"He told them, "The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables

so that, "'they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!'" Mark 4:11-12

God chooses his followers contrary to popular belief. Of course we all have free will, but God knows who will chose him and who will not, so in a way he has already chosen his followers by giving certain individuals a heart for the word and God.

A big thing is that the hypothesis of evolution is a huge scam yet taught as fact in schools. Another thing is that no Protestant Minister knows the truth about God or the Bible yet either think they do or lie about it. This is also true for many Catholic Priests. Pleae see my comments to, SBR32277

Hypocrosy from their religious leaders causes a falling away. In the book of 2Timothy chapter 3 verse 5, this is what the Bible says describing these men. 5) having a FORM of Godly devotion but proving false to it's power, and from these, turn away."

Christendom's clergy drives people away! When something bad happens their clergyman says they didn't pray enough or they didn't give enough to the church! This is an old standard when someone you love dies, God wanted them in heaven! I have a friend that their son was killed on a oil pumping platform, he just turned 21 ans engaged to be married! Due to someone welding something poorly it came undone and hit him in the head and killed him instantly. Being 21 and not married no recourse could be had, I found out that that happens all the time but the kicker is the family was told God took him! My brother in law use to be a Catholic, him and my sister had a premature daughter that lived for two weeks, at the grave site the priest said for 50 bucks he could pray his daughter out of purgatory.

People are getting tired of these false teachers (2 Timothy 4:3, 4) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the wholesome teaching, but according to their own desires, they will surround themselves with teachers to have their ears tickled. 4 They will turn away from listening to the truth and give attention to false stories.

In truth time and unseen circumstances befall us all, most so called Christian churches teach pagan beliefs as Christian ones, hell fire, immoral soul, purgatory, idol and creature worship to name a few! The Bible said there would be false teachers and it's because Satan is the cause (2 Corinthians 4:3, 4) If, in fact, the good news we declare is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

When you look at what the Bible really says you will find out this (1 John 5:19) We know that we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.

There's a preaching work going on right now (Matthew 24:14) And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Notice it says "good news" not what the false clergymen tell their congregations that the door to door preaching is preaching gloom and doom, it's good news because it's a message about being set free from being blinded by Satan as to what is truth and what is false!

Right now there's talk of peace and security in the news, this is nothing new to those that know what the Bible really teaches! (1 Thessalonians 5:2, 3) For you yourselves know very well that Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night. 3 Whenever it is that they are saying, “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly on them, just like birth pains on a pregnant woman, and they will by no means escape.

most never were christians in earnest but attended because the mother or father forced them as children

others were there because spouse required it of them

I am guessing 60% of people in church or more every meeting are at best deist ,, more like agnostics and some atheist

and then many so called believers doubt faith but fear being not part of the group

thus rebelling against their parents upon adulthood is a major problem,,, those are the not atheist but anti-christians

I would declare college the worst place to send a child if you want them to remain christian even christian colleges are full of anarchism and anti-christians staff and students

Christian Hypocrisy – What is it?

Hypocrisy is “claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; pretense.”1 In fact, the ancient Greek word comes from the word for a stage actor or one who wears a mask. It is not necessarily the fact that they sin that makes them a hypocrite, it’s the fact that they don’t acknowledge it. They don’t admit that their lives contradict what they say. They are inauthentic and imposters.

Perhaps you have personal experience with a Christian hypocrite. I do. Perhaps you know someone who says one thing and then does another. They teach one thing and live the opposite. In a sense, we are all hypocrites. The term isn’t reserved for Christians. For example, Sue may call herself a vegetarian, but slip up now and then. A dentist may tell his patients not to eat candy, but then go home and enjoy sweets. We are all hypocritical occasionally. No one is perfect.

I can only tell you my personal journey

First, it was the hypocrisy I saw in Christians. They would condemn in others what they themselves were guilty of doing. They would talk about charity and peace yet be greedy and violent. And, often those loudest about their Christianity were those guilty of the least "Christian" acts.

Next, it was the inconsistency of the Bible and the doctrine. Different clergy and different denominations saying different things, yet all of them claiming they were drawing from the Bible. The claims that the Bible is 'true' even when it clearly wasn't. The lies told about science in the name of pretending that the Bible was accurate.

