I'm an atheist and I support Israel. I have no idea why anyone with decent morals could possibly support Hamas. Unfortunately, because the citizens of Gaza continue to support Hamas, they will suffer all the consequences of Hamas' relentless criminal hostility.



Wake up, Gazans! If you continue to allow Hamas to behave like murderous war criminals, the innocent citizens of Gaza will surely suffer the consequences. Hamas understands this perfectly well and eagerly seeks to continue sacrificing innocent Palistinian lives for the sake of an empty propaganda victory. Gazans deserve a better fate than to being willingly sacrificed for the sake of Hamas' political ambitions.

Just because they don't approve of us (meaning atheists only in my case) doesn't mean we can can't show sympathy and compassion toward people being oppressed, hurt, killed, etc. Christians obviously don't approve of atheism yet we still will mourn if there is a tragedy amongst them.

As a humanitarian, I would like to see and end to the conflict there that has gone on for my entire life and my son's entire life and most of my parents' entire lives. Crazy I know that they hate the west for imposing this stateless state on them for eternity while supporting every assault on Gaza.



Tell me, why didn't we drop atom bombs over every inch of Japan and wipe them off the face of the earth. Japanese people were horrible racists then and things haven't changed much. I am opposed to bullying of all sorts. Israel is bullying the residents of Gaza; it matters not to me if Gazans would bully me for atheism were I there.



If you insist on following through with my reasoning, you would stop Israel from bullying Gaza, and then stop Gazans from bullying each other for sexual preference and skepticism. Again, I am opposed to bullying of all sorts.

I sympathize with the Palestinians and with Israel. But, to focus on the Palestinians, they are in the cross-fires, literally between Hamas and Israel. The Palestinians, though many support Hamas, are held hostage by this terrorist group's radical ideas and hatred. Hamas has taken Gaza over, and the Palestinians can't do anything about it.



I sympathize with these people, but I'm no Atheist...I'm a Christian.
