This is a declaration made by a Great Saint and Monk H.H.Sri Adi Shankara, born, lived and glorified the Hindu Vedanta or philosophy with his rich and vibrant teachings and commentaries.

The subject consisting of 3 hymens belongs to “Nirvana Ashtka”.

Nirvana or Liberation (in English) is the final emancipation by migrating from the gross state to subtler than subtle state. When the mind is destroyed and in the total absence of its veil the self shines effulgently of its own. It shines without dualities and the three qualities thus dissolving the entire creation within from which it is born. The Saint sings in prize of the state to which he migrated. Some one may question how he could sing such nirguna song once he departs from the body. The body of self realized person remains with life as long as his prarabda karma exists. Coming to the subject matter the Holy Monk says from His supreme state-

I am released from hatred and passion:

I am neither unhappy (lobha-stingy) nor passionate

I am meek and humble and crossed the quality of jealousy

I am beyond the righteousness and the world of plurality

I am desire less and crossed the idea of liberation

I am bliss Absolute: I am ever auspicious!

The Holy Monk sings in joy telling that he is released from the quality of hatred and passion. Hatred is one of the bad qualities. One who hates the other indeed hates himself. Hatred invites extreme hostility. Kama is the first arrival in mind. It is very powerful in its play. Vedantha gives much prominence to it. Then Krodha a very close associate to Kama arrives in to represent if it is not fulfilled. Even so Greed and Moha work together. A greedy man always thinks to aggrandize his money under the influence of Moha. The great Monk says he is always in supreme happiness because he crossed the quality of Lobha (greed, stingy). If we take the passion for sensual enjoyment then it invites various defects in a person. Such as sin, pain, weakness, attachments. It will destroy the strength of our will. To fulfill his passion he exerts and struggle hard. In case of its failure, it promotes revenge and finally destroys him. The holy Monk says he is meek and humble which are rich in qualities an aspirant try to acquire. He crossed the quality of jealousy. If a person is enjoying some success in his endeavor, a jealous man can not absorb it. His mind boils with vengeance. Then how he could be happy? Here the Monk says he is away from jealousy therefore he floats in supreme happiness. Nadharmo Na ch artho- what is Dharma? A Hindu is assigned with some obligatory duties to perform daily. They are cleaning the idols of titular deity, decorating the altar with flowers and sandal paste, reciting Holy hymns in praise of God and offering Him flowers and fruits etc. this is called Nithya Dharma a house holder has to practice till his death, because he is house holder. Here Sri Sankara is a Monk and a realized purusha. Therefore, there is nothing on this earth to hold him to Dharma. This entire essence has been embedded in one beautiful sloka by our beloved Kannaih in 65-18th chapter. I have written elaborate commentary on this. Self realization is nearly self surrender. Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maha Rishi says in His words “when the surrender to God is total, then what is there with you”. Sri Adi Sankara says the same. He further sings that he is desire less as crossed the idea of liberation. As long as one holds a desire he can not transcend the equipments or vehicles-the body, mind and intellect.

HI-I am the Truth-Consciousness-Bliss Absolute. I am ever auspicious.

The end portion is supreme in its essence. It glorifies its state. I give in detail at conclusion.

(2) I am beyond virtue and sin. I do not feel pleasure and pain since crossed the dualities. I do not need to chant any sacred texts.

I do not need to perform Vedic rituals. I am neither the giver nor the receiver.

HI-I am the Truth-Consciousness-Bliss Absolute. I am ever auspicious

This is also called Jnana-yajna where in the idea of self is deputed in all the instruments of actions. Pain and pleasure are the instruments of mind. Once the mind is bunt in total who is there to act?

(3). I have no death.

I have no doubts.

I am above all the religions.

I have no father and mother. Hence there is no question of birth.

I have no dearer and nearer.

I have no Master and disciples.

HI-I am the Truth-Consciousness-Bliss Absolute. I am ever auspicious

The Holy Monk Sri Adi Sankara sings in glory. Death falls only on the gross body. Since he dropped all five kosas and three bodies’ no death, doubt, religion influences the self. One important aspect we should always preserve in our mind. It is all religions are born from one source. It is the heart of the Divine Being. He, who enters in self hood, never falls under the doctrine of parental duties. But Sri Shankara obligated it on account of his earlier promises given to his mother. Coming to the conclusion I explore

further to comment upon Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Sat = the truth, which is not subjected to any changes.

