Whoever says, "I love God," but hates another believer is a liar. People who don't love other believers, whom they have seen, can't love God, whom they have not seen.
1 john 4:20
First of all ur a hypocrite as admitted fix urself then speak
Second its not like there arent christians doing that. Im in nicaragua as we speak for a year, serving a ministry that feeds over 100k meals to kids annaually. Im not paid and of the money i brought down here i have forty dollars and 1 back pack of stuff, thats all i have in this world atm. God and the ministry bless me i stay free. I dont boast in myself i boast in what Christ is doing.
U wanna know the secret to actually getting out there and doing something:
Love encounters
Pray for love encounters with the Holy Spirit.
Encounters build faith love, destroy selfishness and grow intimacy. In so doing ur relationship faith in and intimacy with Christ Grows. He can trust u, so He can give u more harder work
Also one more MUST If u wanna get out there. U MUST serve the body of Christ in some way. If there is a need then fill it whatever it is. No job is unimportant. Stephen of the bible wrecked ppl for Jesus. His job was to give out food. He went from food giver to martyr for Jesus. If u can prove ur faithfulness with little responsiblity have a time God will give u more/exalt u. I was called to the mission field after 3 years of working diligently at a Church, and having many encounters (remember Jesus and getting o know Him is FIRSTTT priority, even HIGHER priority than loving ppl. The commands are Love God with everything THEN love God as urself). U may work more or less u may be called to missions or not but seek encounter and learn to hear His voice. God speaks what kinda Father doesnt talk to His kids.
10 Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”
Zech 4:10
Luke 16:10
10 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Acts 6:
1 In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Hellenistic Jews[a] among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food. 2 So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, “It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables. 3 Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them 4 and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.”
5 This proposal pleased the whole group. They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit; also Philip, Procorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas from Antioch, a convert to Judaism. 6 They presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them.
7 So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.
1 cor 12:
15 Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18 But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. 19 If they were all one part, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” 22 On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, 24 while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 25 so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. 26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
