The bottom line, if one is a BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, he should be seeking an independent, Bible teaching Church to get involved with.

Team work is always more powerful than trying to get along and be successful on our own. There is wisdom within a multitude of counselors.

The Bible design is a local Church so believers can gather together for worship of the Lord Jesus and for our Spiritual growth. Together we can accomplish much more than we can if we are separately trying to live a Christian life.

"Religion" is for non-believers who just want an organization to be part of. Most of them are good, but there are always a few bad guys who sneak in and cause problems.

God doesn't want your meaningless mindless follow the program words. God wants the love that is in your heart. I follow no denomination and go to no church. Everyday i talk to God(Pray if you like) by myself. I ask him to forgive me and ask him to help me and my family. These talks are more honest then any church sermon could ever come close to being. Close your eyes calm your heart and let him in. This is all you need Just you and God alone together. Keep your spirituality YOU know what is right and wrong and God knows that you know. The feeling of being alone with God is something that i would not give up for member ship in any church. Follow your heart you seem to be ready for the truth.

Your relationship with God is personal, between you and God. Often times when people want a deeper relationship with God, they go off by themselves and meet God, one on One. This experience can be very rewarding for a while. Even Jesus went off by Himself to talk to God.

But Jesus also knew the importance of community and of developing a spirituality with others. Jesus went to His synagogue and to Temple when He could. His community, the Church, was established with Peter the first leader. Jesus showed us how important it is that we worship as a community as the Jews of old and new did. We are a social people and worship is the heart of our lives.

If a particular organized religion is turning you off, study the reasons why, then find one which will help you in your journey to God.

If you are born-again you could live your life basically by yourself and GOD.

Till you go home to Heaven.

But you will miss out on a bunch of born-agains getting together, experiencing a corporate annointing and seeing what GOD does in HIS get togethers of HIS children.

Also, GOD's Pastors have gifts that GOD can use to help YOU in your life. Alot of unseen helpful spiritual things happen in a assembly of GODs children through GOD's Pastors.

We (born-agains) are the "Church" and getting together every Sunday in the same building is quite alright. And if the Holy Spirit (GOD) is in charge of the meeting--it's Great!

This is not Religion, this is Reality cause GOD's in charge!

This is a very complex question that I can give you my opinion on humbly. I feel that spirituality is your own. I am a spiritually eclectic person, one whom does not follow one tradition. I have my beliefs and do not feel that going to a building to show my love for my Higher Power is necessary. Spirituality is individual. No belief is right or wrong! Just follow what feels right for yourself and that is the way! Blessings...

Try to get away from organized religion. Remove it from your life for a little while. I hate organized religion, but I still go to church. I don't let the things that they say influence my own religious beliefs. I think I can answer more questions for you, if you want them answered.

well it was that thought that led me to Paganism.

but any belief can be practi8ced solitary. Jesus even said to pray alone and silently. and do not gather to worship.

so if you already believe in that paticular God then just worship as you feel is right.

if he accepts it then great, and if he does not then to hell with him.

Find YAHWEH, YHWH.....HE will guide you. One does not need a building nor a "name" to worship him. For He even tells us to do such acts in private...just like we do His good deeds.

It's all about you and Jesus.

I would highly suggest getting together with him and deciding what to do and where to go next.
