Good evenin' viewers!

Fred Scuttle here. Bennie Hill was funny. But when Bennie Hinn has them all "slain in the spirit", they fall over like dominoes. Only it's dominoes with an extra dimension: It's not a double six; rather it's a triple six.

So, bearing all this in mind, who is the funnier comedian?

I am a Christian, I think Hin is the 'comedian', but I can't laugh at him ... I like what John MacAurthur says about him:

"Benny Hinn is the latest edition of con men in that area. This idea, that they believe that these men can do what the Apostles did: they have the power to heal, the power to cast out disease...I heard Benny Hinn say, with my own ears, I heard it, "that if you have somebody in your family die. Leave their body in the living room, take their body over to the TV, drape their arms over the TV, because God is going use me to raise the dead through the television!" I can't think of a more insensitive thing for a man to do, than to have some poor bereaved person drag the corpse of their family member and drape them over the television, under some bizarre illusion that Benny Hinn is going to heal them through the TV set--it's cruel, is what it is! But that is only the extreme form of cruelty. There is a cruelty that goes along day after day, week after week, with this bizarre expectation of healing, and then this false staging of supposed healings, that continue to raise people's hopes, and all that does is create false hopes that are dashed to pieces."

Bennie Hinn would be funny, but, as he has a following that actually believes what he says to be true, he is quite dangerous.

I must admit that us Brits find him bloody hilarious, bearing in mind that he would only be shown on a comedy programme in the UK or Europe as no-one takes such things seriously there and those that follow him are funny too. All the shouting and strange grammar and that falling over nonsense is pure slapstick comedy at it`s best, coupled with a bit of the `Paul McKenna`s` for our our amusement.

But...

Benny Hill was great eh ?

I think he would have said `stupid irriot` to be honest, Georgia L was right.

EDIT: Re: Before calling someone a "stupid idiot", acquire some spelling and grammar skills. And if you don't know who Bennie Hinn is, then why bother answering?

"Stupid irriot" (one `r` or two it is up to you) is exactly what Benny Hill would have said, if you do not know of any Benny Hill tag lines, then why bother using him as an example in your question ?

Bennie Hinn uses Christians as human bowling pins...even handicapped ones...it may not be everybody's opinion on a sense of humor, but the man's got an act that's hard to follow...

I don't like Hinn, but Benny Hill was terrible, so I'd have to go with Hinn as the lesser of two evils.

Seeking-... is better than both of them and you put together, and he wasn't even trying. I'd say he's the one who struck a nerve.

I agree with str33t said, Jeff Dunham is the best! Steven Wright is one of my all time faves.

Hinn is the most hilarious person in the world! Proven to have misappropriated funds...spending 10,000 on a one night stay at a hotel...etc...then saying that he uses money to help people! Ha! I can't help but laugh...I despised the man when I was a believer and I still do now that I'm not!

Well, I'll take the literal approach. Since Hinn isn't joking it's hard to find him funny. Scary stuff really. I'll take Hill any day!
What? Me Worry?

I'm not going to pick YOU, that's for sure. You're not funny. Keep your day job.

Hey, Solomons. For somebody who likes to point out other people's grammatical errors, you seem to overlook your own. It's BENNY Hinn. Not Bennie.