Finally, I recognized that all religions are on shaky ground philosophically. There just is no evidence for God, and what arguments can be made are the same for all religions, and yet those different religions claim their doctrine is correct and others are wrong.

No wonder if Christianity drives even Christian people away. Their way of teaching and preaching create fear and despair in the minds of the people. This religion and almost all religions didn't understand God properly. That is the problem.

First and foremost because the Spirit of God was not a vital part of their personal belief.

Also vital to true faith is "a love of the truth" .. honouring God with a determination that

one does NOT want to be part of anything but the true Spirit-led church of Jesus Christ.

There are various reasons, people leave. Usually it's people never initially drawn to faith

by the Father's Spirit, and they may attend a church group out of curiosity; or because

a persuasive person invited them; they may have only attended a church because it's a

family tradition; or even for social reasons, to fit in with a group of people they like ...

If the Spirit of God did not draw them to faith, to seek after Jesus Christ - either before

first going to a church, or if they don't receive that call to faith from the Father when they

are attending a church - there is a likelihood they will move, on looking for other kinds of

entertainment, or religious fulfillment - citing some criticism related to their motive.

That is the problem with the huge number of variations of "church" - from outright heretic

cults to the assortment of "mainstream" denominational brands, to less "mainstream"

varieties, small independent fellowships .. and everything in between. Each is separated

for their own particular reason - doctrinal variations, traditional cultural variations, or even

the ego-led controlling character of a go-it-alone leader in some cases ... of which most

people will soon tire if they are really searching for the church of God.

In the end, it is vital to know the DIFFERENCE between Christianity and "Christianity" <----

Personally for me the first draw away was as a child. I was placed in a Christian infants and junior school, where there would be an assembly at the end of the day to go over bible stories and sing a hymn or two. Occasional church visits with the school was also a thing. The thing is, they taught bible stuff as history. They never said it was a belief. Being a child i was also made to believe about Santa, the tooth fairy and the Easter bunny. I fully believed in these things. When questioning if god existed, there couldn't be a doubt he existed because the miracle that is Santa existed.

So when i turned 11 and my mum came out and told me Santa wasn't real along with the other make beliefs, god fell into that category as well. There was nothing to back up that he existed just like those other make beliefs.

Then as i grew older, seeing all the suffering of the world and going through hardships of my own, being taught about evolution and how it's scientifically proven etc... It just solidified into make belief. A way for the uneducated people of the past to explain the world and also threaten those that would do wrong with hell.

I understand there are those that feel the need to follow Christianity or other religion to feel loved, or hope to see their loved ones again. But I think it's better to put your own strength into things, not hope for some higher power to help you. Do what's right for the sake of good morals, not because you want to get into heaven and avoid hell.

If a person simply believed that the Gospel was imaginary, they would not care one way or the other. That isn't the case though, is it.

Those "driven away" from the love of Christ either do not fully understand what was sacrificed for them or why. Or, they cling to a way of life that they know and do not want to change. Perhaps a favorite sin they fear might have to be abandoned. Maybe fear of looking holier than thou, or being laughed at, or have to find new friends, or looking the fool to others.

Either way, the fear of change can be a powerful force of the flesh, which Satan will use to keep souls from the saving grace of the cross.

Ancient ridiculous dogma originally intended to impress a peasant population, but now completely out of date.

The continuous dogma dished out at religious meetings, and the quite ridiculous expectation that it is to be believed by a modern population here in 2018.

That whilst to intention of Christianity is undoubtedly a good one, the total illogical interpretation of adhering the ancient peasant indoctrination to a modern population is an insult to modern intelligence, and becomes laughable when considered.

The obvious reluctance by the religious authorities to update the ancient traditions to be 2018 practical to modern living, is the very reason that people are deserting the old interpretation of Christianity simply because it appears to be so out of touch with todays reality.

The lack of the modern practical approach becomes Christianity s own worst enemy, which will inevitably lead to its total demise, and the fault will be the reluctance of the religious order/s to move forward.

