Could the phrase "Thief in the night" in the bible be reffering to graffiti art??

Uh...no. the phrase comes from the later part of the New testament when Christ warns all of humanity to prepare their hearts and lives for the day when He will return to take His people home and set up His earthly kingdom. He warns that no man will no the date or the time of His coming, not even Christ Himself. It is something only God knows, and we must all be ready for that time. When Christ comes to get His people it will be in the twinkling of an eye, like a thief in the night. You do not know when the thief comes to steal, otherwise you'd be ready to defend against him. So will Jesus come at a time when no one expects and He will gather His people with Him upon the clouds to take them all back to heaven, the Rapture of the Church.
