Question:
Why do Trinitarians ask silly and misleading about Jehovah's Witnesses?

"Is the "Watchtower" an IDOL? Isn't it revered even more than Jesus?"

Jehovah's Witnesses do not revere a magazine. They do not revere a building. They do not revere anybody but Jehovah and his son Jesus. Anybody knows this. But people like this asker repeated ask these silly questions. People like this like to obscure what Jehovah's Witnesses believe.

This is what Jehovah's Witnesses teach about baptism. Its from the Bible Teach book, chapter 18, page 182

"THE MEANING OF YOUR BAPTISM
23 Jesus said that his disciples would be baptized “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit.” (Matthew 28:19) This means that a baptism candidate recognizes the authority of Jehovah God and of Jesus Christ. (Psalm 83:18; Matthew 28:18) He also recognizes the function and activity of God’s holy spirit, or active force.—Galatians 5:22, 23; 2 Peter 1:21.
24 However, baptism is not a mere bath. It is a symbol of something very important. Going beneath the water symbolizes that you have died to your former life course. Being raised up out of the water indicates that you are now alive to do the will of God. Remember, too, that you have made a dedication to Jehovah God himself, not to a work, a cause, other humans, or an organization. Your dedication and baptism are the beginning of a very close friendship with God—an intimate relationship with him.—Psalm 25:14.
25 Baptism does not guarantee salvation. The apostle Paul wrote: “Keep working out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” (Philippians 2:12) Baptism is only a beginning. The question is, How can you remain in God’s love? Our final chapter will provide the answer."

Why do these people purposely obscure what Jehovah's Witnesses believe?

Jehovah's Witness only worship Jehovah.

Matthew 4:10 NWT

10 Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”

I think they ask questions to purposely obscure what Jehovah's Witnesses believe because they do not understand what we believe or they are scared of the truth.

How flimsy is their so called proof of a trinity.

LOL

I just noticed I quoted your name

"Why do Trinitarians ask silly and misleading about Jehovah's Witnesses?"

Because many of them (especially here on Yahoo Answers) ARE silly and VERY misled when it comes to Jehovah's Witnesses.

Someone stated... And I quote:

"I was disfellowshipped and now my family won't talk to me."

This person should be grateful that we are no longer under the Mosaic Law because under the Mosaic Law the things which can get one disfellowshiped from the Christian congregation according to Christian Law found at 1 Corinthians 5:9-13 would have gotten him STONED TO DEATH by the congregation of God's people back in preChristian times under the Mosaic Law.

As I sais, this dude should be grateful, VERY grateful indeed. He can either get his act together, repent, do things JEHOVAH'S WAY as was prophesied would be the case with Jehovah's people in the final part of the last days at Micah 4:1, 2. Or he can stay outside the Christian congregation and face the consequences by God through Christ awaiting all those outside the spiritual ark of today.

I have two things to say about this question

1 The first to this person Mindy above me, who evidently is either very confused about the concept of the Mosaic law, or most likely has no idea what she is talking about.

Stoning in Jewish society was punishement for a couple of offenses layed out by the Torah. These offenses are not the same that the Watchtower uses for disfellowshipping. In fact, this concept of religious based execution has completely nothing to do with the concept of disfellowshipping. Instead it is the same concept as modern day executions in islamic countries for disrespect to religious law.

2 This addressed to the asker:

I'm trying to figure out if you are serious about this question, or if you are really not that smart.

I really mean no offense with this, but any half intelligent person knows that when questions are asked about " Loyalty to the Watchtower" we are not talking about the magazine Watchtower but about the organization represented by the Watchtower society.

My guess is that you are making a poor attempt at being funny? If yes, then ok, understood. I'm only hoping that is the case.

Edit:

Also, are you ACTOR MAN? I'm going to guess you are. He is also consumed with trinitarians as if his only purpose in the world is to point out how silly it is.

Because they are misled and have that veil placed before their eyes by Satan (2 Corinthians 4:3,4)

It is truly spiritual darkness. As your user name shows, Jesus himself said that only to God must we render sacred service and devotion. And Jesus himself said that he came to do his father's will and prayed to him, and gave his disciples an example of worshiping Jehovah, the same God he worshiped.

But they continue to believe in the trinity, truly a false teaching.

And they purposely obscure what JWs teach because of the spiritual darkness Satan keeps them in.

That is why the doors are still open. Millions are learning the truth and making changes. And that is what we rejoice in.

Why the silly questions? For the same reason Catholics get asked about worshiping idols, and Calvinists get "God doesn't want robots," and Jews are all "tightwads." It's a lack of understanding of other faith groups.

"Trinitarians"?

The Holy Spirit is not God's "active force". He spoke in Acts 8:29, "The Spirit told Philip, "Go to that chariot and stay near it.""

could it be because, for the most part, JW's are silly and misleading?