Chit = is the consciousness which plays behind the entire universe and also the individual.

Ananda = Bliss is altogether different to the ordinary Ananda. I go over here.

(!).Suppose the whole earth including all living beings, beautiful women and wealth and armies are donated to a king-then his bliss is counted as 1 (one as an unit)

(2). The bliss of manava Gandharvas is 100 times more than the king.-----------1x100.

(3). the bliss of Deva Gandharvas is 100 times more than Manava Gandharvas. 1x100x100

(4). The bliss of Pithri is 100 times more than Deva Gandharvas

1x100x100x100

(5). The bliss of those who reach higher world above the pithri on account of their virtuous deeds is 100 time more than Pithri, is

1x100x100x100x100.

(6). The bliss of those virtuous people who attain Godhood on account of their rich Vedic rituals like Aswamedha is 100 times more than the above Gods. 1x100x100x100x100x100

(7). The bliss of born Gods numbering 33 (8 vasus, 11 rudras, 12 Adityas, Indra and prajapathi) is 100 times more than above Gods.

1x100x100x100x100x100x100

(8). The bliss of Hiranyagharbha (Brahma) is 100 times more than the above. 1x100x100x100x100x100x100x100.

Now coming to the bliss of Para Brahman and also the bliss of a self realized one: the Vedas could not figure it out properly on account of the state of a self realized one which transcends the intellect. Therefore in simple terms it eulogized by saying-the bliss of Hiranyagharbha is equal to a drop in the bliss ocean of Para Brahman and also the self realized one. As such we have to assign a suitable place in our mind whenever we talk the Bliss or Wisdom. It is beyond any reason, explanation and doubt.

Dear Sir, to the best of ability I commented. The ability that I have is granted by my Master (Gurudev). If any mistakes are there please correct it. You are at liberty. Dhanyavaad.

I am free from all conditions, judgements and comparisons, encompassing the truth which has no opposite.

I fly through the blue sky and tumble on the wind for fun. I slither along the sea bottom in the dark beyond the reach of the sun. I frolic on the meadow breeze with the other sunflowers, and I cringe in dread because it is tax time. I spin through space in a highly colored dress of noxious gases until I am born as a new star. I am peace.

My dear Deito i appreciate your undiminished hopes to find fragrant flowers in a fish market.. of course, there are a few who do visit with flower baskets to sell beauty and fragrance and help deodorise the ambience of filth and stench in this Q&A market..

In fear and infatuation, in anger and anxiety, under intoxication of kinds.. we say things not necessarily right but the way we contrive fears about certain things, or we develop love or hate of some.. etc. But the truth of things is perceived only in the stillness of unagitated mind.. We see how people treat fears by prescribing auto suggestions that infuse confidence and courage in the patients..

Gandhiji is reported to have said often that a man is product of his mind and that what he thinks he becomes (verily the hindu vedic concept - manas yeva manushyaanaam kaaranam bandha mochayoh - mind is the cause of bondage as well as liberation of man)

so he advised people to think good so we may become good and see only the good in everything (for everything is actually good around until a conflict is generated out of some fear or hate by us) and live in peace and harmony..

If we can "become" something by following a think-pattern, then logically we are not the ones we become by the practice (a lover or hater, man of poise or courage..) So what Lord Sankara says about the "I" could be true even in mundane sense - apart from its actual spiritual reference to the soul with which the saint identifies himself to dissociate with the vicissititudes of life and reach sublimation..

As most of our weaknesses are so tenacious a powerful auto suggestion is called for to tame the innate fears and hostility in us and achive peace and poise.. I find in the slokas (verses) of the great saint a practical solution to the owes of conflict ridden world.. Incidentally it will make people more powerful in love and liberate them from the illusions of the phenomenal world..

I believe this verse true. I have a strong faith in it.

As a follower of Adi Shankara, these words sound like nectar to my ears.

Yes, yes, of course. I am One. I am All. I am not "me". Meanwhile, if I don't get dinner on the table often enough, "I" (and my illusory family) die and reincarnate to repeat the process all over again. So how is this "not real" samasara not real? Universal consciousness is all very nice, but it seems to require a fairly large support staff to achieve.