Lack of responsibility! People know that to be Christian means that you have to live in a responsible manner which promote righteousness! Let's face the fact here people most do not want to live responsibly most people want to have premarital sex as often as they possibly can and smoke as much drugs as they possibly can. These people are more interested in a wiggle and a giggle! That's why they are driven away from Christianity they do not want to live responsibly. And when you offer them the opportunity they find everything in the book bad to say about Christians and God so that they can avoid in their own minds the responsibility of living correctly.

Atheists on a Crusade

A new group of atheists has arisen in society. Called the new atheists, they are not content to keep their views to themselves. Rather, they are on a crusade, "actively, angrily, passionately trying to persuade the religious to their point of view," wrote columnist Richard Bernstein. Even agnostics are in their sights, from these new atheists allow no room for doubt. To them, there simply is no God. End of story.

"The world needs to wake up from its long nightmare of religious belief," said Nobel laureate Steven Weinberg. "Anything that we scientist can do to weaken the hold of religion should be done and may in the end be our greatest contribution to civilization." One tool aimed at weakening that hold is the written word, which seems to be stirring up considerable interest, for some of the new atheists' books have become best sellers.

Religion has aided the cause of the new atheists, as people have become fed up with the religious extremism, terrorism, and conflict plaguing the world. "Religion poisons everything," says one leading atheist. Moreover, that 'poison' is said to include religious beliefs in general, not just extremist views. Core dogmas, say the new atheists, must be exposed, abandoned, and replaced by rationality and reason. People must be unafraid to speak frankly about the "mountains of life-destroying gibberish" found in the Bible and the Koran, writes atheist Sam Harris. "We can no longer afford the luxury of...political correctness."

While the new atheists reproach religion, they revere science, some even claiming that it disproves the existence of God. But does it? In fact, can it? "In the fullness of time," says Harris, "one side is really going to win this argument, and the other side is really going to lose."

Which side do you think time will vindicate? While considering the matter, ask yourself: 'Is belief in a Creator intrinsically harmful? Would universal atheism make for a better world?

Facts versus feelings.

Back when fact-checking was very difficult, somebody could make a CLAIM that Risen Jesus appeared to a crowd of over five hundred people.

No explanation of HOW these people were able to determine that whatever they saw WAS actually Risen Jesus, and not just somebody else.

But now that millions of people have personal video recorders built into their portable phones, Risen Jesus does not appear to crowds.

As for myself, I was not "driven away".

It was more a matter of "Does this bit of Christianity MAKE SENSE?"

Eventually, it got down to the bit where GOD was not SMART enough to figure out a way to forgive people, without requiring an innocent person to be tortured to death.

We mere humans are capable of forgiving, without requiring human sacrifice.

Why would a GOD not have the same ability?

There is no love there, just self-love. And not to come in a logical framework, the love is mostly critical discourses. Offering of catch-phrases and the consensus of belief, as stated in and on The Nicene councils, called the Nicene Creed, adapted to the ancients' form of worship and read out loud by the congregation and everyone. This is the reformed 'creed' in the Wikipedia article, the "Nicaean Creed" and you can find it in church prayer books.

"WHAT" drives PEOPLE away from " Christianity " ? that is SUBJECTIVE ... and each PERSONS individual REASON .. also with 30,000 DENOMINATIONS of " CHRISTIANITY " it makes it even more variable actually a even simpler question and general question is what are the factors that INFLUENCES PEOPLE to REJECT RELIGION or any DOGMA . be it religious . political or CULTURAL

WOMEN are merely VESSELS....just as a assertion GOD causes the JESUS ...

. we do not think about it because TODAY as the ancients saw it we KNOW WOMEN contribute the EGG .

.. but the ANCIENTS had NO IDEA about the FEMALE EGG .. they Knew women MENSTRUATED and considered them UNCLEAN even bleeding after giving birth Women where considered UNCLEAN ... put in the same catagory of "UNCLEAN ANIMALS " ...

