The cross or crucifix is the symbol of Christ, it doesn't matter what color it is.

Don't be silly and flip the cross, make sure it is upright.

Christians do not accept all the rules in the OT but many of us accept the rule about not cutting and piercing the skin, the reason being that it was practiced by heathens, with religious significance. Leviticus 19:28 Many dedicated Spirit-filled Christians - feel it to be wrong within their spirits.

Another point to consider is that it is almost permanent, removal can be difficult, expensive, and potentially damaging to the skin.

Certainly not black, black is associated with darkness, death and evil. Anything to do with light is more appropriate Christian symbolism. What about a simple picture of the Bible! - Not black!

Try using removable transfers if you must have Christian art on your body.

A black cross is only evil if you believe black is an evil color for some strange reason. You probably think that because you hate black people.
