The story is told in the Sumerian tablets and similar to Old Testament accounts. According to Sumarian myth it told of aliens genetically engineering humans to mine for gold. Also the New Testament account for a mysterious "moving star" in the beginning narrative

It's silly, and I'm fairly certain that Sumerian tales don't say anything of the sort. Construing the ancient tales to be about aliens and genetic engineering is bad scholarship.

Most of these ideas come from Zecharias Sitchin, who is NOT a trained archaeologist. He just mistranslates stuff and adds his own fanciful theories.

And there is more.

The bible tells us that the prophet Elijah went to heaven in a chariot of fire; this is the same Elijah that new world Historians say was the father of free Masons and was responsible for designing structures like the Pyramids of Egypt, Stonehenge and Noah's ark whose dimensions are used today in modern shipbuilding.. Thus Elijah may well have been an alien who came to earth to disclose knowledge and when his work was done returned to his alien home.

The science of Alchemy and the theory of the Phoenix seem to have been know by prehistoric humans and it's possible that those sciences could have been taught to humans by alien beings.

Even the teachings of Jesus, his miracles, his ascension to heaven is seen by new age Historians as an alien revelation.

All through our short History, there ae documented sources that tell of strange people visiting our world.

Well every religion constantly talks about "sky gods", and I think it shouldn't be ruled out...

I've read a lot about it, and I've heard that story too...

The Hindu's Vedas have a book like 2000 pages long about the battles in the sky, and all that weird stuff.

you ought to the two save on with the logic of your argument to an all-powerful author of humanity. How might the form of sentient being comprehend that its existence isn't created via an excellent extra beneficial being? The sequence of such hierarchical great beings might possibly be countless, and if so, would not this render the theory of omnipotence no longer likely? as quickly as we flow into the belief of infinities, our powers of reasoning are suspect; might this no longer save on with to any point of intelligence even godlike extraterrestrial beings? clever layout would desire to presuppose there's a unmarried all-understanding author interior the 1st place, a monotheist God in case you like. yet might the form of God comprehend how he began? If this God has continuously existed then why might he entertain a finite universe with finite imperfect souls for companionship? easily an all understanding God could be previous trivia like coming up sturdy and evil, loving imperfect beings of his own introduction, preserving grudges and turning in vengeance. Hypotheses concerning the anthropic universe, and stepped forward technological alien civilisations production those abound, and to a pair quantity they converge on the classic concept of a suited author. i think they are going to stay perpetually hypotheses, despite if arithmetic exhibits the prospect. an unlimited array of parallel universes is only too plenty for a finite innovations of any degree of classification to take up.

Some parables and verses and the bible have been interpreted in many ways. Some people could interpret some readings in the bible to be speaking of aliens but I really doubt that because the bible teaches that God created us and there was nothing before him.

Thanks to idiots like Sitchin, you just read far more into 'Sumerian myth' than actually exists in Sumerian myth.

More on point, I think that there is no evidence for this.

Unless you include all life on Earth, it does not make much sense.

If you include all life on Earth, then you are talking about God.

With love in Christ.