CONFIRMATION of women producing an egg an actual cycle is NOT until after the late 1600 In 1653 William Harvey present the idea women produce eggs ... religious innuendo were embed ed within the perception that the FEMALE body was EVIL as the descendants of Eve

. Biblical a BARREN women suddenly being pregnant must be a MIRACLE ... she was equal to a VESSEL that held wine not a contributing ..anything

the promoted Idea was MAN had POWER and MAGIC aka his SPERM in the 4th century BC Aristotle wrote MAN contributed the form of humanity through his SEMEN ,Women contributed ONLY BRUTE MATTER , a Substance LESS PURE or LESS SANCTIFIED than SEMEN itself.

. investigation of the FEMALE anatomy was Slow DISSECTION was PROHIBITED by the CHURCH .. yet many artist and curious physician did dissections of corpses

its not til 1559 that Gabriele FALLOPIA .. Identify and name the FALLOPIAN TUBES in 1692 a Dutch anatomist publishes " on the Generative organs of the women"..

.. It does not ADAPT to Increased KNOWLEDGE and in some denominations TRIBAL and about POWER CONTROL . to MAKE the world as it wants it to Be ( held back even to force ancient RESTRICTION or impose them on a modern society that has DIVERSITY and increased knowledge less SUPERSTITIOUS and more fact oriented

Also, the temptation to sin. Sinning is the hip and trendy thing to do now. So, due to wanting to fit in, Christians eventually abandone the faith. For example, being virgin is frowned on now. Corrupt public school children will often pester virgins to have sex.

If you critically read the Bible and don't take it as something divine, the stories snap out in their true perspective. You then can see that the stories are not about God. They are by and/or about people who believed in God. They are repeating what they think to be true about God, but if you read skeptically, you see just how foolish they are with those beliefs.

Reading the Bible analytically is Chritianity's worst fear. More people are turned away by that one act than anything else you could name.

What is called Christianity on this site is not Christianity at all.

A Christian is a footstep follower of Christ. A true Christian does what Jesus commanded. (Matthew 28:19, 20)

Jesus did not teach that the soul is immortal.

Jesus did not teach that he was part of a trinity.

Jesus did not teach that an unrepentant sinner would literaly be tortured by God for eternity.

Jesus did not teach that all "good" people would go to heaven when they die.

Jesus did teach that his true followers would be hated because they would not believe the things stated above.

Since the teachings of Christ and his apostles are very benign, most beneficial, it seems obvious that there are a few clear ones, while there may be many such items of dissatisfaction.

items of dissatisfaction;

- the great disparity of what the Bible says and what many churches teach. (of course, it is sometimes impossible for people to agree about even the most obvious things)

- many get hung up about things in the OT. They tend to interpret these things in a negative light without due consideration of the issues, the deeper reasons.

- the personal problems of people drive them away, their hearts cannot follow the laws of righteousness. (Laws of morality, adultery, etc.)

- the interpretation of the godless in regard to creation and kinds of life together with the pressure from these groups of people in society, educational, monetary, make it easier to reject God and live a godless life.

- the wrongdoing of priests and people in regard to sex, pedophiles, homosexuality in the churches with its hypocrisy - puts people off from churches.

- the fact (already kind of mentioned) that there is no showing most churches where they are wrong scripturally and getting them to make changes when demonstrably wrong. (they are too tied in to the money coming from their believers to dare change anything)

I'm 25, for the majority of my life, I was religious, 20+ years. For me, it was the fact the Bible is full of contradictions and things that just aren't true. Firstly, virgin births aren't possible without insemination, but that didn't exist back then. People can't live to 700 years old, and no one knows what happens after we die, no one. Not us atheists nor Christians. If you are still on earth, and haven't died, you don't know.

If we're going off the Biblical story of how perfect God supposedly created us, then why do people have to live with crippling disabilities and deformities? Why are there people confined to wheelchairs and motor vehicles that rely on eye motion to communicate, like Stephen Hawking did? Why are people born without limbs? Why does massive war and famine exist if we are perfect? Don't tell me life is precious, it isn't.

They most likely, have personally seen or experienced what Jesus spoke of in Matthew

Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will"

Matthew 15:7,8 "You hypocrites, Isaiah aptly prophesied about you when he said: This people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far removed from"

True Christian teachings produce a welcoming spirit with answers to their questions. However if they were associated with the ones Jesus talked about, false teaching and hypocrites, they may feel the need to turn away.

