2. a lie-in-wait premeditated murder cannot be forgiven in the flesh. murderer is to be put to death so he can face GOD and his victim.

if you are a CHRISRIAN, all you must do is ask forgiveness, he'll forgive 70 x 70 times. are you really that bad of a person?

honestly god knows people fall but he expects you to get back up again, you cant just say well i dont want to disapoint god again so i am going to leave him, no god wants you to come back to him, you just have to trust that god will always be there for you no matter what and that he will help you threw the hard times if you let him, god does not want his people to give up on him, he loves us all. so dont give up, just get back up, pray and repent for your sins and ask for forgiveness and aks god for the help you need, read the bible and it will tell you how god wants you to live your life and what he has in store for us all. so read it and live by it as best as you can, suround yourself with others who believe and use them and the church as your support team to keep you with god. you can do it, you just have to try and try hard, and never give up for god is a loving and trusting god that will never stop being there for you, but you have to let him be there dont ignore him and push him aside.

Your not the only one who struggles and sometimes stumble, but it says that a righteous man falls 7times and gets back up,and the unrighteous fall and waddle in their sins so its up to you to stand for him or against him,he already knows how many times we will fall and stand, but there is no failure in the Lord.

There are two possible answers to your question, although the second answer covers both possibilities.

The first answer is that even though you believe in Jesus you have never been born again and so you have yet to be truly saved.

The second answer comes from the parable that Jesus gave us.

Luke 15:11 And he said, "There was a man who had two sons. (12) And the younger of them said to his father, 'Father, give me the share of property that is coming to me.' And he divided his property between them. (13) Not many days later, the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in reckless living. (14) And when he had spent everything, a severe famine arose in that country, and he began to be in need. (15) So he went and hired himself out to one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs. (16) And he was longing to be fed with the pods that the pigs ate, and no one gave him anything. (17) "But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have more than enough bread, but I perish here with hunger! (18) I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. (19) I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants."' (20) And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. (21) And the son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.' (22) But the father said to his servants, 'Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet. (23) And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate. (24) For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.' And they began to celebrate. (25) "Now his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. (26) And he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. (27) And he said to him, 'Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and sound.' (28) But he was angry and refused to go in. His father came out and entreated him, (29) but he answered his father, 'Look, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed your command, yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might celebrate with my friends. (30) But when this son of yours came, who has devoured your property with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him!' (31) And he said to him, 'Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours. (32) It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, for this your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.'"

Meaning that whether or not you have been born again, God longs for you to be with Him and there is no such thing as a "red line" that you can cross making it impossible for you to be accepted by Him.

Hello, let's look at what the Bible says. This is a HUGELY debated topic, but if you take the time to study it you will find out the truth...Romans 7:14

I will give you a piece of Scripture read it carefully:

14 ¶ For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,)dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

1 ¶ There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The Christian life is a battle between flesh and spirit. It is silly you don't go to God anymore... go fight the good fight!!

Now, were you saved in the first place? I am a victim of easy prayerism... pray this prayer and you are saved. Oh, not true, not true...

It is not just about believing, for the demons believe... it is about repentance and trusting and believing. Believe that He is the very Son of God, believe he died for you and washed away your sin with His shed blood and that you can by NO MEANS of yourself get to heaven!!!! It is only through Jesus Christ...

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Then get on your knees and confess your sin, ask for forgivness and trust in Jesus Christ and what he did.

Then John says, 1John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

That ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life. If you believe and have true repentance...you have eernal life.

John 10:28 "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

They shall NEVER perish. Ask yourself, if Jesus gave you eternal life... what is eternal life... life forever right? Well, if you have recieved LIFE FOREVER... it is F-O-R-E-V-E-R. It lasts forever.... You have it now, and if it is forever... then how can it stop... it is FOREVER

John 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

Are you a MAN or WOMAN???? Think salvation is also called adoption right? You are adopted into the family of God. You are now a son of the living God. Your parents are always your parents... is God any less when He becomes your Father. If you go out and slap someone across the face is your parents still your parents?? yes, so is God, but you'd better seek forgivness lest you deal with the Lord's chastisement!!!

Here is the verse for you that just came to mind:

Isaiah 44:22 I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

Friend, go and return unto God, for he has redeemed thee. (If it is that you have truly trusted in Jesus Christ... only God knows!)

If you want to talk more email me.

Think about it... works can't get you to heaven.

John 1:6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

John 1:7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

***Jesus speaks***

Matthew 11:19 The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.

Matthew 11:20 Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not:

Matthew 11:21 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

Matthew 11:22 But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

Matthew 11:23 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

Matthew 11:24 But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

Matthew 11:26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.

Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Matthew 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Matthew 12:1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

Matthew 12:2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.

Matthew 12:3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;

Matthew 12:4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?

Matthew 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?

Matthew 12:6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.

Matthew 12:7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.

Matthew 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Matthew 12:9 And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue:

Matthew 12:10 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.

Matthew 12:11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?

Matthew 12:12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.

Matthew 12:13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.

Matthew 12:14 Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him.

Matthew 12:15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;

Matthew 12:16 And charged them that they should not make him known:

Matthew 12:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,

Matthew 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.

Matthew 12:19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets.

Matthew 12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.

Matthew 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.

Matthew 12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.

Matthew 12:23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?

Matthew 12:24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

Tell us who is true and faithful. There are the wheat and the tares, the sheep and the goats and we all grow up together. But when he returns, he who knows all things, he that is faithful and true, to whom all power was given in heaven and in earth Jesus the Chief Cornerstone the fullness of the God Head.

( Because it please God to do so.) Jesus the Christ will thrust in his sickle to do the separating himself. Then the wick and the Wick One, Satan and the Fallen angels, All that believed the Lie, the Son of Perdition, the Beast, the Anti-Christ claiming he is the Christ with signs and lying wonders, those that would not repent, those that receive the mark of the beast, the fearful, the evil doers, the workers of iniquity, the hypocrites, THOSE WHO PUT US TO DEATH THAT THINK THEY ARE DOING GOD A SERVICE, the Murmuring rebellious against the Lord > that are given over, those who would not believe the truth > the condemned. The false prophets and false teachers disguising themselves as angels of light. But are really wolves in sheep clothing the angels of Satan. They all shall be cast into hell the lake of fire cast into the pit and utterly destroyed. We shall considered and they shall be not. Neither shall be found a place for them, because they are not.

( Jesus is the way > the only way, the truth > the only truth and the life> the only life. Jesus is the Resurrection and no man comes unto the Father (God) but by him (Jesus) and no man come unto the Son (Jesus) accept the Father draws him )

***Salvation is Today*** It is the anointing that breaks the yoke.

Follow him and have faith for “the just shall live by faith, not by sight.”> continue in his word then are you his disciple indeed.)))
