No, as graffiti art is not stealing anything, and thief refers to someone not only silent but taking something away.

The phrase it self is actually an example of how the end of the last days would come like a thief in the night in other words the end will come when people are unprepared for it to come like a thief is not expected either is he but he comes unanounced and surprises you, that is how the end will come too that is the illustration of the thief in the night in the night people sleep right they don't expect visitors top come and steal.

Uh...no. the phrase comes from the later part of the New testament when Christ warns all of humanity to prepare their hearts and lives for the day when He will return to take His people home and set up His earthly kingdom. He warns that no man will no the date or the time of His coming, not even Christ Himself. It is something only God knows, and we must all be ready for that time. When Christ comes to get His people it will be in the twinkling of an eye, like a thief in the night. You do not know when the thief comes to steal, otherwise you'd be ready to defend against him. So will Jesus come at a time when no one expects and He will gather His people with Him upon the clouds to take them all back to heaven, the Rapture of the Church. A lot of this can be found in the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. More at Corinthians and Thessalonians. Be watchful now...

The phrase: "Thief in the Night" refers to another name for Satan, or Lucifer or Beelzebub.....So..If your philosophical conclusion is correct, then all graffiti artists are Satanic!

No. First, you are totally missing what that refers to. Second, graffiti artists didn't exist 2000 years ago.

Thief in the night means your negative thoughts which insinuate when you are not conscious of your inner self.

no.... the thief in the night is an analogy, for when the new system of things will come, and how we must be ready for it.

i dont think so because they really dont steal anything, even metaphorically its a weak connection. I do agree that some illegal grafitti artists are REALLY good at what they do....

NO,, IN THE BIBLE--IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT GOD COULD COME BACK--YOU COULD DIE AT ANY HOUR AND YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO DIE AT ALL TIMES..BECAUSE IT CAN HAPPEN EXPECTANTLY/SUDDEN.