Christians themselves in some cases,

A higher QUALITY education for others.

Some ppl just logically contemplate it and realize that it contradicts logic in all possible ways.

Some ppl look at the 3 million gods who have come and gone, and see no distinction between ones validity and anothers.

Some ppl don't fall for the large # of members "logical argument".

Some ppl end up in careers that expose them to such high lvl science, weather its quantum physics or evolutionary biology, that they have a hard time doing the 9 to 5 of rationality, then turning the rational part of their brain off for church...

But unlike what some Christians here claim, it's not from reading the "atheists bibles" of Darwin & Dawkins. There are atheists who couldn't even tell u who Dawkins is, and I've still yet to read any of his work. Not because i don't like the guy, i just see no imminent need to read it. I already know what i don't believe. Lol.

Some may believe it to be out dated and doesn’t apply to the way the world is now, but that is far from the truth. 2tim 3:16 says: “All he scriptures are inspired from God and beneficial. Example the Bible says is to have respect for your father and mother Matt 19:19. And people do that with out even realizing where it came from originally, and there much more loving and peaceful things we do with out knowing it originally came from the Bible.

For Consideration...

14:26 and when the disciples saw him walking on the lake they were terrified. 'It is a ghost' they said, and cried out in fear.

14:27 But at once Jesus called out to them, saying, 'Courage! It is I! Do not be afraid.'

14:28 lt was Peter who answered.

*'Lord,' he said 'if it is you, tell me to come to you across the water.'

14:29 'Come' said Jesus. Then Peter got out of the boat and started walking towards Jesus across the water,

*14:30 but as soon as he felt the force of the wind, he took fright and began to sink

. 'Lord! Save me!' he cried.

14:31 Jesus put out his hand at once and held him. 'Man of little faith,' he said 'why did you doubt?'

Hollywood.

This is a global anti-christian movement as described in holy scripture, beginning as a Christian 'planned community' until it had established itself through this deception with enough stolen power and resources. It has followed the model of betrayal typical of the spirit of antichrist.

"For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting; for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds." (2 John 1:7-11).

Like Judas Iscariot, (the Biblical figure of antichrist, the 'son of destruction' John 17:12, 2 Thessalonians 2:3), betrayal of the righteous for money, fame or power is its hallmark identifier. Masquerading as a messenger of 'goodness,' 'enlightenment' and 'progress,' (2 Corinthians 11:14-15), evil attempts to treat even Christ as a tool of power, the way agents attend to their celebrity idols, exacting whatever they can through their fame and attraction of wealth until betrayal and replacement offers more opportunity.

Scripture predicts that this evil movement would ascend to a position as 'false prophet' to the world, offering false signs, powers and 'lying wonders,' preaching peace while the world is plunged into chaos and evil, 'spinning' the deaths and mayhem into the actions of 'heroes' and the 'price of progress.' 35 million dead and another 35 million dying from a single lethal sexual virus alone, inescapable arms races, weapons of mass destruction, pervasive planetary poisoning, one person dying every eight minutes from drug overdoses, trillions of dollars squandered on 'space travel' fantasies and ridiculous 'futuristic' gadgets guiding men out into the 'outer darkness,' (Matthew 8:12), of an untraversable chasm, (Luke 16:26), the Biblical 'abyss,' (Revelation 9), while a child needlessly dies of starvation every 21 minutes. Celebrities travel to 'visit' them on multi-million dollar jets in order to 'raise awareness' of their plight, then jet home to hundred million dollar mansions constructed on mudslide hills filled with palatial walk-in closets full of $10,000 purses and shoes.

It is this festering pile that sits in judgment upon the holy Church, defaming, slandering, accusing and maligning the only entity that has demonstrated a capacity to actually restrain this type of evil, having done so for more than 1,000 years before the great betrayal by secularists occurred, (known in scripture as the 'apostasy,' 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4), which unleashed this wickedness across the world, just as scripture predicted that it would.

What drives people away from Christianity?

A spirit of evil, deception and soulless greed, which scripture clearly indicates can only be exorcised by Christ Himself during a new promised era of Christian authority, power and brotherhood.

