THE INIMITABILITY OF THE QUR'AN we've so a techniques considered the extraordinary features of the Qur'an from the medical and historic factors of view. as properly to those, the Qur'an additionally possesses an remarkable, inimitable variety from the literary perspective. It first needs to be stated that the exposition interior the Qur'an addresses all human groupings from each and every age. no rely what the reader's coaching and cultural point, the Qur'an is written in a sparkling, comprehensible language which would be understood via all and sundry. in one verse, Allah properly-knownshows right here with reference to the Qur'an: we've made the Qur'an undemanding to remember… (Qur'an, fifty 4:22) in spite of having such an surely comprehensible variety, it has on no account been achieveable to mimic the Qur'an from any viewpoint. a number of the verses wherein Allah attracts interest to the inimitable nature of the Qur'an are: in case you have doubts approximately what we've despatched right down to Our servant, produce yet another sura equivalent to it, and contact your witnesses, besides Allah, while you're telling the actuality. (Qur'an, 2:23) Do they say, "He has invented it"? Say: "Then produce a sura like it and contact on all people you may besides Allah while you're telling the actuality." (Qur'an, 10:38)

If I mat speak freely, Sister, As Salaam Alaikum...

Christians are not as a general populace, accustomed to pursuit of the sciences as is the general populace of Islamic nations. In the history of Christianity, reading and writing was banned from the general population just as it was banned from the African Americans in The United States during the period of slavery in America.

This period of history in Europe is known as The Dark Ages. During this time, only the clergy, which were Catholic, and the nobility of the land, were entitled to read and write.

The reading of the Holy Bible was reserved for the priests on Sunday. (as far as I know only the rich had Bibles because they were expensive to produce), it was forebidden for the peasantry which was the general populace, to read the Bible, (and therefore it must have been forbidden for them to own a Bible as well); hence they couldn't read. (-and the nobility was in league with the church anyway so you should read Proverbs of King Solomon).

Nowadays, the Christian world is corrupted within its industry inffrastructure by usury, (and I'd have to refer to some very interesting data I found from a group I think are Yahwists, who apparently, also bellieve in the Messiah. But I won't even go there. You can find it out there.)

From this period of Euoropean history (The Dark Ages) comes the origin of advertising, which comprises pictures or 'icons' as you must know, in the representation of a name or a word identifying a person or a place or a thing, well, more specifically, a service to things common in that period.

For a better grasp of the extent of today's government corruption, look for someting out there about The Bush Conspiracy (?) and The 911 Conspiracy (?) and The Assassination of Kennedy Conspiracy..i'ts all interrelated.

Another interesting government conspiracy involved telling the general population that 'Jesus' was a 'god' and more than that, 'the son of god,'. This therefore lifted the burden of self responsibility off the weak shoulders of ordinary man and hefted it all on that big strong Jesus fellow who had the strength to die for what he believed in...oops, pardon my opinion. Anyway, it was a government conspiracy.

The power of control of the media is the means bywhich the general population is controlled or influenced today.

Do you believe in misinformation campaigns?

Agnostic here.

1) The earth isn't egg shaped, it is roughly round. Some maps distort the shape of the earth (and the size of continents) in order to show a sphere in 2-d without having a bunch of empty space.

2) The earths orbit around the sun is elliptical, not egg shaped.

How is this a "miracle"?

People have known that the world was roughly spherical (though not a perfect one) for quite a long time...even pre-Judaic times.

Muhammed's knowledge of tyhe world was limited to the common knowledge of the day, and the ancients weren't completely stupid. Muhammed also included in his fairy tale the many mistakes about the world that were commonly believed: Like believing that human embryos came from blood clots, or that the skeleton was formed first.

Of course they would alter pictures to support kooky claims. Any moron can stretch a picture in Paint then jump up and down claiming they've found "proof" of some random thing in the Quran. Muslims aren't the only ones who do it, either.

Bah, I say!

You cannot claim with any accuracy that Muslims never lie. And seriously, why would someone (such as a Muslim) alter the pictures- to prove their POINT!

I'm not normally one to stand up for "the religion of peace", but to say it is egg shaped is a lot closer to scientfically accurate than to say it is flat! (Which as I recall is said in the Bible).

I'm not a Christian (OR a Jew, or a Muslim, or any other religion).

But I DO notice that you (and the website owner) are not taking into account the day/night line shadow on the edge of the globe in this view of earth...that DOES change the apparent shape.

And to the Xtian who reported him... what's the matter, can't your religion take a little argument? Or are you just using whatever underhanded tactics you can to attack your competition? Oh, yeah -- BLOCKED!

EDIT:

Well, upon examining the picture further, and reading above, it's clear that I was wrong, the picture is altered, and the asker was joking.

Admitting error! Yet ANOTHER way atheists and religious folks are different!
