With wings and everything? Do you need the wings to fly? If you don't then, why do angels have them? Do angels have bodies, or are they just mist-things?

Okay, this is more tha one question - so just consider my one question to be" tell my all about angels, accordingto Christan beliefs"

If you read the NT, you will find we get new bodies.

We do not become angels, in fact we were created higher than the angels...also in the bible.

You will find tons of reading on angels in the bible.

Gabriel and Micheal are the top ones, then you have several levels.

Billy Graham a very respected preacher wrote a book on them..hit the book store.

No, we are not angels, they are different creatures. There's a verse in the Bible, that while not really discussing hierarchy, gives us a clue on how it all works out "Now we see Jesus, made lower than angels to suffer death.....".

As you can see, being a human is being lower than an angel, and being an angel is lower than being Jesus. We are not angels, we do not sprout wings and halo's when we die. We receive perfected bodies, but we are not angels.

properly, truthfully anybody thinks they are going to be going to heaven yet then that could desire to be a contradiction of psalms 37:9,11,29 the place it facilitates us to be sure the place there will be a time the place there will be not greater evil doers and basically the righteous will posses the earth invariably yet which could no longer be fulfilled if anybody is going to heaven. so which you're staggering once you're saying whilst die you circulate to heaven and grow to be an angel.

Certainly not, angelical beings are different from human beings. Once humans die they will have eternal life or death, and will receive what is called new glorified bodies just as what Jesus had when He reserruected from grave.

There is no biblical basis to believe we will become angels. We are created in the image of God.

Angels have bodies but they are different from ours and not corrupted by sin. We won't need wings in the same way God doesn't need wings..................

We are YHVH's children. His angels are here to help us.

P.S. the use above is not taking his name in vain, so why must we call him a generic (God).

What about Angels?

1. They are innumerable. They can’t be numbered. Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

2. They have great power. 2 Peter 2:11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

3. They excel in strength. Psalms 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

4. They can fight battles. Isaiah 37:36 Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

5. When Jesus returns to judge the nations He will bring all His holy angels with Him. Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

6. They never get old and they remain the same. Luke 20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Luke 20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

7. They appear as men when they come to earth. Mark 16:5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. Revelation 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

8. They were created before the foundation of the world. Job 38:6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

9. Angels have rank and authority in the governmental structural in heaven. Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Ephesians 1:21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

10. Not all angels are good. Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

11. There are areas in heaven that are controlled by Satan and his angels. Daniel 10: 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

12. We are made a spectacle to angels. 1 Corinthians 4:9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.

13. Angels carry out God’s business in the university. When the Lord Jesus Christ was upon the earth, angels ministered to Him. Matthew 4:11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

14. Angels told of His birth. Luke 1:26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

15. Angels bought good tidings about the birth of Jesus. Luke 2:10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

16. All the angels worship Him. Hebrews 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

17. Angels strength Him. Luke 22:43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

18. Angels are used of God to minister to the Nation of Israel. Genesis 24:7 The LORD God of heaven, which took me from my father's house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; he shall send his angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence. Exodus 23:20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

19. Angels were used for the physical will being of Israel. Psalms 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. Psalms 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Deuteronomy 6:22 And the LORD showed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes:

20. Angels ordained the law. Galatians 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

21. Angels minister to Israel who shall be heirs of salvation. Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Hebrews 2:2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;

22. Angels can open the doors of prisons. Acts 5:19 But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, Acts 12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

23. At the end of the tribulation period, God will send His angels to gather Israel. Matthew 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

24. Angels are not used by the body of Christ because we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

25. Angels carried Lazarus into Abraham’s bosom. Luke 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

26. When a saint dies in the age of grace we don’t have angels to carry us in the presents of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

27. We minister to angels not them to us. Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

28. We will judge angels. 1 Corinthians 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Angels are not seen in the age of grace. Colossians 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