Hypocrisy. Many who follow the Christian version of the bible don t really know about most of it on a deeper level than the literal word. When G-d himself shattered the barrier between heaven and earth to give His word (The Torah / Pentateuch), he also explained everything to Moses, which is know as the Oral Torah or Talmud. The "old testament" is a westernized version of the Torah - but things are changed and explanations aren t always given, making it difficult if not impossible to discern G-d s words.

The loving G-d of Torah, who made contact with humans and allowed them to keep their own cultures even when they were being brats and allowed them to say sorry when they sinned was transformed in the Christian version to an often angry G-d who will send you straight to hell if you aren t flawless. In the Torah, you take all requests directly to the G-d who created you and are warned that if you pray before another G-d, that you are not permitted to call yourself His follower. In the Christian bible, you are told that you can only reach G-d through Jesus and that if you don t, Jesus will deny you and you will go to hell. Doesn t sound like the same G-d. :(

Prays never fix anyone’s problems, just look at the crazy Muslims & Syria, they pray how many times a day, and they are still running from their country and all Muslim countries. Why is their god not helping them to correct their own country. Because religion is just man made human control, and the old priest & catholic poope etc want to get them though the doors to get their money. Do not go and keep and control your own money.

Possibly the fact that many 'Christians' appear to have hate in their hearts, and that's not Christian. The last time I went to church, we were asked to pray for all persecuted Christians in the world. Now that's not Christian! A true Christian would have asked us to pray for ALL persecuted people.

The fact that no one has up-voted my answer, seems to prove my point! Reflect on the parable of the Good Samaritan!

There were many possible accusations when I was growing up. When we started middle school and when the level of maturity went up, many of us abandoned Sunday School, because it was behind the times and even liberal "policies", when adolescent boys and girls were a lot more interested in hanging out. By no fault of your own, dearly beloved atheists, we fled. Church moved forward, and their teaching went south. Out of sync, anachronistic, unreal to the true Way. So we all jumped off the bandwagon. Sorry, not interested, Christianity failed us in a country of democratic and republican folds. Churches are demographically places of meeting. and the number that went would tend to decrease. And political realities of ecclesiastical rule, will regain and overtake, and it becomes more than a place for our kids' indoctrination.

Their actual departure from Christianity is probably the result of the teaching of Jesus, which tested their faith and found it weak. Some people who refer to themselves as Christians are Christians in name only, as Christians have to persevere in faith and grow to maturity, so that they bear good fruit for the harvest. Hearing Jesus message, believing it and responding gladly are not enough. Disciples of Jesus have to be on their guard against the power of Satan and against worldly distractions, and have to be strong against persecution. To do this they must be rooted in good soil - that is they must seek God faithfully and recieve the blessings and sacramental grace which he provides through the ministry of his church.

Lots of things. Most of them revolve around an inflated ego and other forms of toxic vanity.

Trillions of dollars have been spent convincing us that we are very cool and very smart. We are told we do not need God to be happy. What we need to be happy are the various products and services being offered to us.

As consumers we are trained to always expect more and never ask why we deserve it. The store owes us a low price and great service just because we have money. They do not ask if we are nice people or treat our neighbors with respect before they give us their sale price. We just get it.

Many have transferred this ethic to their faith. God must do more. Music, eyes, a brain, colors, hugs, smiles, none of that is good enough. He must do more than all of this. He must come down and help people win a million dollar contest. He must make all bad things stop happening. He must answer prayers with greater frequency than a slot machine gives out wins.

Atheism is the default setting for a consumer. As consumerism rises to even more power, Atheism rises in the nations with the highest acceptance of consumerist ethics.

The only way primitive religion exists today is through the child abuse of forcing it into very, very young children but thanks to better education and growing intellects so many teens are able to discover the truth, throw off the indoctrination and step into the real world!

So atheism is not a conscious decision or a belief but a realisation!

Research shows whilst education reduces religious belief each year of further education reduces religious belief by up to 10%!

But also greatly helped by the terrible intolerance, hatred, bigotry, homophobia and persecution by Christians towards others that not only drive people further away from God but are the reason so many DECENT people are becoming ANTI THEISTS!
