Jesus is the son of God before he came down earth. Before anything was created God brought forth a part of himself and called him his only begotten son. Prov. 8:22-30, Hebrews 1:5. Together the Father created the worlds through the spoken words of his son Heb.1:2

When the time was right God sent forth his spirit Son to be incarnated into the body of Mary to be born a human to teach us the true way to God his Father and to die for the sins of the world.

His birth did not prove He was son of God.

Jesus said he would raise his own body from the dead after the resurrection (John 2:18-22)

Peter said God raised his body from the dead (Acts 2:32)

Who was telling the truth ?

Both ! Jesus as God manifest in the flesh raised himself from the dead (John 1:1,14 & 1Tim 3:16)

Two phrases are used for Jesus throughout the bible.

Son of Man = His human nature as a man.

Son of God = His divine nature as God.

JWs are not afraid to let the world know that they are true enemies of Christ, they bash Him with every antiChrist question.

The Incarnation itself is not proof in and of itself, basically it is just the birth of Christ. But the events surrounding the birth and the miracles He performed as an adult does prove He is the Son of God.

No it's his resurrection from the dead that proves who Jesus really is! See, if he had just been a good man or even a special prophet, that would not have resulted in being raised from the dead 3 days later. The Bible puts it best. It speaks of the gospel of God promised way back through God's prophets "regarding his Son who as to his human nature was a descendant of David and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead." That's just at the start of the letter called Romans.

Jesus had to have died sinless for the grave to be defeated by his entry into it. Death is only for sinners, in the Bible. So it was the miracle of Jesus being raised with a glorified body 3 days later that proved it. Nobody in all existence had ever had a resurrection like his. It was unique. That provided the proof.

I don't know of incarnation of Jesus, but I do know of an incarceration of Jesus.
