Hi i am 14 and i started masturbating about a year ago and when i started once i was done masturbating i immediately was filled with guilt and then i prayed to god saying i would never again do this, but obviously i kept doing it and continued feeling bad. Is god punishing me. My dream in my life is to make the nba and i am worried god will see me doing this and punish me by forbidding me to make the nba. What should i do? And when i masturbated i used porn, is that bad too.

I'm a 26 years old guy and I have been in your shoe before.I started masturbating when I was 15 years old and I just kept doing it and doing it and I couldn't stop,it became like an addication. And I didn't quit this bad habit until I became 24 because.Just imagine I spent 9 years doing that sin,I regret it until this day.

You will have go to stop, just wait until you're older to get yourself a good decent woman. Masturbating suck listen to me.

The Bible does not specifically mention masturbation, the deliberate self-stimulation that produces sexual arousal and orgasm.

However, God’s Word commands Christians: “Deaden, therefore, your body members that are upon the earth as respects fornication, uncleanness, and improper sexual appetite.”Colossians 3:5.

Masturbation fosters a distorted and self-centered view of sex.

Masturbation is a form of uncleanness. It can make you a ‘slave to various desires and pleasures,’ and it fosters unhealthy attitudes. At the same time, masturbation is not a form of gross sexual immorality, such as fornication.

Say a Christian makes a practice of masturbation, deliberately stimulating himself to cause sexual excitement, whether this is accompanied by pornography or not.

Although the term “masturbation” does not occur in the Bible, can there be any doubt that it is a mentally and emotionally defiling practice? Would not continued defilement of this sort seriously damage one’s personal relationship with Jehovah and make one unclean in God’s sight?

sexual offenses such as premarital sex (fornication), homosexuality, adultery, and bestiality are plainly condemned as gross sins in the Bible, masturbation is not mentioned.

Masturbation was common in the Greek-speaking world during Bible times, and several Greek words were used to describe the practice. Interestingly, not one of these words is used in the Bible.

YES! The Bible dose says it is a sin! Jesus even said IF a man even thinks of having sex with a woman he is Not married to, he is sinning!

Masturbation is Worse!

Please Stop for your own Sake!

Why did you even think of it?

When I was growing up, even thinking of kissing did not happen quite so young! Wild ideas of marriage start as much younger kids; but not kissing or sex! When I was ten years old I even wanted to get married to a nine year old boy. But that meant holding hands a lot more and thinking of sneaky tricks to put on some very dumb people around us together.

Plus we certainly Kept Praying to God!

Have you prayed to God?

Punished for masturbating? Of course not. Every time you masturbate, god gives you a reward at the end. Clearly it's how he prefers we spend our free time.

Yes, haven't you read the original 10 commandments, as revealed to Moses? The 4th commandment says, "Thou shalt not self-gratify!" This has been further explained by St. Luke. The ultimate punishment that God may give you is that your penis will shrivel and fall like a dead flower.

Any religion that makes you feel guilty for being human is extremely bad for you and a mind control cult.

This includes Christianity and Islam

I'll make it simple for you, god is a lie. Stop believing in imaginary things. Instead of watching porn and dreaming about playing basketball with other guys... why not do something useful?

Masturbating w/o the fantasies n dirty imaginings ... is not a sin.

In other words, masturbating to release pent up lust is natural.

then one deals with the lust issue.

its all in the MIND ...

abhor lust, no need to masturbate, period.

watching porn is like using drugs. It is addictive. You're walking in quicksand.
